EA Sports Bans players for using acceptable sports terms but lets other players use racists terms and the governing of who gets ban is done by players. So they take you $100+ for a game then a week later you can get banned from playing because a sore loser reported you and EA automated system flag and bans you without explanation or chance to appeal meanwhile hypocritically allows players to use profane names. Why not spend the money to actually govern or just restrict *********** from being able to set these profanitys in the first place. They charge $100+for an un finished game. Any other business this would be illegal.EA Sports can be blamed for,Equal rights act violation 1st amendment rights violations Sale of unfinished products under false pretenses.Selling unfisElectronic Arts, Inc.

Been trying to recover my gamertag for over a year after being forced to reset a password to an email i havent used in over 10 year and i have a ton of info to get it back but they keep saying it doesn't work and to start over each time I chat with someone. No number to call or anything and they make it hard to even chat with anyone about problems.Electronic Arts, Inc.

On 12/9/23 at 3:13 EST I purchased 3 DLC packs from EA for my **** 4 game: For Rent Expansion Pack, Realm of Magic Game Pack, and Poolside Splash Kit. However, when i went to download the purchased content, the games did not show up in my Manage Add Ons list. I tried logging off the app and back on, only to find the server had crashed and no one could connect. When the issue with the servers was resolved and I could log back in, the three games do not show "in library" and are only available to be purchased. When I checked my Order History, the games show as purchased and i have an email confirmation of the purchase from EA. I have tried reaching out through all their "Support" channels (EA HELP, EA.com) and opened a case. I also openned an error report and cross-referenced it with the open case. They keep closing my open case, and I have to "Resume" which opens a new case. I cannot believe that a company this size, with this many customers and this many issues, does not have a customer support chat or phone number. I finally got a response from a person by email, but they wanted the same info i had provided 3 times. I am still awaiting a further response to my replyElectronic Arts, Inc.

My brother stopped playing NFS: Heat out of frustration one day and after I found the game fun and enticing tried to get him back on and in my team. Problem is he is in a team he never joined and after trying to log back in was subsequently banned for no reason and locked out of any account recovery. If his account violated some policy it was likely due to some hacker but EA displayed no care in his case telling him to make a new account and buy it all over again. Such a travesty you can't talk to a live person to resolve such minor issues and instead must play email tag with soulless robots and bots. EA already had a tarnished past in my books. Ea games took it upon themselves to delete my account because I hadn't logged in for a few years while I was without a computer. I remember my logins and password, but they require you reset password. Unfortunately the email account I ************************** signed up with is no longer active and cannot be recovered, so there's no way to reset password through my email address even though I did know my old password.Instead of offering other ways to recover the account, such as verifying through phone number, security questions, etc. they just delete your account and tell you to repurchase their games under a new account. Talk about corporate greed. I had hundreds of dollars worth of games under my old account. "Just buy them again!" is the only solution this money grubbing company can come up with next. Oh wait let's not forget I spent around 200 to 300 dollars had almost every pack. But bc of origin being discontinued and I wasn't able to get back to my computer in time. Ea was not helpful and screwed me. I am now having to restart from the basics. I have been a loyal customer since **** 2 **** 3 and **** 4. But ya know what I lost EVERYTHING. I cried and cried bc this was my only calming mechanism. It helped me alot with my mental health. I started working at 15 and every paycheck went to the game. Up until I was 18 and my computer stopped working...... why can yall help everyone else but ignore someme like me who still to this day supports **** and what it does for me......Electronic Arts, Inc.

Horrible. The create a pay to play model on their mobile games including F1 Mobile Racing. In order to progress you must complete tasks. Once completing there task they do not issue your reward for end of event rewards. I reached out to their sub par support and they will do anything not to help. I showed screen shots of before and after the event to show i did not receive those rewards as well as did what was suggested in their FAQ page. I showed them proof and they just send a generic response saying that those rewards were received but with no proof. This has happened 4 times now and no help what so ever. Whatever you do dont spend money on this game they rip off their customers.Electronic Arts, Inc.

I think this company should be investigated for fraud is basically what I think. Especially EA Sports in specific. Year after year they sell an unfinished, horrible product like Madden, that either doesn't work as intended, or doesn't even work at all. Both last year and this year, there has been long periods of time that people who bought ****** couldn't even use the product they purchased due to issues that kept them from being able to play the game at all. It was so bad they had to issue thousands of refunds and sell this year's game (Madden 24) half off to many like myself who were affected. If it wasn't bad enough that they sell a horrible, unfinished product to begin with, they then also have in game purchases and rewards that people are consistently purchasing or earning, and not properly receiving. While effort is made that compensates some, that many more aren't compensated at all and just simply lose money, never receiving what they pay for. They're literally ripping people off by doing this.Which brings me to my next complaint; the customer service...or lack thereof. By far, they have to be the most unreliable, unhelpful customer service group I've ever encountered. Last year I went to get a refund from them for ****** 23 that didn't work practically half the year, and was flat out denied without cause, and my case closed.YEARS of this kind of horrible product and service from this company, Ave they just continue to get away with it. Literally just go back through past ten years and read the reviews. The *** needs to seriously take the license back from **********************, ban them from ever using it again, and they should be sued for all the people they've ripped off over there years. I literally can't even believe a company can get away with this much and continue to exist. Absolutely despicable!Electronic Arts, Inc.

1 starCant use games purchased. Their launcher is broken effectively revoking my access due to their incompetence. No support, and their suggested fixes that I had to research through their forums did not fix the problem. Even the link to report the error resulted in an error. Basically all the money I spent on their products is gone. Not to mention they tried to use loot crates to rip off parents in a juvenile gambling scheme.Review fromKyra M

Absolutely horrible customer service. Virtually no way to get immediate help from EA for the simplest of problems. I have been in contact with support for a few days now, have been assigned multiple agents, and have gotten as far as the newest agent asking if I have access to the email I was using to correspond already. Pathetic and super disappointing. Genuinely have never experienced such poor customer service from such a large company, its mind boggling.Electronic Arts, Inc.
