I purchased an ****** shirt on August 20, 2022. The item that the seller described was a sweatshirt. I received the item on August 25, 2022 this item was NOT a sweatshirt at all. The material is a satin/shiny material not cotton at all. Upon seeing this I immediately contacted Poshmark and told them the item was not as described and want to return it to the seller. Poshmark responded to send them pictures which I did they then responded my case would be in review. They just responded back by email on August 27 and said they are NOT going to issue me a refund. I paid $25.66 for this item work hard for my money and Im not going to have an item sit here that I will never wear. I want to send the item back and be refunded my $25.66Business Response

I sold a pair of Women Air Force 1s on 08/08/2022 and my earnings were $76. August 18, 2022- I sold my first item on poshmark and the buyer asked me ship ASAP. I did same day.August 20, 2022- Both the tracking information on **** and the poshmark tracking information states the item was delivered. August 25- Ive sent 4 emails and none have been responded too. My funds have yet to be released. There is no case pending open against my item. Its been over 72 hours and I have not had my funds released. This is a terrible first use experience and I have made two sales. Im sure the second sale will be caught ** in this same drama. I purchased a ****************** pouch from a seller. I paid $142.67 for a fake item. I informed the seller. She said she got it as a gift and didn't know. She also said, if I kept it, she would refund me $70.00 back. The next day she said ************* said for me to contact them. I did (twice), and no response. This terrible company has no way to call, so you are at the mercy of email. Finally, 3-days later, they respond. After (about) 8 emails of explaining, Poshmark said they would refund the $70.00. I never got it. A week later, I emailed 4-5 emails, and they said if I returned the pouch, they would refund $70.00. So now they are keeping the other half of my money for a fake bag. I am attaching proof of the conversation between myself and the buyer. By the way, this came from the Poshmark cite. That means they saw (or can see) this conversation as well.Business Response

Purchased 34 inch belt aigner, when I received the belt it was 28 inches. Emailed the seller to return item. She advised to go thru postmark. This is only the second time I have purchase an item. I received email from postmark to accept order. I did not realize that this finalized sale. The seller advise me to go on postmark and resell belt. Hello, On 08/19/22 I purchased a pair of shoes on Poshmark.com for $168.74. The size that was posted is US ****. Unfortunately the size that was delivered to me was 9 1/2 which does not fit. 62f107a8cbda47e1e7afeac7 Buyer asked a lot of questions prior to purchase, with one of the questions being to post a video of the dress, which I did, so I have a video of the whole dress right before the sales. ***** then purchased and asked the dress to be shipped right away since it will be used for her brothers wedding the next week. So I shipped promptly on the date of purchase. Once the package arrived, buyer stated that the item had a stain, which was not there when I packed or in the video I took of the dress just few days prior. But to keep buyer happy, I told her to initiate a refund. However, buyer disappeared for a few days then came back asking me to pay a dry cleaning fee or a seamstress fee for her off the app to cover the stain that was not there when I shipped the dress, even after I insisted to request refund and that I wouldnt send money outside of the app, buyer was pressuring me to send her money.Poshmark approved the refund however the buyer disappeared and is not sending the dress back. The behavior clearly pointed towards the buyer being a scammer whos used the dress for a wedding and then trying send a damaged down back for a refund.Ive attached a screenshot of the dress taken Aug 9th with the same spot that she claimed had a stain circled. As you can see, theres no stain.Ive also attached screenshots of general condition of the dress. Theres no visible sign of wear. And in the description I clearly told the buyer that its been used and in excellent condition. Which it was when it left my house.I have a long history of sales and 5 star reviews. I do not sell damaged garments. Plus the dress was only worn once and dry cleaned.I would like the fund for this dress release asap.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the business reached out to me that its passed the 3 day deadline for buyer to return this dress to me but they will wait several days to release my payment. Its been more than several day. Buyer is scamming me out of my dress. Made up a stain to try to get me to put them money outside the app, and now refusing to return the dress so o cant get my payment but do not get the dress back either. And Poshmark is supporting this. This is unacceptable and I would like my payment released asap.
