DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY THROUGH HP. They are an absolute nightmare to work with. You will get transferred 20 times and no one will be able to help you. Good luck getting a refund. Make sure you read all your paperwork extremely closely. If you buy something faulty you will not get a refund and not a single person can help you. I've had this plotter for exactly one week and it's given me nothing but problems. You also cannot speak to anyone higher up. They have a fishy way of doing business and should be investigated.

Called Hp support per phone number on HP.com and got scammed. Breached my Amazon account and charged unauthorizes purchases to my account and changed to a shipping address in *****. Im in ********. They said $200 wasnt a big deal. Yes it is. Now I have a printer less than a year old thats not working and having to jump through hoops to secure accounts and costing me money to clean my computer they infected/hacked and replacing cards etc. DO NOT TRUST HP !!!!! All because I thought HP was a reputable company.

HP raised their injet cartridge prices. I'm retired making a lot less so I had to cancel my subscription. In the process HP charged me another month with the increased rate and then disabled my printer. I am in the process of trying to find an affordable printer. But my budget is too low. I have been without a printer now for two months after HP stabbed me in the back.******************************* eee_hole_laay@ yahoo.com

Im livid. We paid for their new subscription model (another subscription, yay) for ink cartridges because you can no longer purchase one off in cartridges, unless you want them to run out of ink after quite literally, just a few pages. They intentionally make the cartridges you can purchase in the store have an extremely small volume of ink. We just purchased another printer for our office and left the one that was subscribed at home. We subscribed our new printer by transferring the subscription from the old printer to the new printer, and now they have software locked our ink cartridges from being able to print. After talking to two separate HP representatives on the phone, this was confirmed to be true. I can not believe that HP would software lock the remaining *** in our cartridges because we TRANSFERRED the subscription to ANOTHER printer. We still pay them money and this is how we are treated? Im livid.

Called ** about a laptop repair and received a payment link. I put in my payment information and the system placed 15 pending charges on my account, totaling to $5000. I thought I'd been scammed, so immediately dropped the call with the ** rep and called my credit card company. Weeks later, no one at ** has an explanation, apology, and the two case managers I've talked to tell me it is impossible to get my repair covered for my troubles. They also refuse to let me talk to anyone else because their superiors "aren't taking calls." I've bought 4 ** laptops and this is the last one. I'll go to a local repair shop instead.

I bought an HP printer online for about $800 from HP Store. I wanted a wireless printer, but the one I was told to order, HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn, required a wire connection to my computer. So I returned it and was sent the one I needed, an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw.The one they sent me looked used; I have since learned that it probably was "refurbished."Recently I learned that my new/refurbished HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw had yellow toner at a dangerously low level below 10%. Yet I had printed very little and mostly in black and white. How could the toner level be 30% in black and yet be only 10% in cyan, 20% in magenta and less than 10% in yellow?I called HP and was given a run-around laced with false statements.AVOID HP

DO NOT BUY A PRINTER FROM HP! They are now FORCING consumers to pay for a monthly subscription service to BUY THEIR INK! If, you choose to CANCEL the subscription, Hewlett Packard LOCKS UP THE PRINTER and you CANNOT use the printer THAT YOU PURCHASED until you RE-ACTIVATE their monthly subscription service.

I wish zero stars was allowed,This company has subpar product and the absolutely WORST customer service. I was on chat for 3 hours for my laptops camera not working (There isn't even a driver installed for it nor is it available on Hp's website). It felt like they were pulling troubleshooting steps out of their as*es. My laptop is UNDER WARRANTY. I should not have to give them my first born child in order to get it fixed. I was told I have to do everything they say or they cannot proceed further. We were trouble shooting for 3 hours. I feel like we pretty much covered it. My coworker has a laptop that will not power on and they are FORCING her to buy a flash drive to do a bios recovery in order to warranty THEIR faulty product. THE LAPTOP DOES NOT POWER ON. NO SIGNS OF LIFE. This CANNOT be legal. She asked if they would send her one and they said "Oh no, we can't do that". Then you can't force her to do it, simple as that. This company needs to go out of business.

HPs Instant Ink program is a scam! I bought a printer that included ink cartridges as usual, and stupidly enrolled in their instant ink program to try it out. After a few months, it became apparent that this was much more expensive than simply replacing the ink cartridges when I needed to on my own. When I canceled, they disabled the ink cartridges that came with the printer and required me to send them into them even though they were the original cartridges. What a scam!

HP INSTANT INK IS A TEXTBOOK SCAM! They offer 6 free months and during this period I was only shipping ink ONCE! Now the ink in the printer THAT HAS INK INSIDE OF IT will not work unless they can bill me $4.99 a month. The printer is a giant paperweight without the subscription. I called and had only asked to extend my free trial by a couple months, not knowing that HP is watching me print pages and only sending me ink so long as they think I need it. They told me to kick rocks and sign back up if I want to use it. This is the worst subscription service EVER. PERIOD. DO NOT BUY AN HP INSTANT INK PRINTER.
