      I made a purchase from one of their sellers that are provided on their platform. That purchase was made on April 8, 2025. It is now may 8, 2025 and I still have not received my item. The seller has never shipped it. I waged complaint after complaint and they have done nothing but send a message to the seller asking for an update just like I have. The seller responds stating that they will ship the item the next day and then nothing happens. I then would se3nd messages with no response until I reached out to Poshmark again, and the whole cycle repeats again. They have not removed this seller. They continue to allow more people to buy items knowing that they are not going to be shipped. They are FULLY aware of the situation and yet they do nothing to try to prevent it.

      I use Poshmark to sell clothing and shoes. Recently I sold a pair of shoes that would net me about $75. Upon viewing the provided shipping label to send out my shoes, I noticed that the return address was outdated. On the Poshmark app, I found a button called "Need additional shipping label". I clicked this and entered my updated address. At no point was I notified that I would be charged for an extra shipping label. Once my shoes were shipped, I noticed a $67 payment in my account ($8 less than what I was supposed to receive). I contacted Poshmark to understand why I was charged. They said that the "Need additional shipping label" button was a new feature for people who need to add weight to their item for shipping. This was not clear at all. They agreed that it was confusing and said they would look into it and update the text. They said that they would provide me $8 in Poshmark credit to correct the mistake, but not cash. I do not purchase on Poshmark - I only sell. The $8 credit is useless to me. Even if I did purchase on Poshmark, $8 would get me nowhere. I repeatedly requested the $8 to come to me as cash but they said they are unable to do that since the purchase already occurred. I asked for more credits so that I could actually purchase something without spending my own money but they have not responded. If a company makes a mistake, it should not be the client who has to pay. I sold shoes for $75 and I am not getting the full amount. Where did the $8 go? I don't understand why they can't provide it to me. I only used one shipping label- its not like I used the full value of shipping that they charged. I know $8 is a low amount, but its the principle of this company not owning up to their mistakes and forcing people to accept credit as compensation, which only benefits their company because people are now forced to purchase their items.

      I am rejecting this response because: The respond from the business included the same excuse as their original email. I had money taken away from the item I sold. Where did that money go? Why can I not get that money back? I should not have to purchase an item from the business using a measly $8 of store credit that they provided as compensation.

      Poshmark has a feature to have a 'promoted closet' in which a consumer pays weekly for them to promote listings in their closet. I ended my promotion effective May 3, 2025 before the next weekly billing cycle and Poshmark is repeatedly still trying to charge me. I have written twice to their customer service to request them to stop charging me and received no answer. Now it appears there's no longer a way to actually write to their customer service. I have tried everything to resolve this through Poshmark. I am requesting that Poshmark immediately stops charging my card against my approval. It is fraudulent to continue to charge a person for a service they have canceled. I have had to turn off my credit card for the time being because they won't stop trying to charge me.

      I am filing a formal complaint against Poshmark, Inc. regarding a recent return dispute (Case #*********) involving a high-value designer handbag I sold on their platform.After the buyer received and authenticated the item, they falsely claimed the item was not as described to initiate a return. Despite my submission of clear photo evidence that contradicted the buyers claims, Poshmark approved the return without properly evaluating my side. Upon return, the item arrived with an overwhelming odor of cat urine and in an unsellable condition. I am severely allergic to cats, and due to health risks, I was forced to dispose of the item entirely.I reported this to Poshmark and requested my seller funds be released since the item was returned damaged. Despite this, Poshmark is refusing to release my funds unless I send the damaged item back to their facility even though they are fully aware it is contaminated and that returning it would be a further inconvenience and potential health hazard.Poshmarks policies do not state that an item must be returned to their facility for funds to be released in damage-related cases. Furthermore, there is precedent of sellers receiving funds within 24 hours without sending items back in similar circumstances. Poshmark appears to be selectively enforcing policies without consistency or fairness.Their lack of timely communication, refusal to acknowledge their error, and unwillingness to release funds constitutes unfair business practice and neglect of seller protection.       Key Points:


      No Resolution Offered: Poshmarks message only reiterates their prior stance, without addressing why funds cannot be released when previous cases with similar circumstances have been resolved without item return. Their policy does not state that damaged items must be physically returned to issue refunds, yet they are selectively enforcing this.

      Health & Safety Hazard Ignored: The returned item was a biohazard due to severe cat urine contamination. I have documented health concerns, including allergies, making it unsafe to ship back. Poshmark has been made aware of this but refuses to accommodate or even acknowledge this legitimate safety issue.
      Inconsistent Policy Enforcement: Other sellers have had funds released in less than 24 hours in similar disputes. Poshmarks selective enforcement of policies raises concerns about fairness, transparency, and potential discrimination.

      I must respectfully reiterate that their reply fails to address the full extent of the issue and continues to deflect responsibility.

      Summary of Unresolved Concerns:
      Health Hazard Ignored:
      The item in question was received in a condition deemed hazardous due to overwhelming contamination with cat urine. I provided visual documentation and a detailed explanation of the health risks involved in handling and returning this item. Poshmark has ignored this serious concern and continues to demand return shipment, which could pose further risk to myself and shipping personnel.
      Policy Inconsistency:

      There is no stated policy in Poshmarks terms and conditions requiring a contaminated or damaged item to be returned in order to issue a refund or release earnings. Other sellers have had funds released in less than 24 hours in similar or lesser situations. This indicates inconsistent policy enforcement and a lack of transparency.

      Lack of Genuine Resolution:
      Poshmarks offered courtesy credit does not reflect the monetary value involved, nor does it provide a fair or final resolution. The response lacks empathy, accountability, and fails to address the documentation I provided including evidence of prior cases with different outcomes.

      I ordered these shoes on 3/8/25. My order was marked as delivered on 3/14/25. I immediately contacted Poshmark the same day and told them the order was never delivered and that I have video cameras to confirm. Please see the attached emails w/evidence that I did contact them the same day. I have contacted Poshmark a total of 7 times between 3/14/25-4/30/25. Please see all attachments confirming this. I provided Poshmark w/the ****'s creditor's letter admitting that they lost my package various times and they have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund. I contacted Poshmark on 3/14/25, 3/18/25, 3/21/25, 3/23/25, 4/14/25, 4/23/25, 4/28/25 and 4/30/25. Poshmark has been non-responsive to my outreach requests for a refund. **** investigated and provided a creditor's letter admitting to losing the package and I shared this w/Poshmark multiple times. The letter is also attached, therefore Poshmark is committing fraud by not honoring my refund request, despite my multiple outreach requests and ****'s own admission of losing the package.

      Poshmark stands in violation of its own user agreement. Thousands of users were banned today for simply removing sold listings. Their user agreement expressly allows for this . This is an attempt by poshmark to keep poshmark listings off other platforms. Not only is this breach of contract, poshmark is flirting with antitrust laws by limiting the commercial pursuits of their sellers. Class action lawsuits have already been initiated by top users and we expect an IMMEDIATE response from Poshmark. Users are also encouraged to contact the **** and every other national regulatory agency.

      This is an incredibly frustrating situation. I sold an item that HAD measurements returned for alterations recently (ORDER NUMBER: 67f1c168eba3496b2615e3e7) in which case a return was approved. I purchased this watch which HAS BEEN ALTERED - chain links have been removed making it completely different than what would be purchased in store - this was not called out in the posting, is impossible to be identified in the photos, and I even asked the seller if there are any flaws, and she only stated a new battery was needed.These are unfair, discriminatory business practices. As a buyer, I was denied a claim. As a seller, the buyer was granted a claim for a very similar circumstance. I am only disputing the purchase of the silver **** spade watch.Please advise if this will be refunded as a credit with a cancelled order, or if you will be providing the label for me to return to the seller.       In April of 2025 I signed up for a free trial of closet promotion. During the sign up process, I was assured that I would receive an email notification before the trial period ended. I never received this email. Once I noticed a charge come through for closet promotion, I went to the Poshmark app and canceled the service on 4/25/25. On 4/30/25 another charge for closet promotion came through my bank account. I contacted customer service who told me the charge was correct and that closet promotion is charged at the end of the period. No other service provides a service before it is paid. I do not believe the charge is correct. Furthermore the product is deceptive due to the fact that they assure users they will get a reminder email before the end of the trial period and no such email was received. Poshmark uses deceptive and borderline scam tactics to keep users paying money that is not legitimate. I went to delete my account and when I submitted the request form a message came up that said I could not even submit the request to delete my account. I have no active items listed in my closet as I removed them all, no sales in process and no offers to respond to. There is no reason I cannot delete my account except that, again, Poshmark uses deceptive and borderline scam techniques to keep users. Due to the deceptive nature of the product and the deceptive statements made by Poshmark, I want both charges of $10.00 refunded to me for a total of $20.00. I also want my account to be deleted.

      I am rejecting this response because: the email response mentioned was not adequate and does not address my concerns that they are engaging in predatory practices. I also am not satisfied in regards to the refund I requested.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already communicated with poshmark via customer service, and they did not resolve my issue. That is why I am going through the BBB. It is clear to me that poshmark uses sketchy business practices and does not operate in good faith, and now, poshmark wants to operate with a lack of transparency on top of it all.
