      Bought Madden 23 digital on Ps5 and the game is broken. I had put in hours on the game mode connected franchise only for it to randomly crash. It was then I discovered my save file was corrupt. I went back in to an older save file and made a backup. Again, a short time later the game crashes and all save files are corrupt. It's one thing to have bad gameplay but when your game is completely nonfunctional there is no excuse for that. Can't believe I spent money on such a faulty product. It's 2023 and a video game company can't make a playable game! Pathetic!

      Changed from Origin to the EA app which is complete garbage. Cannot play any of my games and because I bought them prior to the update, they will not refund me any of my money. So I paid for games I can no longer access. Greedy evil company that steals people's money and doesn't do anything to fix the issues.

      EA Sports is a rip off. If you need help you get sent to an overseas person who gives you canned responses and cannot help you with your issue. Only response was we can unlink your account and you lose everything but hey you can start again! Good news. I have worked customer service for ************************ and have never been treated so poorly from a company. Don't bother to contact ***************** If you cannot figure it out on your own, delete the game and move on.

      i am done buying from ea. how these people are not sued or arrested for fraud is just insane to me. idk how many games i buy from these scum bags just to get an error later from their pos launcher and that's it. nothing is ever done and i am never able to play the game again. they have stolen so much money from me and nothing is ever done. just keep stealing money from us and when a guy blacked out storms ur HQ and lights the place up you can guarantee there will be no symphony. hope you all and your families rot in ****.

      Electronic Arts *** has produced sub par games for customers. These games (Madden 23) do not work. When you contact EA HELP all they say is we are working on it please be patient. The game hasn't worked since Sept of 2022. Still no fix in the foreseeable future. I want to warn anyone reading this to not purchase any EA TITLES.

      Fraudulent charges on my bank statement, showing monthly charges began only days AFTER I cancelled a subscription service. AND even though my card on file was being charged monthly, I was not receiving the services being paid for. Ironically, this meant that I couldn't even contact them at "help.ea.com for further assistance" because I'm not a subscriber!! No response to emails sent to the "support" email address (not even an automated reply), no means of contacting via the forums, no means of contacting 'in-game'. My only recourse was to call and speak with someone in a call center half a world away. I called and spoke with customer service regarding the fraudulent charges, and they literally said "we can't help you" because they also show that I canceled my subscription. When I asked to elevate my concerns, I was told that it was "against policy" and that there was no supervisor to speak with. Against policy?! Unreal!If my bank is unable to reverse these charges, I am filing an official dispute with BBB.

      Weasels with horrible service and zero concern about their customers. They take money and give poor products and allow countless cheating and hacking to go on. When you have an issue they ignore you or blame it on you or your internet. Every other game works fine, everything else works fine except their two games I've downloaded. I can't even play anymore because it keeps kicking me out and saying it can't connect to servers. They punish the average player who points out their short comings or cheaters who ruin the game by just banning or hacking their accounts and making them unplayable.

      If I could pick zero stars I would! My daughter purchased SIMS4 *********** Years in November 2022. She was not able to load the game and we sent several requests for assistance. All were closed with no contact, response, or resolution. I finally found a number to reach a human and they took all the information, as at this point I was asking for a refund. I was told that it did not meet the criteria for a refund because the game was purchased in November. I explained that I sought assistance from then, but each time my request was closed with no action. In trying to dispute the decision the rep disconnected the call. Now looking at all of the complaints, including my daughters experience, this company is poorly managed and lacks good customer service. In addition to taking advantage of adult gamers, they are taking advantage of children as well. My daughter purchased a game for $42.39 and it is only good business to refund her the money since she did not receive the product. This is not legal!!
