      I played a weekend sprint event in Tap Sports Baseball '22 and our club placed first and I had the top score. Then as soon as the event ended, no awards were handed out and all results were erased. They eventually came back and I grabbed screen shots of the results and submitted them to their customer service department who had asked for them. They said they would look into them and get back to me. This episode began on Aug. 8, 2023, and after repeated requests for the gold (12K) I had earned (not to mention the 10K in gold spent on the event), and being told it was still being reviewed, they finally admitted their nefarious plan: we will not be giving you what you earned. Their exact wording from ***** who's on their customer experience ********************: "I ******************** you are concerned about the rewards. Regret to say that we will not be able to assist you with the rewards. I do understand your sentiments and my colleague has passed on this information to the team. We do hope you will not missed (SIC) out on future rewards."This statement is rich. There's no explanation as to why the rewards are being withheld, and they hope I don't miss future rewards. The only reason I missed this reward is because EA Sports failed to give them to me. Then they strung me along before finally admitting what they were going to do all along. This is fraud in my eyes, and I don't know how they continue to get away with this. Too bad they don't care about their paying customers.

      I bought $60 worth of Apex Coins through Steam for Apex Legends and never received anything. That was a month ago. I've been trying to get in contact with them every which way I can through their website help section and through ******* and nothing. Today I even received an email that my email address is no longer being monitored by them but they want me to get the help I need. The company has just devolved into a former shell of itself and it ***** to see.

      I had my game for less than 20 minutes and decided I didnt want it. I never downloaded or opened the game. I asked EA for a refund. They agreed twice and said I would get my refund in **** business days. It never came. I called to check on the status, and now they are telling me I never should have been told Id get a refund and that there is no one in the company who is going to refund you. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Get your games on Steam. They are far better and do what they say they will do.

      I had the game for less than a day and purchased the deluxe edition of madden and less than 24 hrs later my content was wiped along with all my progress. I asked them to fix it since I had spent the extra money and dont have a lot of money to begin with and they told me there was no way to fix it even after seeing that there was an issue. It was a problem on their end and they refused to give me my content I payed for, my progress back, and/or the money I spent. Poor customer service. I was ************************ to a new person each time and they made it more confusing. They also tried to say my account was hacked when I told them it wasnt they later got back ti me saying that there was no evidence of someone getting into my account. ********************** has plenty of money and resources to give me back what I payed for.

      Haven't been able to sign into EA/Pogo for a week. Can't get any help. Their help site is messed up. Tells me I'm need to be online or that my email is invalid. I couldn't contact them if I wasn't on line and my email is the one I used for my account and I use it all the time. Can't find anyway to contact them so I wasted my money. What a rip off.

      Letter - Respawn and EA Hello valued developers and all,My name is ************** am an avid gamer gamer and I say that cause Ive got a lot of passion for Apex Legends. It is THE BEST game I have played since Halo3/ReachThat being said Ive been a Week 1 player. This Monday I went to update my EA account to link my Amazon Prime and I noticed the gamertag that was linked as the **** account linked to my ********************** profile. I am saddened. I Unlinked that unknown gamertag and linked mine (iimDuck) not knowing that I would lose 3 years of Battlepass completions, event skin purchases, bundles, etc. I lost Bloodhound and ********* Heirlooms, a collection if Bloodhound skins. Anything that was bought with APEX COINS is now gone :(Ive reach out to EA, Xbox Support multiple times, and gotten a little progress. However I cant help but be deterred to continue purchasing content and battle passes when Ive lost 3 years of nostalgia in game items and stuff. I hope someone gets where ** coming from. I love this game and never thought something like this could happen. Please help :)Thank you,**********

      EA has robbed me blind. I have receipts and proof that I purchased all but 2 expansion packs and kits. I loaded my game up and everything has been wiped including purchase history. This is extremely frustrating being that *** spent over $300 on this game just to have it all taken back. Ive reached out to customer **************************** no help has been given beside telling me to call Xbox who then send me back to EA.

      One of the most Anti-Consumer companies in all of the **. CEO is totally tone deaf, customer support is ***************************** hard to reach, they love throwing out games without giving them enough time to actually complete the game. Unacceptable. They released Jedi Survivor back in April and it is now mid August and it is still unplayable. They shouldn't be able to keep doing this over and over and over. I understand the need to gather a certain amount of data because everyone has such different machines and operating systems but there's a right way to do things and a wrong way. They refuse to listen to feedback and bug reports and refuse to communicate and acknowledge us. WE gave you the money that allows you people to keep your lights on. Show some respect. They'd be dealing with tons of lawsuits if it wasn't for some loopholes they love to exploit. They also love to reuse assets from one game, keep all the features the same, maybe change the menu a bit, add a couple new people to a roster, but keep everything else the same, and then repackage it and resell it, call it new and charge $60-$70 and call it a brand new game when it's the same exact thing as the previous year. They also love microtransactions and "surprise mechanics" which is a stupid way of saying GAMBLING. Their GAMBLING mechanics were banned in ****** due to the predatory GAMBLING mechanics that they had children partaking in. You buy some stuff that will randomly give you some stuff, sometimes things that give you an extra advantage in the game, and make it so people with no money can't ever win because they want to push you to buy MORE MORE MORE. They already charge $60-$70, a FULL priced game, and then want you to pay $20+ regularly for more c*** that they could make so you could just earn it in game but they just want every kid to spend their parents money. Place is run like a pharmaceutical company or something. Corporate should be ashamed as well as every employee that helps run the place.

      I am trying to get help with my **** * games and I paid money over $250.00 for my **** * games and EA is preventing me from playing them I have all the disc and codes original packaging that over the years I purchased my laptop broke and I had to purchase another one but it took me a few years to get another laptop. I got new one and with it new email addy and accounts due to no longer having old emails and accounts but kept in touch with EA changing my account email and accounts yet I can't get EA to let me play my **** * Even though the said they found my old account they still won't let me play my **** * because they're no longer with origin I tried downloading my **** * with my disc and origin downloads too and won't let me go past it to play my **** * I tried over and over to get EA to help with no response or them repeatedly closing my cases I downloaded the EA app only to find out it's not letting me get to my games either then find from EA that they deleted my account because when I went offline tell I got new laptop I never closed out or deleted my account apparently ********************** took it upon themselves to delete my account. I also was told to give them codes from my games and this too was a dead end because they rendered my codes to my disc useless they're are not recognizing the very codes I paid for. I don't understand how they get away with sailing u something and then taking your right to use it away it's highway robbery the wealthy get away with robbing u but make laws against us taking what's rightfully ours back. Then BBB doesn't want to help us resolve it either what good are they if we can't get them BBB to help fix this just because they are not affiliated with EA this should be against the law. That they can reneder my codes useless. Someone should sue ********************** and whomever else is involved in this practice of rendering games useless and further more they have our address phone number and name to find our account. They don't need anything else
