      This has got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with!!! I received a permanent ban for no reason. I spent over a $1000.00 on there product with add ons and can't even play the game. I contacted ea three times over this and get the same answers every time I talk to someone threw ea chat. It seems like they are all programmed to say the same thing. It's almost impossible to even get in touch with anyone in there company. I don't see how they are allowed to take your money and then just kick you off the game. No refunds, no warning, no way of actually speaking to anyone to get a real answer. Just ban you permanently whenever they feel like it. Somehow legally robbing there customers. I've played this game since the first one came out 20 plus years ago and get treated like I'm cheating them. Who spends over $1000.00 on the game and is cheating ?? what a joke!!!

      Horrible games and horrible company. Not a single game ever gets any better. They all **** equally(good job at that EA) . Can't use your name in create a character because somehow someone's actual name is now a hate crime according to EA. Just straight garbage and waste of money to spend any time or money on games that are created to create hate and division with racial stuff all over the game. People buy these games to relax not to have you spewing political garbage in our faces. Never buying another EA game until they learn to build games for everyone and games that are actually worth the money and fun to play.

      Can't access downloaded game. Zero email support. Zero phone support. Chat support that fails every time. Hands down the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

      Absolute disgrace of a product put out by this company. Can update games, can get the app to work half of the time, really just a **** poor excuse for a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollars every year and the turns around and defecates on the people using it.

      I am beyond disappointed with Electronic Arts. I have never been so unsatisfied in my entire life. Nor have I ever felt so unappreciated by a company. The support they offer is slim to none. My account was banned and also compromised. I explained this to ********* agents along with sending a detailed email. The chat agents were unable to help me and promised me untrue things. Regarding my ban situation, I was told I would be emailed by EA, but I was not emailed by EA. They said they would explain the ban, but that explanation never came. I also was told that if I was unable to answer the 7 questions they gave they would not be able to change the email back on the account, the issue with this process is that when I originally made the account I was like 13 maybe 14 years old. That means I had to use a random birthdate so that I could play EA games. So I have no way of regaining access to my account that I have spent loads of money and time on. I don't understand how a company worth billions of dollars could treat customers the way they do. I am left with a very unsavory taste in my mouth. How does a company that only functions online have such poor account security, but the chat agents on the other hand need you to answer 1 million questions correctly to regain access to your account. It's shameful, I don't have the ability to play any of my EA titles (I have a lot of them), my DLC for these said titles, access to content from my battle passes I bought, and skins. I am beyond upset and cannot STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EA BECAUSE IF YOU LOSE ACCESS TO THAT ACCOUNT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, NOR WILL THEY MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT.

      Been a customer for 20+ *********************. I have reached out for help with customer service to no avail. It has been 4 days since my issue and still no response. This has happened repeatedly throughout my experience with this company and the game they have ruined in madden 24. Also what is extremely frustrating is often this company will sell packs in store and if people are getting good cards they will gate the game and fix within 15 minutes to an hour tops even on weekends and holidays. Is that even legal? I have come to the decision to no longer be a customer.

      I am disappointed in the transparency of EA games, they do not allow for users in the same household to share purchased games and this is not made apparent when purchasing the game. It is also not in line with most competitors' business practices. Additionally, in 2018 the company addressed users on its own support site stating that family sharing was an important feature they were working on. Four years later that same post was closed by a moderator so that people would stop requesting updates on the feature that was not added. I am highly disappointed in this company's business practices. I hope they realize that millennials and Gen * absolutely take into account a company's ************************** business practices when deciding on purchases.

      I wouldn't even give them 1 star, the worst experience I've ever had with a **** business. I've spent over $300 on addons for a game I cannot access. Any EA help is non-existent, they refuse to put an email or anything on the help page. Its impossible to contact them and they do not care about their quality or customer review. At what point can this company be shut down? How much does it take?

      All of their games are money grabbing pieces of filth. Will not buy another game and would refund if I could but their piece of s*** terms and conditions prevent me. Every game developer here should be unemployed
