Purchased both madden 21 and 22 for connected franchise mode. The most recent version still had bugs that were in the previous version and the new one is nothing more than a cash grab. After being told we were good to continue our franchise and that bugs had been fixed our franchise had been erased due to a data issue caused by the "fixes". EA has not offered any refunds after not being able to play the mode me and 31 others in our league alone for over a week. 9 days later they finally came out and said oh well you're out of luck. Completely unexcusable. This company has been purely cash grabbing micro transactions due to the monopoly it has on *** gaming rights and continually puts out the same game every year with out fixing the previous version's issues. I will not give this company another dime after being a customer for over ************************. It's an absolute disgrace to the memory of *********************Electronic Arts, Inc.

I purchased Madden 23 to play franchise mode along with 31 other members. Since the date of launch Madden 23 has had numerous bugs that have prevented me and my other members to play the franchise mode correctly. A few weeks ago the franchise servers that host the leagues went down because of an error that occurred with a Madden Ultimate team update and we could not get access to the franchise for two complete days. As I sit here and type away its been over 48 hours in which once again the franchise servers are down and I or my other 31 members can not gain access to the league. At this point I want to make clear that what I paid over $60.00 for has not been delivered. EA continues to have many issues with their product and as a paying customer with expectations of a franchise football game that works I have been and continue to be disappointed. Currently EA Sports owns the only license to *********************** sim football game. I thought in ******* we valued competition if so how is this fair. They produce a bad product and sell it to the consumer and really pay no consequences because they have zero competitors. Its a sad time in the football gaming industry.Electronic Arts, Inc.

I submitted a case back in November 2022 for missing content and never received an update. I reached out multiple times during November and was told it was being worked on and to check ******* for updates. Which now meant I had to create a ******* just to see if my is*** was being resolved. Still received no updates. I reached back out today and was told there is nothing they can do and to keep checking *******. I also received no compensation for my missing content, inconvenience for now trying to play while being at a disadvantage due to missing content or for my waste of time or inconvenience while having to reach out to EA multiple times to try and receive a resolution which still has not occurred. This is by far the most horrible customer service I have ever received and lack of ability to *** right by a loyal customer who has spent thousands in these ******************************************* in and year out.Electronic Arts, Inc.

I need to unlink 2 PSN accounts I have not used nor have access to for years from my EA account in order to link my new PSN account I created after moving countries and buying a PS5 after more than half a decade not owning any console. EA refuses to unlink my existing accounts, preventing me from playing EA games on my console. Instead, costumer support tells me to open a new EA Account, leaving my decade old game library, progresses and subscriptions I paid for behind. And then running 2 accounts, 1 for PC and 1 for Console? This is highly frustrating, why does the costumer not have the power over his own accounts, when he can verify himself? I don't want to open yet another EA account, create a new email for it, set another password, buy games on 2 different accounts. Especially not after years of using and paying for my current one. Why is this so hard? I hope to find someone that can help me with this issue.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Thanks for your response. I would not have written a review here if I didn't try contacting ea help. Unfortunately after 5 times trying and failing I'm getting the same response from them that they are unable to unlink my multiple PSN accounts from my ea account.It is obviously a glitch that I have multiple accounts linked to my EA account even though there's supposed to be only one. Therefore for security reasons, they keep telling me that I can only unlink 1 account once every six months. But I need ALL the linked PSN accounts unlinked to be able to use my account properly, including all the money and time I spent on it over the last decade. If you have a way to contact somebody other than generic help centres, I would be super thankful, as I know for certain that there is a fair solution to my problem if somebody who'd actually care enough reviews my issue. Costumer support only has the info "can't unlink account sooner than 6 months apart" but I don't think they have any protocol that tells them what to do if 3 psn accounts linked at the same time that need to dissappear. Can you help me? I think I have every right to decide what to do and how to use my account I spent so much time and money on properly. I hope you understand. Year after year EA refuses to fix servers, which are blatantly overfilled with users to a point of low-function. Perhaps if this greedy company put more money towards function and less money into their pockets, I would be able to play the game that was advertised.Electronic Arts, Inc.

As an avid video game player for 25 years, Madden 23 is the worst gaming experience of my life. The game was delivered with numerous bugs and glitches, rendering it entirely unplayable. I, and I'm certain many others, have filed 15+ complaints with the company via call, email, and EA Help and have yet to receive a single response from a human. This game is an absolute train wreck and the customer support is non-existent. Flushing $100 down the toilet would have been more enjoyable than buying this game. Shame on me for buying after years of disappointment from this company.Electronic Arts, Inc.

I was falsely coin wiped after completing a set and selling a player for $800k. I have never sold or distributed coins in this game. After contacting EA, I received a copy, paste email stating that the investigation was accurate and I in fact did distribute coins. If this was true EA should be able to check my history and see this was never the case. I will be contacting the BBB to have this issue further investigated. It is a shame to wrongfully ban players without fully investigating and providing an adequate explanation. I spent money on this game and feel wrongfully accused.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Terrible customer support ********************. ***********************************, no integrity, no cares for people paying their hardworking money on a game. Was auction house banned and coin wiped over 3 million coins for purchasing points on the game through the EA store and selling off my pulls. I have opened multiple cases providing credit card statements, official proof of purchases through PlayStation to dispute this coin distribution and keep getting denied when I didnt even violate any TOS. Very frustrated as a customer who has been avidly buying this product for over 12 years. Never experienced something like this. Company wont even acknowledge or address these false mass ban waves across the whole community, not just me. Hundreds of thousands of people are experiencing the same issues and we are left in the dark with unfair bans and removal of days of progress without the company fixing this.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Dont believe their fake method to resolve it by creating a dispute case, it will get declined by a lackluster job of review by the team. I created a ticket through EA Help over a month ago now because I wasn't receiving rewards that I spent hours on this broken game to earn only to have them ban me and not provide a clear explanation as to why I was banned. If you provide any opinion to their social media platforms, EA will ban you in retaliation and get away with it. I have spent several thousand dollars on this game and now I'm banned! 1 starMost incompetent game development company on the market. This company should be considered a scam for the amount of money they charge and the poor quality of games they produce. Stop buying from them and stand up and make the *** hold them accountable for lack luster game development. My only dream right now is that *** 2K is released some day.
