The banning system is bizarre. My name in the game had the word ***** around the whole allegations around this producer, and again hasn't been tried in a court of law. I repeal the ban for a lower period. Given zero warning of a name change. I got declined because a producer who has nothing but allegations hasn't been tried in a court of law. Is harmful to just have his name in your screen name. While I see the majority of people cheating, sexist, and racist in communications. I've made multiple reports of other players, and none of these people get banned. My boyfriend changed my Steam name for one singular day, and I played on my account for 4 hours with that name. Again, given zero warning that 5 nights a diddys is inappropriate. **************** is a joke there is no communication. It's all AI automatic response. Nothing in their rules of conduct points out a video game series and a producer who has alleged accusations and hasn't even been arrested or has been in court for these allegations. Supposedly is harmful to children? Meanwhile, you have other people in the game with actual criminal names not banned. If I get another ban they warned me that it would be a permanent ban. I refuse to spend any of my money on this company anymore because I've invested in their universal heirlooms their gambling practices on their limited events on skins you are forced to buy a $250 worth to get a single skin you want. I honestly thought this company would have an understanding of each situation, but they don't. Keep in mind this is my first ban ever on this account that I've had for years. Please don't support this company their business practices, and their rules of conduct are misleading. I will no longer invest in this company, and honestly, for anyone else reading this post, you will be throwing money in a pit of fire. Just to be in the situation I'm in. Extremely disappointed.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Customer support will protect the hackers if your account gets hacked and no amount of information you provide them will be enough for them to give you your account back, customer service is a bunch of indian people who barely speak english and have no interest in helping anyone, they would rather let the hacker have your accountElectronic Arts, Inc.

Spent over a month waiting on lackluster emails regarding missing funds. After sending minimum six emails of pictures and full desktop screenshots as requested, still nothing, and then on repeat told all my screenshots were invalid after I had followed their own help guide. Had the date purchased, account details, money spent, and the confirmation email from Steam AND EA, confirming the funds had went through. If I even think about doing a chargeback they'll just ban all of my services registered to their company because they have the ability to do so, and it's happened before. On top of waiting a month, I waited minimum two weeks for a response as to what I had been doing wrong to see if there was anything at all that I could fix, just to have all my appeals be marked "no fix." Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. I dont care to wait hours before I am responded to. I want live service that helps when needed. I went to ******* to see if I could get the attention of anybody that runs the EA Help account, and still nothing. Not even a response or some kind of acknowledgment. I have talked to dozens of people in emails from EA, and they all say the exact same thing with varying names. I want my money back or to be compensated, and until so my friend and my self have withdrawn from all EA titles or anybody associated with said company.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Pathetic support from third world country on their ********** 24 mobile game. I was double charged for a single purchase and jumped through every hoop their foreign support people put me through to obtain refund. In the end all they did was string me out over 2 months and give false information about giving me my refund and now claim there is nothing they will doElectronic Arts, Inc.

Emailed EA because I spent $80 on **** 3 but the game wouldnt launch. They created a ticket and said to wait on an email. I was emailed by **************** saying Still need help? You can reach us on help.ea.com . The link did not open a chat with anyone. I emailed him back stating he needed to call me. He then closed the ticket. I had no choice but to request a full refund. EA is terrible. I wanted to play **** 3 again because of the open world. Unfortunately, I wont be playing EA games anymore not even **** 5. EA doesnt deserve our money. No customer support is wild. Waiting on that refund..Electronic Arts, Inc.

It is absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable that games I have owned for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on still require me to connect to the internet and ask permission to play. Excuse me? You give me a single, solitary reason why I need to ask EA to verify every few days that the SAME COMPUTER I've played the **** on for years can launch the game. Why I have to deal with their broken, nonsense launcher to play these games? You've taken hundreds of dollars from me. Get out of my business and let me play the game I've already paid for. Or send me back my money and I'll agree never to play another one again.Electronic Arts, Inc.

The only video game I play is **** 4. Turns out if you buy the hundreds of dollars worth of expansion packs and kits to play on your PC that they cannot be transferred to another platform or console. My laptop is not equipped to run **** 4, it needs better specs than are on the **** 4 game info website on EA for what specs you need. I buy a whole Xbox Series X just to play **** 4. The thing is for an EA game from PC to Xbox: if you want your game progress to be transferred, too bad, if you want access to your expansion packs, well you'd have to buy them again. This company might as well be an insurance company. It's not about the games. It's about how many transactions they can squeeze from their customers. I wish I would've known I'd lose $250 in non recoverable items just because I wanted to play ****.Electronic Arts, Inc.

An evil corporation that isn't afraid to show it's customers just how evil it is. Please know, in case you didn't already, that you will never own anything you buy from EA. You will probably never actually own a video game again, but EA is the only company so far to actually steal a product, bought at full price, from its customers. They are offering no refunds, no promise to release the game without online functionality, and are not offering a single f*** to any of their customers. They have essentially given a giant middle finger to the gaming industry, gamer culture, fair trade practice, and human decency. Thank you, I yield the remainder of my time.Electronic Arts, Inc.

After filing 4 cases regarding this one issue, I am here to file a formal complaint against Electronic Arts. I have been cheated and I am angry about it. I started playing on the free POGO website in 2003 and in 2005 I became a paying member. I have renewed my membership every year since. POGO offers (or DID) 100 gems and one bonus month for renewing. I renewed on April 18, 2023. My gems were awarded (after I had to request multiple times). I logged to Pogo earlier this week to see a 'join now' offer. I contacted EA which is NOT easy. They told me over and over and over and over again that I was expired. Finally, I wrote down in simple math: 12 months paid plus 1-month free equals 13 months. My membership should then be expiring on MAY 18, 2024. The agent during THAT chat (like I said I have 4 cases concerning this) finally said, "you are absolutely correct" and offered to find the powers that be to resolve the issue. TODAY, I see that the status on my case issue shows that it has been resolved so I happily headed to POGO to play, and nothing had changed. I went BACK to what I am beginning to believe is a bogus help chat to try once again to get WHAT I PAID FOR. I save all transcripts from my chats. I feel that I have been duped out of my extra month and I am not going back. I will tell anyone who is willing to listen what happened. They owe me a month of game play which I will never see. After spending a lengthy time on this late chat, her (his?) final text said: I'm sorry we are not able to make those membership adjustment. Neither POGO nor Electronic Arts are available by phone. They simply take the money and run. I've been scammed. I have done EVERYTHING they asked me to do - changed password several times and more.Electronic Arts, Inc.
