EA's "support" is actually disgusting for a "formal" business. I have purchased 3 expansion packs for the **** 4 and to this day they were taken away from me for a monitor ban. The ban was fraudulent activity. I find this an outrage when there was no fraudulent activity. The ban is still placed on my account. These three packs were removed for absolutely no reason (Get to Work, Island ******* *********** Years). These were purchased in July of 2023. I downloaded and played them for a little while then all of a sudden they refused to download after the Horse Ranch update. I have been fighting with EA since. All of a sudden they were removed from my account in March of 2024, when before it would at least say I owned them. I no longer do, it says I must buy them again. I have an enormous history of live chats, cases, emails, posts on answers HQ trying to investigate why this occurred but all I was informed Terms and Services will be contacting me and never did after months of no help. And still no help from the only place I was told I would receive help from by the assistants. That was also months ago, I'm sure everyone on the customer service ******************** will recognize me, I have talked to several assistants. This has been way too long for a "professional" business. Now I find myself aggravated and robbed. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star review if I didn't have too. I want my money back, or get me packs back and I'm not taking no for an answer.Electronic Arts, Inc.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against EA Corporation regarding the suspension of my Apex account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with EA's customer support, I have encountered nothing but frustration and stonewalling.My EA account, under the ** "************," was suddenly suspended without any explanation or warning. Concerned about this unexpected action, I promptly reached out to EA's support team through their designated channel at help.ea.com. However, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with evasive responses and a lack of transparency.I have diligently provided evidence to support my case, including the discovery of unfamiliar login IPs on my EA platform, indicating potential unauthorized access to my account. Despite this alarming discovery, EA has failed to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. Repeated requests for clarification regarding the reason for the suspension have been met with dismissive replies, and my inquiries have been summarily closed without resolution.This ongoing ordeal has persisted for over a year, during which time I have made numerous attempts to engage with EA in good faith to rectify the situation. Regrettably, EA has consistently failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even basic transparency regarding the status of my account.At this point, I am left with no recourse but to seek external intervention. I implore the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and compel EA Corporation to provide a comprehensive explanation for the suspension of my account.my gaming account's associated email address is . My EA account has been compromised for years. Not only is it stolen but my account gets banned for a psn name I havent had in years. The customer service number gives you three options. Then hangs up on you. No option is a human. They redirect you back to a website that loops you back to the same page after submitting info or just wont progress when you change information due to a save button not working. Haha vent been able to change my PW, I keep getting banned in need for speed. A game I havent played in a decade! Im not toxic and never have been. The ** loops lead me to believe its done on purpose in order to frustrate the consumer into just dealing with whatever has happened. The company is so fragmented in terms of quality business in any means that they need to be investigated and shut down. I cant imagine investing in any Ea game at any point. Could you please allow someone else to make sports games for gods sake. Your were great but your time is up and your quality is exponentially bottomed out. Retire EA. You average a 1.5 approval rating on any site. The BBB should have shut you down by now.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Absolutely deployable and unethical customer service.I contacted ********************** Customer ****************************** trying to access my EA games on my laptop. When I attempt to launch a game, it automatically crashes and defaults back to the EA app. I filed a case with EA Help on 3/24/24 and since then have had no assistance. I've gotten multiple generic messages from multiple people asking the same questions and not attempting to resolve the issue. I had to file a second case with EA Help when one of my games went missing from my library. Again, absolutely no help. There is absolutely no excuse to charge people for products that they are unable to play. That is theft. They are taking our money and not providing us with the ability to use the product.Electronic Arts, Inc.

The company refuses to help me verify my account by asking me to verify my account to verify my account. Yes, you ******************** that right, to verify my email i have to first receive the email to be helped. Even if you wrote it wrong or wish to make changes you have to receive that email. The only other way is to give them some private information to then be told that the information provided is incorrect, they do not mention which part is incorrect, they do not tell you anything but to make a new case which can take about 20 mins per wait for another 30 online chat that isn't help full at all. Not only that but i noticed new suggestions and emails being received after giving that sensitive information of mine on my emails and ads suggesting that they are most likely selling my information to a 3rd party. Several new emails i have never registered to, about some random site were appearing and it so happened to be right after i gave my info to them trying to fix my account. My account has a couple of hundred dollars spent in total and they aren't trying to help me at all with the process but instead make this very ineffective method of asking for private into to help me accurately. I'm being scammed and robbed of my money and having my information sold off to who knows whatever company that decides to buy it. This company needs to be heavily looked into.Electronic Arts, Inc.

I bought Roaring Heights through the EA app for my **** 3 game on 12/31/23. In my EA order history on the EA website, it gives me a code to register my game. The code does not work. I asked for help starting on 1/6/24. I've talked to 10+ people at EA now. They all gave me excuses but no one would give me a new code or a refund. Today I talked with someone over an hour and in the end, they told me the refund window ended so there was nothing to be done. I requested to speak to a manager, they told me they couldn't transfer me. I have sent everyone screenshots of proof that I bought the game and that the code doesn't work and now apparently, there is nothing to be done. Months of dragging this out, explaining my case to multiple people and no one could help me or at least try to make it right.I have many other expansions for my game bought through the **** 3 store and the one time I try through the EA app, this happens. After giving up on talking to anyone at EA during this 3 month ordeal, I posted to the BBB and then on March 20th received a message from ****** at EA. We went back and forth with emails as I explained that Roaring Heights didn't work from the start and I had proof that I had been in contact with EA on how to resolve this within a week of purchase - less than the 2 week policy. Eventually, ****** sent me this response:Thank you for the feedback. Please understand that you are beyond the normal refund eligibility for a game of this type, and we cannot refund any currencies such as Sim Points once they have been used in-game.For more information on our refund policy here:****************************************************************************** However, as a valued fan of EA games, I am willing to make a one-time exception and refund the purchase of The **** 3 Roaring Heights (Invoice XXXXXX) Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Once we ******************************** the refund you will need to contact your payment provider with any other payment questions.If there are no other questions this case will close automatically. Thank you once again for your understanding and patience.I received my refund and am happy with that. However, I wish it would not have taken this long. Horrible service. I purchased a game that was faulty and not working since time of purchase. As per their refund policy you can get refunded within 24hrs of purchase. I asked for a refund within that time frame and the agent refused because there was a bug and its getting fixed it was never fixed of course and now they still refuse to refund because its been passed the 24hrs even though I reached out in proper timing. Hopefully **** 4 gets away from them and creates there own customer service because *********************** with these people has been nothing but h*** Apparently they cant escalate anything to supervisors or managers, they have no such optionElectronic Arts, Inc.
