      I purchased a dress for almost ****** dollars before I bought it I explained that it was for my sons wedding and I didn't want any imperfections. I sent a email asking in there chat box to please respond because they wouldn't respond. They responded saying it was like new with tags. I have the email proof/ They said no issues. I get the dress it's so heavy that when you try and button the back of the dress the clasp is pushed out from the weight and gaps open it will not lay flat. I took it to the seamstress seeing if she could help she said no way it's to heavy send the dress back. So much beading it can't be altered she said it wouldn't even change it will still gap open. I have emailed 10 times as least begging them to please answer. I can't afford a new dress unless I get my money back. My sons wedding is October 14 I have pleaded and pleased for them to please answer me. One response only saying I could try and sell the dress on the website. What?? I don't have time to sell the dress and wait for money it won't sell its defected. I can't lie and say the dress is new with tags because I would be lying because it won't lay flat it's defected. I emailed every day for the Past week and they will not respond. Thank you please help ***************************

      When ordering the dress I sent an e mail stating that I needed the dress to be flawless because it was for my sons wedding October 14 2022. The dress was almost ****** dollars very expensive. They stated the dress was like new dress it's tags . When the dress came in it was extremely heavy becoming of the beading. When I put the dress on the back of the dress when trying to put the clasp on won't close lay flat it opens up like a big bulky ball the dress is to heavy and will not lay flat. It's impossible for o wear the dress for any occasion especially my sons wedding. I took it to the seamstress she explained there was no way I o fix it and to return the dress. It was just to heavy it will not lay flat it will overlapping g big like it was laying on me. I kept emailing and pleading to please respond that the dress was flawed. They finally answer and said yes urn it in o the sight but it will not allow me to. I even screen shot the screen showing what it said and said please do it for me it will not allow me to. I have sent at least 15 e mails they will not help me at all the worst customer service ever. I can't afford to purchase another dress I need my money refunded and they can have there dress back. The dress still has the tags it's in the same condition I got it in. Please I can't get anyone to respond to me they ignore everything I send.

      I am rejecting this response because when placing the order I emailed the person advertising the dress and I asked them if there was anything wrong with the dress if there was any imperfections because I was wearing it for my sons wedding and I needed it to be perfect. They emulated back and said nothing was wrong with the dress and that the tags were still on the dress it's new. When I received the dress I tried it on the back of the dress won't lay flat it gaps open because it's so heavy. I took it to a seamstress she told me the dress could not be fixed that the dress weighs to much and to send the dress back it couldn't be fixed. I can't wear the dress and I can't afford to buy another dress for my sons wedding on the 14th of October 2022. It's false advertisement and I should get my money back when they told me there was nothing wrong with the dress. They knew exactly what they were doing when I asked them through e mail if anything was wrong with the dress. You don't sell a dress for almost *****@ dollars that is messed up especially when I can't even wear the dress. They won't even respond to me. I have sent e mails over and over . I deserve my money back. Terrible so one would sell a dress that can't be worn because of a flaw.

      I am rejecting this response because:Poshmark finally responded saying we're sorry the dress didn't fit and hope you understand.No that's not the issue the dress fit the problem is the back of the dress swill not lay down where the clasp is to fasten the dress as I show in the picture I uploaded. I asked before I purchased the dress if there was any flaws because a it was for my sons wedding and 300 dollars is a lot of money. I was told the tags were on the dress and no problems. When the dress arrived I tried it on and right away the dress would not lay down where you fasten it. I took it to a seamstress to see if she could fix it she told me no send it back it can't be fixed the dress is to heavy it will not lay down because of the weright of the dress. So I will never be able to wear it. It's like throwing 300 dollars out the window. I have w mailed at least 20 times begging for them to help me because o can't afford to buy 2 more dresses and the wedding is now here. I have not got any returned e mails until you guys helped me but they are saying the dress is fine. If the dress was fine I would be wearing it to my sons wedding so clearly the dress is not fine . They need to give me back my money and they can keep there dress because no one can wear it. False advertising is what I have to say and poor customer service not even being able to get ahold of the company.

      I sold a couple items on poshmark and tried to withdraw my money in July. My payment has been sitting on processing since July and its currently the middle of September. Ive emailed poshmark countless times only for them to ignore my emails. I tried emailing from a different account to which I got a response from an employee and when I told her the username and email of said account she stopped responding. I just want my money. I dont understand why its taking so long and why you guys are ignoring my emails.

Now you guys are holding 200 of my dollars and claiming my items weren't authentic. This needs to be resolved. It's very unprofessional of you to ignore my messages instead of responding like what type of business does that? Pay me what is owed and I will gladly leave your platform.       I am rejecting this response because: The receipts are authentic. If you guys believed my items were inauthentic or the buyers did they or you are supposed to return them for a refund. I haven't received any complaints and I also haven't received my items back. If you're going to keep my money send me my items back. Its also very unprofessional for such an established organization to ignore emails because they don't "Feel" like responding. You guys are scamming. I sent you actual RECEIPTS to prove my items are authentic and you guys are telling me its not enough. I asked you what would be enough and you still didn't provide an answer. Give me what is owed to me.

      I purchased a handbag on August 30, the seller said a tracking label was done one that day however, no movement or pick up has been done and I have still not received the item. I reached out to the seller and Poshmark and asked for a refund I paid 198. I have not received any help or response back.

      I purchased a pair of ************** overalls from Poshmark. The listing stated that the measurement for the inseam was 32, which is my Husbands size. The overalls arrived and they appear to have been hemmed to a 25 inseam. The listing was not accurate. I messaged the seller and she said she understood and that she was fine with me returning the overalls. I began the return process through Poshmark and was asked to show photos of the length, to which I did. My return request was denied, because the company is stating I should have requested more information on sizing prior to ordering. The listing clearly stated that the inseam was 32, and how was I to know that they had been hemmed. The seller didnt even realize it. I told Poshmark that I wanted to appeal my decision and they have not responded.

      I made a purchase on August 19th, 2022 totalling $25.67.....a wrong item different from description was sent. I immediately reported the issue and a return was approved. I shipped back the item immediately making the seller aware that the item had been shipped. Initially, she was responding to me and mentioned that she made a mistake and wanted to send the correct item. I informed her she first had to accept the item back for me to get a refund before i could make another purchase if i wanted to. After several days of item not being delivered, i stopped hearing from the seller and when i tracked the returned item, it showed the item had been redirected to another address upon instructions. Obviously, by the seller. She also stopped responding to my enquiries. I then realized the seller was manipulating the delivery of the item to avoid receiving it back. I contacted Poshmark several times about this and getting a refund but have gotten no solution till now. Almost 1 month now. I have sent several emails about getting my refund and only 1 email was replied with no solution. It is very annoying how they are quick to debit funds but reluctant to return it.       I sold a designer bag on Poshmark that according to The US *************** was delivered on August 31, 2022. The buyer reached out to Poshmark and said they did not receive the product. Poshmark quickly emailed me to say they would release funds to me within three days despite the buyer not receiving the bag- supposedly. Ive sent many emails to Poshmark Support and receive automated emails back with out any resolution, only more confusion. They have now marked my item as resolved despite the fact I havent been paid after 12 days of waiting. My bag was essentially stolen. I warn all against selling on this website.

Prior to the item shipping I asked the seller if the inner removable thermal liner and removable rain liner were included since the pictures only showed the outside of the jacket. I was assured by the seller that the liners were included. The moment that the jacket arrived I opened the box and inspected that item. The removable liners were not included. I immediately contacted the seller and reported the issue through the Poshmark website. The seller agreed to allow a return/refund it the item and asked me to start a return with Poshmark using the "return based on not as described" process/option. The next day I receive an email from Poshmark customer support:"We are sorry that you had issues with your order. Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return. As a courtesy, we have added $10 in Posh Credit to your account which can be used toward a future purchase. You can also keep the order and there is no need to ship it back to the seller. We hope you are able to find something else you love. Here are the reasons why this order does not qualify for a return:- Item was not misrepresented"The seller had already agreed to the return/refund. Why was this denied? I have since written multiple emails to customer service (no phone support available) and contacted the seller for assistance. I have not had any further response from the seller or Poshmark. This jacket has no value to me without the liners. Now I have a jacket that I can not use for its intended purpose (cool/cold weather riding and inclement weather riding). Not a good company to deal with and not a good seller...

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The description of the jacket clearly lists that a thermal liner and rain liner were included with this item. I asked the seller before it was shipped if the thermal and rain liner were indeed included and they replied "yes". A motorcycle adventure jacket has removable liners for riding in different types of weather or inclement weather. This is supposed to be a 3 season jacket and since the liners were not included as advertised (and stated by the seller), it is not usable for me... I think that seller and Poshmark are not knowledgeable about how adventure motorcycle jackets are built/used. I can not use the jacket and would like to return and get a refund.

      Hi, please permanently ban this scam seller name @myangel1679, they are a scammer because they keep rudely blocking me for no reason, when I never did anything wrong, all I messaged them was that I'm interested in buying these three bags from them. They are extremely rude and ignorant, I was kindly telling them that I was interested in these three bags that they have on their listing and they rudely blocked me for no reason and they saw my messages I sent them about I was interested in the bags but they keep rudely blocking and ignoring me for no reason and I never did anything wrong and they rudely ignored my messages about me being interested in the bags I wanted to purchase from them. And I had to make another account because at first my on other account, there was a glitch that wouldn't allow me to comment on any listing, so I made another account telling them that I'm still interested in purchasing the bags and they rudely blocked me on that account as well, and I sent them a message that it's wrong of them to block me just because I made another account, the reason why I made another account is because there was a glitch on my other account that wouldn't allow me to comment, they're not even giving me a chance to purchase the bags, again, I never even did anything wrong, I just wanted to purchase those bags. But I'm serious, you all need to permanently ban that seller because they are a scammer and they rudely ignored me for no reason and they keep blocking me for no reason when I never did anything wrong and they are rudely ignoring any messages I send them about me being interested in buying those bags.
