We are in the process of selling our home and we are unable to get in touch with SunPower to proceed with the sale of our home. Without information, we will be unable to proceed with the sale and we are in contract with another house already, so we need for this sale to proceed in a timely manner. Multiple emails have been sent as per the recording from the SunPower phone number. The automatic response was that we should hear from someone withing 3 business days. Multiple emails have been sent and it has been over 10 days since the initial request for information. We need to obtain a copy of our lease agreement with the fee schedule to go forward.Initial Complaint

I am in the process of selling my home. We close on 10/29/24. I need to transfer my solar lease to the buyers. Ive tried getting in contact with solar power multiple ways and dont ever hear from them. This needs to be done ASAP.Initial Complaint

Sunpower recently declared bankruptcy. Since then, I have been unable to access my account online. I have called the help line. I have received correspondence from ******************** and have been directed to different website for information. I have historically overpaid my monthly account to make sure that I was current on my bill, but now I am told that I owed additional monies. When I call the helpline, I have to wait for hours, and the persons answering have not been very helpful. I want my situation clearly explained to me so that I can continue paying on my solar lease.Initial Complaint

My home is in ******. I need to transfer my SunPower solar lease to the new buyer. SunPower is not responding to our emails and you cannot leave a msg at phone number ************. SunPower is in bankruptcy and was bought by Complete Solar. My escrow **** my realtor, and myself, have tried calling Complete Solar and submitted requests to Complete Solar and NO response either. We have called Complete Solar at ************. And sent them a request through their system at *****************************. This can cost me the sale of my home. I need help resolving this issue. Sunpower installed my system in February. They promised a $1000 gift card for signing the contract with them. I have been sending emails and trying to contact them about the incentive/ bonus. My Solar panels have not been working for about too months now. The panels are not generating any energy, there fore it's not working. I'm paying my bill every month and I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. SunPower recently file for bankruptcy and I am not able to reach anyone by telephone or email. I have sent several emails and have not receive any response from SunPower. In the meantime I am being billed by ********** and SunPower because I'm not generating any energy. I had Sunpower install panels on my home in 2018, they are leased. No one has ever serviced them to this day October 7, 2024. I finally reached out to them to schedule a service appointment with them because some of our panels are damaged or unresponsive. They were suppose to come out in October of this year 2024 and service them. I had told them no one has ever been here to check out my system. They just sent me a letter telling they can't come out to service the equipment because they are in bankruptcy and it's now moving through the courts. Meantime my system is not working up to par and my electric bills have skyrocketed. Any help or information you may have I would love for to let me know. ThankYouInitial Complaint

We leased solar panels through the company and they put a mechanics lien on our house without notifying us keeping us from getting a home equity loan.

Trying to get my solar lease transferred to the new owners so we can close on the sale of our house. The buyers of our house may back out of the sale due to the amount of time this has taken, and we still don't know exactly when it will be resolved. Roof is leaking due to improper installation of solar panels causing extensive damage interior of my home and an open permit obtained by Sunpower/******* Solar. I have made numerous attempts by phone text email all ignored.
