I been a seller for a few years, this is the first time I have had problems with an order for this long.I sold a ring and it was delivered on September 2, I patiently waited the 3 days to get paid since buyer failed to accept the purchase, 5 days go by and I decided to contact poshmark. I didn't get any response for 3 days, I sent a message every day just and case they didn't receive it for whenever reason.On September 9th I reached out to the buyer to request the acceptance of the ring, I also escalated the conversation to poshmark support.They answered just to notified us a coworker was going to help me in another email.It was clear to me they didn't wanted to help me, I was being ignored on purpose, not only they didt help me but prevented other employees from helping. 8/23/2022 a buyer bought a Coach Handbag from me two days later sent it back because she started it smelled of something. When I received the Coach Handbag it didn't smell of anything there was scratches on the bottom of the handbag that was not there. She damaged my handbag never returned the dust cover that came with the handbag and Poshmark only gave me a $10.00 credit. Unacceptable since I can't sell or use the handbag. I want replacement cost for both items in the amount of $350.00.Business Response

I have had several orders returned due to hacking and it has made Poshmark miserable. The staff is rude and unhelpful and no one at Poshmark seems to care. I want my money on my sunglasses and my outfit returned.Business Response

I received a couple of payments from selling on poshmark, they wont let me transfer my money or use it on their site. I messaged them several times to get an explanation and fix this issue but they never respond. I want the money back that belongs to me from selling unfortunately on their site. They wont let me order. I have been scammed by a seller and sent me an item that didint match the description so i opened a case on poshmark and they closed the case unfairly in the seller favor so i opened a case on paypal for this and they suddenly didntet me use my account for anything anymore and wont even respond. I placed order 6309914f1bcd2bf29dc99fb5 on 08-26-2022 on Poshmark.com. The seller (@karenepps417) stated the dress was a size 6 hemmed to fit 5 6 with 1.5 inch heel. The order arrived on 09-01-2022. I tried on the dress on 09-03-2022. I am 5'6" and the dress is 2" off the ground with no shoes on. I submitted a Problems / Order Inquiry on the Poshmark.com website describing the situation and included a photo with a measuring tape (attached). Poshmark.com states on their website claims made within 3 days of delivery for "Item not as described" is a covered refund but Poshmark.com denied my claim and responded:We have reviewed the case you submitted for order "NWT ***************** bridesmaid dress *****". Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because: - Unfortunately, this does not qualify for a valid reason to return. We recommend that buyer's to ask as many questions as possible regarding fit, color, style, material, etc.- Welcome to relist in closet The return policy does not state that I had "to ask as many questions as possible." It states "Item not as described" which this situation falls under. Poshmark.com has a return policy on their website but they do not follow it. I want a refund for $157.67 for receiving a dress that was not as described on their website which I reported within 3 days as Poshmark.com requires. On 8/25 I sold a luxury Bag, a Louis ******* *******************. The buyer paid $495 and I shipped the next day. The ******************* was posted on Poshmark site with a crossbody strap. The item was packed and shipped exactly as pictured inside a dustbag. The buyer received on 8/29 and opened a case stating I did not include the shoulder strap. Buyer submitted pictures to Poshmark which are NOT the bag I sold. ***** stated she was unhappy with purchase and wanted a return. Poshmark ignored that buyer is falsely reporting an issue with item because she is trying to return the item period. Poshmark violated their own policy; if the buyer is unhappy with a purchase the buyer can reposh. The Louis ******* bag that is being returned is NOT the bag I sold. Poshmark needs to reimburse me for my sale immediately. I have excellent sales track, reviews, and shipping policy. I have had a luxury bag stolen from me due to Poshmarks lack of enforcing their policy for sellers. I request Poshmark reimburse me immediately for the cost of my Louis ******* ******* Luxury Bag. I am rejecting this response because:Poshmark gave me 95 posh credits to use on their site in response to my return case and the BBB complaint.
Poshmark not enforcing their own policies has left me without a luxury bag I can now sell and it is a financial loss for me. The sale price for this on Poshmark was $495 I expect to be reimbursed for the full cost of my luxury item. Poshmark still owes me $400.
The returned item is NOT my bag, and the authentication paperwork along with strap has been stolen by the buyer.
Poshmark should have refused the returned and advised the buyer to reposh the item as it is their policy.
I request Poshmark reimburse me for the outstanding $400.

I ordered an article of clothing on Poshmark (order 6306b85d66e9b6ccde80e07d). I received the wrong item. I contacted the seller and she admitted she did not send the right item and asked me to return it for a refund. I then immediately, on the same day, emailed Poshmark for direction on how to return the wrong item and get my money back. I also went to the order issue tab on Poshmark's website to open a case to request a return label and refund. The website was not working and would not let me submit my request to open a case. I tried multiple times. I have emailed Poshmark again each day that has passed explaining that the website would not let me open a claim. The only response I received was an automated response telling me to go to the website and open a case. I tried again and the site said I could not open a claim because 72 hours had passed. Again, I contacted customer support. Multiple times. I was asked, automated response again, to send photos of the item. I did this. I am now being told I may be able to return the item for an exchange, but the item I actually ordered and was supposed to receive is no longer available. There is nothing to exchange this wrong item for. I want my money back, I paid $71 for a pair of jeans I never received! The seller expects me to return the item at my own expense and says she will only refund me her earnings from this sale, which will amount to me getting around $46 back after initially spending $71 plus another $12 for return shipping ($93). I made a purchase of a YSL bag on Poshmark. Upon receiving the bag I noticed that it had a strong odor of old perfume. Since I am fragrant sensitive I realized that I could not use the bag and the bag also had more wear than stated by the seller.
