      Absolutely horrible company. Games are rigged like crazy and they dont care about their customers. Might as well just burn your money instead of giving it to these thugs.I stopped buying their garbage years ago and played a few FIFA 23 games this year and boy oh boy it was awful.

      The tech support was absolutely horrible. 1. It was impossible to get in touch with any support. When I contacted them via their email support, they took more than 2 weeks to respond, and then told me to contact them on live chat and ended my support ticket without consent. 2. After the two weeks of waiting for a response, I managed to get a hold of live chat after 20 minutes of waiting. I had an account issue that needed resolving, and I was informed that the only way to resolve the issue was to merge my 2 accounts. After "merging" my accounts, I logged in to find that not only did my primary not get updated, but my secondary account was completely deleted, which means I lost ALL of my purchased games and add-ons. Tech support then immediately declared the issue solved, and unilaterally closed the live chat window. I did not get the merged games/items and they had effectively deleted my secondary account while assuring me repeatedly that my game libraries would be combined. This is unacceptable -- I had to open a third support to try and get it resolved. They finally resolved it after the support person sent me the wrong game three times. Exhausting.

      My EA PlayStation five account was banned for no reason. Now when I try to contact the company I get no information back now all these games Ive spent money on I cant play. I feel like this is just robbery and gross.

      I subscribed to Star Wars: The Old Republic and my computers specs exceed the system requirements by a considerable margin however I was unable to get the game to work. I validated files and even reinstalled the game to no success. I canceled my subscription within a few hours of subscribing because I was unable to play and tried to contact EA to get a refund. The phone number provided states that no one is available to help and hangs up. The chat cannot be accessed unless you have an EA account set up which I do not have or wish to have and quite frankly should NOT be a requirement. The webpage for emailing issues to EA regarding this game would not work and kept saying to "refresh and try again". Seems like EA doesn't want to be contacted. Bad business.

      What I seek should be standard to the company's customer service, and I feel that I am not being heard in addition to hundreds of others! I made an EA account which is the only way to partake in the online portion of the game's release. In addition, I use gaming with friends as an outlet for my mental health. I made an EA account when I was 15/16, and now, at 31, I can't recall the credentials they are requesting! They have no other way of proving that I am to say who I am, even though I have a GOVERNMENT ID stating who I am exactly. The use of outsourced customer service with the same poor structured template of helping people is not what I expected when purchasing a game that is *****. I want to access my account and continue to play games with people I love. Can this happen!!!!

      I bought a Tapjoy deal worth ****** coins and they did not honor the purchase. Ive been playing this game for a few years. I usually pay in $10 a month to support the game to advance my golf bag to a competitive level. This part seems fair and fun.However, you need gems to purchase and use better golf ***** to win more than 50%, so occasionally youll need to buy more gems. I have used Tapjoy offers in-app to get these gems, and the last two times, ****** has misplaced my purchase right away. Ill be reporting both these services to the Better Business Bureau. Golf Clash says they are not accountable or knowledgable enough to know their own offers, so here we are.Please report them as well if you are going through the same problems. Ill be posting this information all around so that people are informed of Playdemics Golf Clashs shady business dealings and their poor customer service.

      Let me start off by saying I'm an older man that only plays ****** as my escape from reality. The end of last year I encountered my first issue where I purchased a player from the auction house. The player ended up disappearing and I lost the 600k. I contacted EA a few times via phone and got different answers. I ended up realizing that nothing is going to get fixed, so I let it go and they ended up closing the ticket I created. This morning I wake up to an email that says they wiped my account of the 5.3 million coins I earned via hard play and countless hours of playing. They said I supposedly used a 3rd party site to purchase coins which is absolutely false. I opened another case, and it is supposed to take 30 days to review. Therefore, I have no coins to use on all the new content that came out today. I have played madden since it came out and never had this many issues as I've had last year into this year. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and this will be the last year I play this game if my account isn't rectified.

      The worst customer service experience I have ever had with any consumer related product or experience as a consumer. I'm pretty sure whoever they contracted to be their service reps are actually attempting to steal identities, based on the fact they wanted not just my credit card info, but also SSI and IP address.Since when in the world is this required, in order to play a video game they make....!?
