      So far the support experience has been horrible. The laptop will not power on, We have been waiting weeks for HP to ship a power adapter. We are very confident this will not correct the issue but this is the determination their remote support team came to. When I go to ***************************************** the service order number, nor the laptop serial can be found. This will be the lap HP laptop or computer we purchase. It should not take over a month to dignose and repair a laptop. Back to **** for a better experience for my money.

      I needed advice on the lack of printing ENVY 7155 to Chromebook Plus. Status report shows they are wirelessly connected, but nothing prints. It printed fine with my old Chromebook but won't print with new one. I needed a printer for personal reasons, not for a business. I cannot get any information or help from HP. I'm really quite surprised because they are quick to sell you something but not assist the customer. The virtual assistant is a joke. You don't have the option to choose the correct department for help. So, you're stuck. Last year, I had an issue and called, THINKING I was speaking with HP. Turns out it was one of those "scam" companies (Just answer) and not actually speaking to a HP employee. Cost me $20.00 for an answer. I also purchased an ink cartridge 3 weeks ago and have not received it. $50.00 is no big deal to them, but it is a big deal to me. I'm having to file this complaint b/c of inability to contact them. I'll go to Staples to buy ink cartridges in the future. As much as I hate to say it, I'm beginning to think HP is a shady company that purposely makes it difficult to get in touch with them.

      I ordered a laptop. Canceled the order about an hour and 30 minutes after the order was placed. I called customer service to make sure the order was canceled. I received a notification that they declined to cancel the order. I then called to make sure it would not ship to my address and instead immediately be processed as a return. They insist on the customer service line that this would be done. Today I got a notification saying that my order was in fact shipped. I am now in the process of replacing all existing HP equipment both in my home and business due to their inability to operate truthfully and coherently as a company. They are not worth the headache. I will now have to take time to ship this computer back to them after spending 45+ minutes on the phone with customer service.

      HP Instant Ink: We have been unable to process your payment for your Instant Ink subscription and your account has been suspended for non-payment. This means your ability to print with Instant Ink subscription cartridges has been disabled. This is message I received from the company regarding ink I have already paid for. DO NOT use this company. Ive been charged every month for a year and have received 4 ink cartridges. Another scam coming. Beware.

      I had purchased a printer and they offered me a subscription for ink cartridges. I was receiving and paying for cartridges I was not using because I wasnt printing much. After several months and 8 ink cartridges later I decided to cancel my subscription. Buyer Beware! I am stuck with 8 ink cartridges and am not able to use my printer unless I purchase additional ink cartridges from a local store. This service is not worth the aggravation Do Not subscribe for this service Its not worth it

      I bought an HP Office Jet 8010 roughly 1 year ago. The machine consistently jams, has internet connection issues (that are not experienced by any other device in the house), and their virtual support is very poor. Their subscription and registration requirements are cumbersome and provide no benefit to the customer. I would recommend lighting your money on fire before spending it with this company, you'll have less frustration.

      This business cannot be trusted. They took my money, never fixed the problem and billed me twice. I've now taken the steps to stop the payments to their outsourcing company with my bank. Your business practices are completely unacceptable. I had always trusted your products but never ever again will this happen

      The delivery process is a hassle and the customer service is horrid. **'s products are great, but it's not worth the stress. You're better off buying from Best Buy. Purchasing directly from the ** website is a waste of time and money.

      I have subscribed to HP instant ink for six months after purchasing a new HP printer. My black cartridge has been empty for weeks and I have received no email from HP that they would replace it. I have tried with HP Smart to work with them. They are impossible to reach by phone or to cancel my subscription on line. They keep charging me but do not send ink.

      Don't let HP waste your ink.I had a problem with PDF files. When I printed them, the top had extra space and the bottom was cut off. I called HP customer service. While on the call, I told the agent I was concerned about how much ink I was wasting because she kept telling me to print different kinds of documents, including an email. After printing several pages, I realized that I could see in print preview which documents would print properly and which documents would not. She told me that she could send me more ink. Even so, I kept telling her with each printing that I could see what would print accurately and what wouldn't. She kept telling me to print.At the end, she said it was an Apple software problem. I repeated again that I had wasted a lot of ink.She talked to a supervisor. When I first expressed concern *************, she asked me if I was on the automatic shipping plan. I said no, I don't use that much ink. She came back from the supervisor discussion to say that I wasn't on the automatic shipping plan as I had claimed, so they couldn't ship me any replacement ink. I reminded her I had never said I was on the automatic shipping plan and hung up, said I would write a 1 star review, and hung up.When I received a survey for the call I gave the lowest **** for everything and said I would write a 1 star review. In the survey I said agents need better training.Don't let HP waste your ink. Refuse to print if you can see what the results will be in print preview. DO NOT BELIEVE any promise to ship replacement ink.
