    My husband received a package via *** on 2/11/2025 that had to be signed for. I opened it to find drill bits, gloves, safety glasses, hand cleaner, cutting solution and some coozies, as well as a bill for $369.90 from a company neither of us are familiar with. Neither of us ordered this because its nothing we need or want. We don't remember any communication with the company.

    Good morning,

    According to our records **** spoke with our sales rep ******* on 1/29. ******* called him to talk about our drill bits at which time, all details were gone over for the bit set as well as the promotional items included with the purchase. It was also stated if he did not like the bit set we would pick them back up free of charge. I do not show that **** nor Mrs. *********** called customer service to return or request a label. However, we have mailed a *** label out to them for the return of the items.

    This company sent me a product without my permission and without telling me that this was going to cost me anything , then they invoiced me for $534.90 and then said they were going to send me a return label and never sent it and then sent me a bill. I called them and then they told me I was delinquent and that it was my responsibility to send the package back with my own money

    Good Afternoon,

    Mr. ****** spoke with one of our sales **** back in early October regarding a drill bit set we are selling. At the time of that call everything was gone over for this set including the price of the item. This was sent out with the understanding that if Mr. ****** did not like the bits he could return them to us at no charge. I am not sure whom he spoke to who told him he had to pay the return, however that is incorrect. I have advised my customer service team to send out a prepaid *** label. If there is anything further Mr. ****** needs assistance with, please call customer service at **************.

    **** contacted me asking if I wanted to receive some free promotional drill bits. She also stated they they would also send safety glasses, hand wash, gloves, metal cutting oil and coouzies Free. This is false advertisement! It was supposed to be free. This is a scam company and should be shut down. I never authorized to be charged for anything. This company doesn't have any payment information from me ( credit/debit card numbers) because I did not agree to purchase anything from this fraudulent company.

    Good Morning,

    Mr. ***** was contacted by one of our sales representatives on December 16, 2024. He was told about a drill bit set we are selling. All information was gone over for that set including the sale price. The other items were sent as well to be included with the purchase of the drill bit set, which was stated very clearly. We did not ask for payment as sales sent this package on an open 30 day bill so Mr. ***** could see if he liked the bit set, if not he was to call back and we would send a return label to pick up our product. My records do not show Mr. ***** ever contacted customer service at the ***** number provided on our paperwork. If he had we would have sent him a return label for the items. I have instructed my customer service team to mail a label out to him. Hopefully he will return the product if he is unsatisfied. If there is anything else he needs, please contact us at ************** so we can assist you.

    They sent a package to my father, 83 years old, that he did not want. They enclose an invoice he is to pay from. Needless to say that will not happen. I will be returning the package unopened and expect them to cease-and-desist in trying to collect for something unwanted. After a goggle search I see this is their mode of operandi and it is a scam. For all we know whatever is in the box maybe solen goods they are sending out to make a buck.

    We have been in business for over 30 years, we are not a scam company. We do over the phone tool sales. Due to that, we do not know if a customer is elderly or not. If we are provided with his account information, we can note that on the account as well as close the account and remove his phone number from the call list.

    A sales *** from ******** called saying they were doing a promotion / advertising program for their products and wanted to send free samples. Got our address and they sent a box with a drill bits, gloves and safety glasses. Nothing we need, so just stashed it away. Two months later, got a bill for $527.40 from a company we didn't know in **********, Inland empire Industrial Supplies **** After looking them up, we figured out it was a bill for this free promotion box that was sent to us. We never bought anything and this was sent as a promotion. So we will disregard this bill as services/goods for money were never sold to us.

    Good morning,

    Mr. *** was contacted by our salesperson **** and offered a deal on promotional items with the purchase of a drill bit set. This was sent out on an open bill for him to review the bit set and buy if he liked it or return if he did not. All items and terms were discussed during the call including the price of the drill bit set. Mr. *** was told if he did not like the bits to contact us and we would send a return label for ALL of the items. Every order goes through a verification process where all terms of sale are gone over. My records show that Mr. *** has not made any attempts to contact us at our ***** number to return these items. He simply came on BBB to state that he would be keeping our products and not paying his bill, which is theft. I have issued him a return label via *** and hope that he will return our products shortly. Until then, we will be leaving the invoice open on his account and attempting to collect payment. Please note, if he had contacted our customer service department, we would have sent him the label right away.

    Was contacted by **** ***** about trying tools Etc, ask repeatedly if items could be returned if not wanted, no definitive answer was given. Package received with invoice and terms and conditions, including a number to call for the return authorization number. Not interested in retaining items, box was closed and taped for return. Made multiple calls to number listed (*************) for return authorization. All calls, regardless of time of day resulted in a message stating offices were closed and to call back during business hours. No hours of operation were provided nor secondary contact number, email or web address. Have received no response from company despite leaving multiple voicemails.

    Was contacted by these people wanting to send me free stuff. Gloves, Glasses tools etc. to promote business. Before getting off the phone he said I could send them back if I didnt want them. Upon getting them I opened them to see what it was and with the tools was an invoice. I immediately closed it back up and taped it back up to be returned. Short time later they call wanting me to pay for the invoice. I tell them I didnt order them that I will happily leave them on my porch for them to send *** back out to pick them up as Im not spending my time to run them to *** and return something I didnt order. *** says it doesnt work like that. So now that theyre still sitting in my garage in a taped up box they keep bugging me to pay and invoice or for return shipping of their trash which I will do neither of, as again I didnt order or agree to pay for anything. Their business rating is as terrible as they are.

    Company called and said they would send samples of there products. Told them I would like a catalog to look at. Offered some drill bits to try out and told the guy I wouldnt be interested at the high price they said. This company sent stuff anyway and now will not give me a shipping label to return there junk. Keep calling and wanting money to which I told them that I didnt use there stuff and didnt want it. That I would be glad to send it back and was told that they wouldnt accept it. Im not paying over 500 dollars for 20 dollars worth of cheep Chinese made drill bits.

    I have instructed our customer service manager to send Mr. ****** a prepaid return label for this order. Unfortunately, I do not see any notes from customer service nor our collection team regarding this. Please understand we have many safeguards to protect customers rights. We verify every detail of all of our orders including billing/shipping, payment terms, pricing etc... We apologize if there was a miscommunication between receiving a catalog or an order. However, we will get this order picked up asap. 

    Please note, customers can return for any reason even after their 30 day billing period. We will never refuse a return shipment or ship anything back to you.

    they sent me product then when paid said they did not receive payment on time and charged me for late payment , they claimed payment was 1 day late.I receive numerus calls and have asked over and over to stop calling my number. i have been told they would put me on the do not call list and others tell me they do not have a do not call list and hang up. they will not stop calling my phone

    I signed for a package I did not order from Inland Empire ************ ************************************* ****************************** USA ************* The invoice is dated 9/25/2024. The invoice #******. It is stated "Sold to". The invoice has no confirmation number that I purchased this product. It says 1.00 was ordered but there is no evidence that I ordered this. This company shipped this to me and then is billing me $369.90 for it. I want to return it at no cost to me. This is fraudulent.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However I am stating that I never spoke to anyone in this company, ever! I did not agree to them shipping this item to me on 9/24/24 as they stated.
