      Bought expansion pack **** 4 rental. I hated it after giving it a try for one hour. Tried to return and request a refund but no luck. I find out I cant request refund because its an expansion pack. Stupid excuse. Why should I pay for something that I didnt like and will never play again ? I was a big fan of ea and **** games but ea is being greedy. Why steal peoples money ?

      I reside in ******* and Im an avid Football (Soccer) fan and Ive considered EAs football sim as the best for the past 20 years. I routinely purchase their title to enjoy the offline features of the title because I dont think their online modes are fair and I try to avoid the toxicity. Each year I purchase the title, I realize that its broken and when they update the game to fix the online portion, the offline portion seems to develop another issue which makes the title even worst.

      If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Been trying to log into my account for hours, even with the help of their chat support and still cant. They basically said that I have to create a whole new account ********************************************************* can only be linked to one game console in its lifetime. Which basically means you have to pay for an entirely new Xbox live subscription or PlayStation live subscription. Absolutely absurd that you cant just type in your password and start using it because you didnt log in for 3 months. There is literally no other company that does this lol

      I just got finished with purchasing a bundle pack for $19.99 and immediately got notified about a charge for $38.72. Which with taxes would not come close to the number. It is false advertising and misleading. Furthermore, when I talked with an agent immediately they tried to pin the issue with apple, but I was *********************** prepared and talked with apple prior to which they informed me that EA is the one to be handling issues since they overcharged me. This is not only a violation of the consumer protection act, but also beyond unethical to be charging more than the price listed ON AN APP. They have full control over how much is taken out with in app purchases.

      Worst customer service company I've ever ********************* with. ********* was able to help me in about 5 minutes with the same issue I was having with EA and been dealing with for about 2 years now. Simple account recovery it shouldn't be hard but with EA customer service it's been an absolute nightmare. I love how they have their reviews on peoples comments on here with their generic responses it just shows their level of not caring. Been a loyal customer buying ********************** that I have to make another account to even play them on but I have been playing EA games for over 20 years but I'll never purchase another EA game after *** 24 and this last time dealing with their customer service.

      EA Sports owns Tap Sports Baseball '23. The game has been down for a full week. No events, not new content, no daily challenges, among many other things. There has not been a single communication from the company regarding what is happening. Many regular players have subscriptions that they are still being charged for. **************** gives the same generic answer; "sorry for the inconvenience, we are looking at options". But it is completely unacceptable that there has been no word from EA regarding what is going on! People have personal information associated with their accounts. There are rumors that the company has been hacked. Others think that the game has been discontinued. Everyone has just been left to wonder what is going on because no one is communicating with the customers. Absolutely abysmal customer service by **********************. Can not think of how they could possibly have handled this situation any worse. Terrible on all fronts. I would give them a negative rating if it were possible.

      just terrible customer service. they won't answer you or help you at all. then you have an open ticket and can't log another ticket because you have one open. I wish i could close the ticket on my end

      I am blocked from seeing my library of games. All I get is a pop up saying I have to pay for a subscription to play my games. I PAID outright for my games and have never bought a subscription service through EA. I guess I wont be using my games anymore since Im absolutely not paying for another subscription. I wish I could say I expected better- what a scam.

      I have had a membership with Pogo who is owned by EA for 12 years. It is a monthly automated renewal account payable by an automatic payment and I am to be awarded 8 gems each month. This did not happen in February for the first time. I have over 20 emails between EA and customer **************************** have gotten nowhere, they just keep going around in circles telling me they are unable to help me. They have no phone numbers that we can contact them when we have an account issue to talk to them about so what are we supposed to do when our account has an issue like mine. I am paying for a membership that they are in default and not providing what my contract states I should receive. I have enjoyed playing the games on Pogo. I don't know if this will continue to happen from now on every month or not. I may never see my gems again and I can't get any answers or contact anyone. So at this point I guess I will just cancel my membership and stop my autopay and find a game site that values their customers and honors their contracts.

      Been fighting with their support since October 2023 with crash issues after I purchased $400 worth of ingame currency to help with quests. After the latest update (end of January this year) the bug that had been plaguing me has finally been fixed, but they refuse to compensate me for what I purchased or the time I've spent dealing with this issue.This garbage is unacceptable! That includes:$400.55 worth of purchases $5.39 - event starter pack - ********************* $53.99 - truckload of life points - **** gold coins $21.59 - big bundle - 500 gold $21.59 - massive LP monthly card - certain *** per day, not currently in the store $53.99 - swimming pool of social points - 720 purple coins $16.19 - currency bundle - ********* green, 100 gold $11.87 - jumbo toolbox- ***** suburbs helper (doesn't seem to be active? )$21.59 - piata of social points x3 - 240x3= 720 purple $21.59 - superlative SP monthly card - certain *** per day, not currently in the store $107.99 - boatload of life points - **** gold $21.59 - jumbo toolbox #4 - caf managers (still active)= = =**** purple social points **** gold life points *****, 500 green simoleans Plus whatever for the monthly ******* cards
