I bought an Envy Inspire 7995e Printer and its terrible .Theres a photo tray inside on top of the main tray and when printing it slides and stops the main tray from printing and it cannot be removed .The worst thing is HP has removed the software to print multiples photos on one page and you cannot reduce a photo when ************ .Every photo is a full page of ink .Its ridiculous and a way for HP to make you run out of ink much faster !!! Then when you complain they tell you to go find a third party app to fix this so now it would be 3 steps to print .Their service is the worst and no e mail is supplied . Dont ever buy their warranty as its useless . *** had this printer replaced and want a return and get my money back as none of them are any good .HP to clean up their act ! I will never buy anything HO again

I'm very disappointed in HP. They were once a great company but not anymore. They lie all the time. They said a new Victus computer would be better than my other one that was several years older. Their " instant ink " program is a huge lie it's anything but instant. Just the last 2 weeks they lied to me 4 times and screwed up mailing me my ink. I complain, and they won't work with me at all. So I have to wait yet another 10 days just to get my ' INSTANT INK ' in the mail. Not 'INSTANT ' at all. It's so bad I have to wait as long as 5 days to even get a tracking #.

The only reason that I am giving the HP Instant Ink program a star is to allow me to leave a review. So I'm coming to the end of the 9-month instant ink program and I decided to cancel it because I don't print enough to warrant paying for this program. The person that I spoke to said that when the program ends the ink that you have in your printer will stop working. What? I set the program up with HP on the phone and never was it said that "unless you pay monthly, the ink in your printer will stop working. This is dishonest business. I may or may not have still entered the program, but at the very least this should have been explained to me. I spoke to an employee and a manager today and they both said that someone should have informed me how the program works. I do not like dishonesty and I expect more from a business. Since this review, I have put my HP printer up for sale and I will never use their product again.

All I wanna do is my college work an I cant even type up my own essay because of this obnoxious uncalled for loop for the next guy to make off with more money then the next.. my computer is as big of a joke as *****************

I have used ** printers for many years and for the most part very satisfied with their performance and customer service. Just upgraded my ***************************************** to the ** 9010e Pro "All-in-Plan". The ordering had a couple of hiccups with the delivery address, which needed correcting and took a couple of extra days. Unpacking was easy, instructions were pretty straightforward, and in a few minutes, I had both laptops printing. The only hitch was getting from Wifi-Direct to the Internet. I didn't realize that the salesperson set me up with a new account. I was using the same email as the 3830 and was unable to get an internet connection. Once I figured that out I had green checks all the way. Startup time is OK, printing is quiet and fast, and color is great. I signed up for the All-in-Plan just so I don't have to worry about running out of ink and have the option to update to a new printer every two years. Expensive - eh! I just like the totally hassle-free support. The printer was installed on a pair of 2-year-old ** 15t-dy200 laptops.

We had a battery issue (A106XL) which swelled to 2x its size within the computer, stripped either the s**** or the s**** post in one corner and was very hot upon removal from the computer. I have worked with lithium batteries for a while and understand that once swelling begins it is unsafe to continue use of the battery. I have replace the battery direct from HP for about $160 and now the computer case closes as it should, however, even though the warranty for this computer has expired...this battery was a hazzard waiting to happen.HP Support Agent has joined the conversation.Customer, 6:38 PM I have requested a refund for the battery I had to purchase from HP. I have photos of the computer prior to removing the battery to show the swelling and I have photos of the old and new battery side by side showing the swelling which took place. I have the old battery as it has been removed from the computer. This Request was presented to HP... says they won't reimburse for the battery as it is out of warranty.... The issue here is battery safety.......this battery was likely to cause a fire...and likely would have destroyed the computer and possibly a house fire... the battery obviously has an issue and is at fault

HP printer advertised free trial free cartridge for 3 month, subscribe and you will received free cartridges for the trial. You can un subscribed at any time before your trial is over and you will not get charged for the cartridge. They sent only 1 *************** after I subscribed. The when I unsubscribed weeks before the trial is over and I tried to print an important lab work right after the trial was over, they are telling I cant used their cartridge because I unsubscribed. For me to print the lab work form, I have to subscribe or buy my own cartridge. HP is misleading with their free 3 months trial for people to buy their printer. Thank you ***************************

** has a program called Instant Ink that they say saves you 50% on the cost of ink. They also say that you can quit the program at any time. After paying in for more than a year, I had paid twice the cost of the ink cartridges that I use based on the cost of ordering the cartridges on the ** website and had never received any ink.So I called their customer service asking for an explanation of how I was saving 50% if I had already paid in double what the cost would be and never received any ink. The only thing that they could do was keep explaining to me how the program works without any explanation of the advertised savings. Her solution was finally to send me cartridges. Then two months later, still not needing to replace the cartridges with the new ones she sent, I realized that I was getting scammed by a huge company under the guise of a cost savings program. So I dropped out of the program only to find out that not only wouldn't the new cartridges work in my printer but the original cartridges that were still in my printer would no longer work. To use my printer I had to either rejoin the program and continue to pay monthly fees on top of what I had already paid or go out and buy or order on the ** website more cartridges that were not part of the Instant Ink program. So basically my replacement cartridges were costing me three times the normal cost.I asked them to trade the unopened new ones that they sent for workable ones so that my replacement would only cost me double but they flat out refused. The customer service was anything but helpful or understanding. Anyone considering using the Instant Ink program should think it over before they get scammed in this same way.
