      Been fighting with their support since October 2023 with crash issues after I purchased $400 worth of ingame currency to help with quests. After the latest update (end of January this year) the bug that had been plaguing me has finally been fixed, but they refuse to compensate me for what I purchased or the time I've spent dealing with this issue.This garbage is unacceptable! That includes:$400.55 worth of purchases $5.39 - event starter pack - ********************* $53.99 - truckload of life points - **** gold coins $21.59 - big bundle - 500 gold $21.59 - massive LP monthly card - certain *** per day, not currently in the store $53.99 - swimming pool of social points - 720 purple coins $16.19 - currency bundle - ********* green, 100 gold $11.87 - jumbo toolbox- ***** suburbs helper (doesn't seem to be active? )$21.59 - piata of social points x3 - 240x3= 720 purple $21.59 - superlative SP monthly card - certain *** per day, not currently in the store $107.99 - boatload of life points - **** gold $21.59 - jumbo toolbox #4 - caf managers (still active)= = =**** purple social points **** gold life points *****, 500 green simoleans Plus whatever for the monthly ******* cards

      I have played multiple madden games in the past and have always been able to claim twitch prime drops I have never had a problem till madden 24. I have been trying to figure this out using the customer service tools for 2 months that they give you at ea help which are terrible everyone reads the same script and no one is able to help all i have gotten is how all the sudden my ea account is not able to be reconected even though i never changed anything as it says that it can only be connected once in a lifetime. I have already talked with twitch/amazon services and they all say it is ea sided. I am now done with purchasing any ea title as i have wasted multiple hours talking with customer **************************** watching livestreams to earn rewards I never gained.

      I have played various EA sports games for 2 decades. Recently, my account was banned from Madden 24 without explanation. I have reached out to EA help several times and have not been told the cause for my ban or had the opportunity to actually speak with a representative. This company uses heavy automation for these decisions and is typically unwilling to admit when these systems suffer from errors. Moving forward, I will be avoiding purchasing products from this company.Cheers.

      To whom it may concern, Ea Sports is a terrible company who bans its users on madden for cheating after you spend hundred of dollars on its game. They never respond to you through email to tell you exactly what you did just that you were cheating its ridiculous. And the wait time to actually talk to somebody is atrocious, we are in **** it should not be that difficult.

      EA practices and treatment of customers who play Covet Fashion Game is unfair and cheating! They have the worst customer support service that does not help customers at all! They cheat their customers from scores and prizes in game, they do not respect their customers and never solve any of the issues we send in tickets and do not fix glitches that ruin the game and aggravate players. The worst customer support!q

      This app has gone downhill, in terms of their customer service. Apparently they are told to follow strict guidelines and continually, despite me being a player who has literally, not figuratively spent thousands upon thousands of dollars for them, they make you jump through hoops after hoop, and when you have proven, your issue is legitimate, they create another hoop, or they repeat the same questions with the hope that you just give up. I have Multitudes of proof on this exact fact. Their customer service needs to be severely severely upgraded.

      EA has known for years about an issue with **** 3 expansions not downloading properly. They have no solution. Yet they continue to sell these products, even actively promoting them in sales. They are fine accepting money, but they have no solution to the fact that the purchased product can't be installed. They promise they're working on a solution but have been making this promise for years. Either figure out how to make these games downloadable or quit selling them. It shouldn't be that hard.
