      This is a shameful company that releases buggy and glitch filled games that constantly crash. In EA FC, ultimate team constantly crashes while playing online matches/squad battles and it gives you a loss and no points/coins earned. This has happened repeatedly and their unhelpful customer service says they cannot credit and coins or points even though it is their fault their servers are constantly crashing and down. They also specifically make it very hard to contact them over a chat as they have removed that feature to me. Stay away from their games. This is an example of a company that does not value the consumer.

      Electronic Arts is the greatest embarrassment of the gaming industry. This company forced its customers to download their latest launcher, the EA App, and the software is completely defective. Products that we as consumers paid for are inaccessible or unusable do EA's either wild incompetence, or breathtaking indifference. My issue in particular is that the EA App will not launch games that I paid for - and can show receipt of payment for - years ago, with the error message appearing the EA Origin, the previously decommissioned software, is required to run these games. In essence, Electronic Arts greedily takes money from its customers, while refusing to provide the that they paid for. As serious an accusation as it is, this is BY DEFINITION A SCAM. How many more class actions lawsuits need to be filed against EA before they finally learn their ******* How many more government officials need to interrogate them before they finally understand you can't take people's money in exchange for goods and services while proving nothing for those payments.I doubt this review will find its way to anyone of importance at EA, but in the event ************************* and his ilk finally grow a conscience, I'd like to say this; get out of the gaming industry. Release the beloved studios and IPs your company has pilfered over the years from their internment with EA, so they can focus their skills on making quality entertainment for the fans and customers. Electronic Arts "talents" are clearly more inclined to making cheap, knock-off iPhone chargers that break after two days of use, rather than producing quality entertainment products. Your employees are ************************, experts in their respective fields, who want to provide the best possible entertainment experience for their customers and fans. Let them go and create as they wish, close your doors, stop publishing games, and find a better way to make your customers despise you in a different line of work.

      If there was any way to rate this company a negative 100 I would. They have absolutely zero customer service. They're fixed at everything is to send you to their answer forums where non-EA employees run the show. They can't help and they can't fix the clear and present issues that their company has with every single one of their products. Get a clue and get a quality control department. You go to their help site and they don't help. Their answer is to post about it on the forums, however when you post your actual experience of what it's like playing the c*** they put out on the marketplace you will end up getting banned for being disruptive and toxic. This company wouldn't know quality or even a finished product if it bit them in the face.

      I have been trying to speak to someone on the phone all day. I have spoke with 3 different reps. I purchased many ea **** 3 and **** 4 games. I have not played in years. I go to log on today and find out my account is deleted due to inactivity. I created a new account. I still have the games on my computer but when I click on them they tell me to enter the code but when I do it tells me it's already active with an account. I asked for their help in transferring it or helping log in and they told me there is nothing they can do to get me my games. I feel cheated I have spent $100's on these games only not to be able to use them because they deleted my account because I have not long on frequently enough for them.

      They are a waste of money. You can't speak to anyone to solve a problem. I can't log in because it keeps asking for a code that is never sent to my email. When they send a code, you still can't log in because it asks for a code. When you use their code, it locks you out. I've requested a refund for all the games I've purchased because I can't play them. They have no problem knowing who you are to get your money. There should be a way to speak to a live person to solve the problem instead of emails from different people each time. The tech support with EA is horrible, and support should be stripped from the conversation. No real support is given to you when requested.

      If I could give them a negative 1 I would. They advertise things & dont deliver. The video submitted shows how this company advertised they would fix the roster error in franchise mode and never has. Its been 43 days and nothing has been done.************************************************

      So I spend money on the **** 4. You have to buy each expansion individually. As of late every time they put out new stuff as of late it isn't play tested or they are not doing it enough to where it breaks the game and makes it unable to play. Then it will often take them forever to fix what they broke. Often you cannot play until something is fixed. I just feel like they are just a bunch of cash cows that want more and more money. They put out crappy products lately that are consistently broken or not what we paid for? If you buy most expansions you are spending money to invest. Now it has gotten to the point where it feels like customers are being taken advantage of. I am not sure if any other EA games are like this. EA needs to get their act together and start listening to it's audience. I play other games on different platforms so I can easily switch. I do not want to because I enjoy playing the ****....

      I have been playing The **** 3 as an offline game, as it was intended, for several years. With the launch of the EA app, The **** 3 is no longer an offline game. Users have to log into the EA app every time they want to play. The app almost never works. I stuck with the **** 3 due to the fact that I do not have internet where I live. I have spent a lot of money on a game that is now very difficult for me to play. I had to invest in hotspot to be able to play a game that is supposed to be offline. EA's customer support is non-existent. Trying to contact them on their website leads you to a frequently asked questions page and a forum for online users to sort the issues out themselves. I used to love EA as a company and based on these complaints and my own experience, they have gone completely downhill. It's very saddening that they will continue to take people's money yet not make their products work properly or as they were intended to work.
