1 starHP INSTANT INK....DON'T DO IT!!!!!TRASHY customer service! Fraudulent in behavior and inability to clarify a final charge that did not reflect on my entire 2 year of invoicing. Pay attention to your billing. Incompetent individuals (including the **** held me hostage for over 2 hours on the phone. I called regarding an absurd and inconceivable charge on my final bill. They proceeded to tell me that back in 2023 I exceeded my usage and that they "forgot" or "neglected" to bill me...and by the way we caught this error a WHOLE year later! Coincidentally, this catch happened immediately after I cancelled my subscription. I said no problem, just provide me with the invoice reflecting negligence on my end where i refused to pay the amount per ALL invoices i received. Of course, they could not provide documents regarding the matter however that I should understand that what they are "saying" is in fact proof. Unacceptable, unbelievable, and how dare you be so unprofessional and try to take advantage of someone who only asked that you provide the bill that reflected a charge I should have gotten a year ago. WORD OF ADVICE PEOPLE, just go by your ink in the store when you need it! I will never take for granted my ability to be in full control of something so small as ink. Also my subscription was for the amount of $5.99.....they said it is no reason for fluctuation for the plan at any time unless you change the actual plan itself. Well that was also a lie, my invoices that i turned over to my bank clearly showed for the same amount of pages a increase in price was made after a few months. Scam!! I am disappointed in the behavior of this company. STAY AWAY! I wish I could leave no starsReview fromLee K

1 star****** has produced a printer which is subpar. I have tried several times to fix the printer to no avail. It saddens me that they are not helping me get the product corrected or replaced. I have been a employee of this company and represented them in the past. Now that they have a product that does not work they simply dont care. This is a sad day as I have been loyal to ** for over 20 years.Review fromEdward H

1 starWarning, the manufacturers warranty is a joke and their customer service representatives are idiots. Spent an hour on the phone with the technical support for them to tell me my computer had a hardware problem and that the would send me to the warranty office (my computer is 8 months old and the charging port died). After going around and around with them including holding the power button and other buttons for minutes at a time on a computer that had no power, it was confirmed that the computer did in fact need to be shipped in for service. It will take the 8 business days to fix the laptop AFTER they receive it and they may wipe the data off the hard drive (they recommended that I back up the data before shipping it to them even though there is no power; they recommended I pay someone to remove the hard drive on my dime but that action may void the warranty). I own a small business and require data from the laptop to function.Review fromWilliam H

1 starCan't set up a new printer as it hangs at a certain point every time. Support **** says I can chat with a live agent (since the virtual agent was no help at all, as usual) 24/7 as long as it's in warranty. Just got it today, so it's in warranty. When I try to connect to a live agent I get an error message saying they can't connect me with an option to go back to the useless virtual agent! I knew I shouldn't have bought another HP printer!Review fromJessica S

1 starI bought the ** Pavilion laptop back in September 2023 for school. I am a nursing student so the webcam is required. The first time I tried using it, the webcam was pixelated. I tried to return it to ******* and they wouldn't take it back and told me I needed to contact **. I honestly did not have time to mess with it as I was unable to be without a computer for even 1 day and the process was likely to take a lot longer. So, I used my phone camera for school. Just recently, I was required to take a proctored test for my job (which requires a webcam). I thought I would try the webcam again to see if it would miraculously work. ****. No such luck. So, I call **. Their service department transfers me to the software department. Granted, I'm under the impression the webcam is actually a hardware issue, not a software issue. Regardless, they transfer me to their software people. I get on the phone with them. They barely speak English, so they are hard to understand. They tell me they will need to do a complete reboot of my entire computer and wipe out my user folders and all just to get this stupid camera to work. To make a long story short, I spent over 5 hours going back and forth with these people. AND to top it off, they ruined my computer! Nothing would open after they were done with it. Just a blue screen. My mom had to buy me another laptop so I could attend school. I placed a complaint with **'s customer service and they only offered to try to fix the webcam by my having to mail it to them. They refused to reimburse me for this piece of c*** I no longer want. DO NOT BUY FROM **!!! THEIR PRODUCTS SUCK!!!Review fromKathleen C

1 starI subscribed to hp ink thinking it would be great to have one one monitor my ink for me. I was never told that if you went over the number of copies you make, you are charged extra above and beyond your subscription. I called to cancel my subscription and they have a way that you can not use the ink you purchased. So now not only was I charged an extra $15 but now th ink I have I can not use so I basically was taken. Very sad!Review fromCraig C

1 starThe Instant Ink Deal is a scam. First, it took several calls to set up, and then they stated I needed a credit card for the free ink for three months. Then, they billed me after one month. I canceled the service and asked for my credit card to be removed. 30 days later, their software stopped my printer from printing. Don't download HP software, as they are watching you.Review fromChristopher M

1 starI can't get ahold of anyone. One of the cartridges they sent isn't working. I have spent HOURS on the phone and via their virtual assistant. They finally got to the point where they were going to connect me to an actual person and then they said they were having technical difficulties and couldn't connect me to a person, but I could continue to talk to the virtual assistant. I tried several different times and got the same thing. Now I can't get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription. Everytime I call it says the same thing.Review fromMy N

1 starHP ***************** Ive paid my plan for several months and due to me hardly printing I cancelled my subscription. Come to find out they tried to pull a payment from my card that was blocked so HP blocked/stop my printer from printing than I was told since Im canceling my service my current Ink cartridge will stop printing. HP representative said the ink cartridge needs a subscription to work. So I paid money for Ink cartridge I can no-longer use because I canceled my subscription.DO NOT USE THERE INSTA INK SERVICE HP will lock your printer from printing and stop your Ink Cartridge from working if you cancel your services.
