Incredibly awful company. Created an account to ask for support on bugs in software they produced. Never added any form a payment or linked any financial institution to said account. And never wrote anything in my questions that violated Code of Conduct. Two weeks later, without prompt or warning, they banned me for 'Chargebacks'. When disputed and informing them that I have proof the chargeback never occurred nor would it have even been possible to since no payment methods were linked, they refused to provide any clarifications or lift the ban. After multiple attempts to reach out and get help on this issue, each were met with automated responses and refusal to provide any additional information or lifting of the ban, and the account is permanently unusable.

I can't sign into my games, and no customer service to help get access. They only send you useless information by email and no code for access. There is no number to speak to anyone or chat to solve the problem. There is no way to receive a refund because you can't speak to anyone. It's frustrating. I wish I had never purchased games through them.

Well, my daughter bought Battlefield V for me, all went well from Amazon download. Then in 2021, I needed to change cable companies and did with a new email. Went on line with EA and changed my email. That was a mistake. Know I can not play my game. Contacted EA and they wanted info I no longer had access too. Then in April 2023 I saw that EA changed APP, so I tried getting the game back. After a couple hours the errors started in. Info suggested I clear cache, I did. So now I can not load the game. The game is on my hard drive with proper code and the code on EA server matches that code, but I can't load and play the game. The message reads, you do not have permission. **********

I've been playing The **** franchise for as long as I can remember; I started with The **** 1. In the last couple of years with The **** 4, we've seen game design degrade as if it's just a cash grab and all passion has been lost. Their last expansion felt cheap and most of the features should have been added to the base game because they're fundamental to the personality of your ****. That aside, with the new EA launcher that we were FORCED to swap to when Origin worked most of the time, it's hit or miss if you can even launch that, let alone your games. There is no option to launch in offline mode. You have to launch in online mode to switch to offline mode. This is a barricade to even playing your games that don't require an online connection, and that you've spent thousands of dollars on. To build on that, **** 3 had its own launcher that didn't require an internet connection but now needs to be launched through the EA app which does require it. Even if you can get the EA app to launch, there's a good chance you cant launch **** 3 and EA Help offers no support on how to get it to launch, if you can even get a response. You, as the consumer who spent hundreds of dollars on this game alone, have to ****** the solution yourself. I can't say I've dealt with another company that has such disregard for their customers.

EA has recently been forcing customers to switch to a new EA APP.. EA App is designed to force users to go online to play offline games.. The problem with this is that many of us do not have the best online security, and would rather play offline where it is safer.. This is especially after they went and sold us a product based on the origin launcher which allowed games to function normally offline.. I now regret having made the purchase, and while I know I can't get my money back I figured it suitable to warn other potential customers of EA's shady business practices.. I have zero faith in them as a company and have as recently decided to black list them..

EA games destroyed several of my hard drives with a mock version of windows that was implanted due to malice. It all started 8 months ago when I downloaded the EA App. They first started downloading apps during gameplay, and then when I deleted the apps, they added malware, and highjacked my entire internet through remote access files, Bluetooth, hyperv, excessive camera files, drivers and thousands of files that were not windows all for spying purposes. They deleted my entire windows features and used their mock version of windows. When I complained to help desk I received auto messages. EA games uses several host files and controllers to access, destroy and implant information on my pc. They are using servers, and fictitious services implanted on windows 10 and 11. When I reset windows or download windows from usb or cd, they delete authentic windows files including search bar annd ********* store, and implant theirs upon start up. They are constantly changing permissions and adding app extensions and files during gameplay. They have deleted my ssl certificate so I cant upload any spyware programs. They have destroyed my bios and deleted factory files. They have altered my spyware program and added their fictitious files so their criminal activity can go undetected. . They have destroyed audio by deleting sound and altering the registry. They have vandalized several of my PCs through their sata controller. I have alerted authorities about their criminal internet highjacking technique as well. I am so appalled that a company can destroy all of my computers tied to my home network. They have destroyed our internet service and have basically blocked our access to the internet of any kind via internet. This is reprehensible and they should be arrested for this criminal internet intrusion and destruction of my property. This destruction has caused us thousands of dollars. I changed the modem several times and they are still harassing us through their servers.

They refused to honor my game codes for games I own physical copies of and showed receipts for from Amazon. They said they were connected to a disconnected account, wouldn't reissue new codes, and would not tell me the email of the disconnected account so I could attempt to get the game back.
