      I made a sale on this platform and promptly shipped the items. After 72 hours Poshmark is supposed to automatically release my money but they never do. Its been well over 72 hours and I still dont have my money. Im now out the items I sold and the money Im owed. They are stealing money!!

      I bought two suitcases for $371 and the shipping was supposed to be free. I was supposed to receive them by now but the items were shipped back to the seller. Now the seller is asking me to pay $23 more in shipping. I no longer want the order as it will arrive too late and I cannot and do not want to pay $23 for shipping as the shipping was listed as free on the item and that is the only reason I purchased at the price that I did. I have been asking them for a refund for several days now and have not gotten a response from them. I would like the refund I am owed as well as a response from the company. This is horrible customer service and other companies similar to them respond within 24 hours and actually help you while Poshmark does absolutely nothing. This is a platform make for scammers and I will never use it again once I get my refund.

      On 3rd August 2022, I got a bag sold, order number is 62e35c045c6ef669faf087d1, being a new seller, I didn't know that I had to use the shipping label, I just took the buyer's information from the shipping label, because I'm also a seller on different platforms like ***** Etsy, and Mercari..., I always ship my products and add the tracking number to my orders, I shipped the bag to the buyer via **** shipping company, I wanted to add the tracking number to the order for the buyer track his order, I was surprised that there is no place to add the tracking number, At that moment, I tried to contact the support team, I sent them a message explaining the problem in detail and asked them to change the tracking number but to no avail, I sent a message to the support team i asking for an answer why cancel the order and cancel, then reply to me that they will tell their agent to check the tracking number you provided them, and I will be answered within two weeks, on 21/08, Then they replied that they could not help me in solving this problem and they would not compensate me because the agent told them that the address of the tracking number does not match the address of the buyer, and this is all wrong. In addition, they accused me of being a fraud. Immediately after that I went to the headquarters of the **** shipping company and they provided me with the shipping proof. I will attach it with this message, Not to mention that this platform does not care about the interests of customers as the simplest example is the delay in responding by the support team and not solving customer problems well and providing compensation if a problem occurs, also accusing customers as fraudsters..., you can confirm all these cases on the comments on their ******** posts and also the posts on the ****** search engine, there are many people suffering in silence with this platform. Now I hope you can help me solve this problem please. And accept my highest appreciation and respect.

      Good afternoon BBB team,This is in detail the information about the issue I have:On 8-19-2022, I bought, a dodge *************** leather jacket from Poshmark with order number 62fd09b5dfb4548a3c75fe14, from the seller ID: Sohinana; I received the item on 08-21-2022. Unfortunately, the jacket was not made of real leather, the jacket has also several wrinkles, this jacket is not as described because is a counterfeit item. Even so the advertisement states real leather that doesnt mean that is real leather until you received the item. I took the jacket with a tailor to ask about the wrinkles and the tailor mentioned that those wrinkles are permanent and not erasable because the jacket is not made of real leather.I established contact with the seller, asking about a return and the seller never responded.I contacted Poshmark for support on a counterfeit item and they released the payment to the seller and they basically said:"Hi there,Thanks for writing in. After reviewing the seller's listing and your disoute and email, our team has decide that your item is as described. Therefore, we are unable to offer you compensation or further assistance with this order. moving forward, we suggest asking clarifying questions in the comment section regarding the item prior to purchasing"We appreciate your understanding Best,****** *************Basically I'm stuck with a counterfeit item that I want to return. Poshmark is literally washing their hands on this situation, the seller ghost on me and now I'm the one stuck with a counterfeit item. I want my money back and I want to return this item.I need help.Sincerely,**************

      I did not accept the order because of the issues I have with item, I communicate with the 

      seller right away about the issues and I contacted poshmark to notify the issue and poshmark release the payment without 

      my cosent or investigating the issue. 

      Why do I have to accept a counterfeit item and be denied to return the item?

      When I have all the right to do so when the item is not as described and also using false advertising from
      the internet. 

      I want my money back and the prepaid label to return your item.

      I sent over the sunglasses to the girl that purchased it, it got received in ******* **. I made a claim with **** they told me she received it, but poshmart refunded her the money and stole my sunglasses.

      My husband recently bought A Louis ******* bag from their website. As soon as we received it we realized it was a fake. It has chemical smells in the tag inside has a barcode that when you scan it it takes you to a site in *****. We immediately contacted the company and they responded that the complaint was not enough they wanted pictures. I sent a second complaint which is difficult enough for me considering Im terminally ill and I cant type I have to use sites that use the microphone. I sent a second complaint with a picture showing the tag they said they didnt get it. My husband sent a third complaint This morning and the jerk is handling my case thinks its funny and is now threatening me and trying to be tough by telling me that if they dont get an actual complaint from me then in the next 24 hours theyre going to release the funds to the seller in I wont get any refund I told him what I thought of him and said that thats not gonna happen. We have submitted three complaints not my problem if they cant open them and find them its on their website unless theyre that dumb and we submitted the correct information with pictures to identify the bag. It sounds like this whole website is a complete scam. My husband is in contact with his bank however I am filing a complaint here because I want to make sure my husband gets his money back these people are obviously used to playing jokes on people and scamming them and thats not gonna happen to us. We have done everything we were asked to do in the ears still refusing to send the return label so that we can get our money back. And then hes going to threaten me and say I have 24 hours to file a complaint maybe he should open his eyes and check his computer so he can see the three complaints weve submitted. Im also reporting him to the *** since he thinks its funny to tell me to get help when Im terminally ill I guess he thinks Im just supposed to run out to the street and get someone help me

      I ordered a ladder from Poshmark in order to use to it to climb a small platform in my bedroom. The item description contained nothing about the dimensions or the size of the product. Merely one hidden comment somewhere down on the page that said its a counter top (btw which is not a very descriptive word). What I received was a piece of wooden c*** painted white which doesnt even seem remotely decorative and nonethless is certainly not a ladder. The picture was deliberately taken in such a way that makes the ladder look much bigger than this piece of c*** actually. I suggest everyone stay away from this scammy business in particular this seller @gynettem. I raised a case with Poshmark and they wouldnt consider any of the evidence I presented in accepting my return.

      I sold a luxury item on Poshmark website. Poshmark provides the shipping label and delivers to the buyer. There is no option for the buyer to purchase insurance to the package. The item was shippped on timely manner , however the post office lost the package . I sent several emails to look for a solution. They take several days to repond your email. No resolution was given , except that they haven't received the package etc. I contacted the post office and since Posh pays the shipping for luxury item , thye don't declare the value of the purchase. The **** stated that the value declare was $100 , and I was supposed to get $790 for my sell They have no intention on resolving any issues I have attached copies of the receipt for the sale , plus also all the email interactions with them

      I listed an item for sale on Poshmark on August 10th, 2022 and it was purchased on August 12th, 2022. Feeling apprehensive of the deal due to some interactions with the buyer before shipping, I made sure to document the packing process by taking pictures and video of the item's condition before and as I packed it. Once it arrived at its destination, the buyer immediately asked for a refund due to "undisclosed damage" that was, by video evidence, clearly not there when shipped. I reached out to Poshmark with the video and pictures to show that there was no damage, undisclosed or otherwise, and they still approved the return and refund within a few hours of the request. I did everything Poshmark tells you to do before shipping to protect against such disingenuous people, and still they auto-approved the return. Attached to this complaint are the photos and video I took before shipping. Poshmark does not act in good faith with sellers.

As the area in question was not disclosed within the listing, the Poshmark Agent reviewing the case was forced to approve the case for a return. A Poshmark agent followed-up with the user on 08/18/2022 and recommended that the user inspects the item in-person upon its return and provide us with the photos and description of what is not in the same condition.       Purchased a bag from a poshmark seller and specifically asked if it had any cracks or exposed piping. Seller responded it was in perfect condition. Purchased the bag but received it with torn leather and piping sticking straight out. Contacted Poshmark and they agreed it should be returned to the seller due to not being represented correctly and my money refunded. They sent a shipping label to return the bag to the seller. I mailed the bag back to seller. Delivery of bag was attempted Aug 6 according to the tracking number but no one was there to sign. Fast forward Aug 11 seller told me she would return from work on Aug 15 and retrieve the bag from the post office. Its now Aug 18 and she has not retrieved bag which means no refund for me and bag will be shipped back to me on Aug 20 according to the post office. I do not want the bag as it was misrepresented and I have pics to prove it. Poshmark even agreed to the return and refund but seller must pick bag up. Both seller and postmark have not responded to recent emails. I want my $449 back!
