Car wash broke my tire valve stem. Gave me a flat tire. Brand new 2023 Tesla. They refuse to pay. Took a long time for a response. When I finally got a call the manager hung up on me because I said ** leaving a bad review. His name was *******Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ***** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim; however, as our store leader explained this claim was denied because the valve stems on your vehicle, as you stated to our team, are aftermarket. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. Unfortunately, we do not cover aftermarket items. Our location washed over 500 vehicles on the day of your visit and no other vehicle had this issue. Dear Sir/*****,Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged Vehicle and Lack of Response from Quick Quack Car Wash I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at ************* facility on July 1st, 2023. On this date, I brought my 2011 ****** Tundra pickup truck to your establishment at Quick Quack Car Wash located at ******************************************************************************** for a routine car wash. While my vehicle was in ************* it sustained damage during the process. Both of the roof trim pieces were damaged and ripped off my vehicle during the car wash process.Upon discovering the damage, I immediately contacted an onsite employee ****************, and filed an incident report with him on your form. The number of this report is #******. I was told at that time that I would be contacted within 3 business days to resolve this matter. After one week of waiting with no contact from your company I contacted your customer service helpline and spoke with one of your representatives to report the issue again and ask for assistance to resolve it. I was assured that the matter would be promptly investigated and that the store manager would reach out to me to discuss a resolution. Regrettably, I have been waiting for more than four weeks, and despite calling your customer service line four times, I have yet to receive a single phone call from the store manager, regional manager, or anyone from your company.This lack of communication and apparent reluctance to address the damage caused by ************* is extremely disheartening and gives the impression that Quick Quack Car Wash is not operating in good faith when it comes to resolving customer issues. I have been an extremely patient customer providing your company more than enough time to resolve this issue. It is now August 11th 2023 and this issue is still not resolved! Quick Quack car wash broke the windshield of my truck. I spent hours and hours trying to get someone to acknowledge the damage and NOT ONE representative of Quick Quack ever even attempted to fix the problem. My wife and I while in the car wash heard a loud noise when obviously there was a malfunction in the car wash equipment. The customer service representative stated that they would review the camera footage and let us know. (Crickets) I would NEVER use Quick Quack again and would shout to the world that it is a crooked organization that just ignores its customers and hides behind a cheesy disclosure that allows them to side step justice. If I were at all affiliated with this company I would be ashamed. So to all those who use this business, just be aware that no matter what happens to your vehicle they will never support their customers!!! What a JOKE!!! **** at its finest!!!Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ************** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and for any frustration it has caused. Unfortunately, this claim was denied and you were notified of that decision and provided with a written explanation of why this type of damage would occur. This claim was denied because you did have a rock chip that spread into a crack during the wash due to the temperature extremes. Nothing malfunctioned or hit your windshield during the wash to cause this crack. Unfortunately, this is a case of pre-existing damage and not covered by our posted damage policy at the entrance of the wash. Our carwash washes several hundred cars every day without damage. A windshield will only crack if it is hit during a malfunction or it has a rock chip, pit, or weak point. The crack will travel through this weak point when the windshield experiences a temperature difference. There was no malfunction during the wash and nothing came into contact with your windshield to cause this crack meaning this caused due to a weak point in your windshield. Pits are caused by debris such as rocks, pebbles, sand, and other foreign matter kicked up by vehicles in front of you. The pit damage that occurs often is not directly visible from the driver's seat because it is near the edge of the windshield or near the passenger's side. This pit usually penetrates only the exterior pane of glass. If this damage is not repaired it can spread into a crack. The time between initial impact and a large crack can sometimes be as little as one day to as long as several months. Day-to-day driving can increase the stress around the pit hole. However, the majority of these cracks are caused by temperature extremes, such as washing a vehicle with a stressed point on a hot day. We are truly sorry for the experience you had here. Please note, though, that we can't be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions. We hope that you give us an opportunity to earn back your business.Review fromBrenda Y

The railing damaged my rim and tired 8/1/23 at the ******** Quick Quack car wash. The manager said he had to check out his equipment to assure thats what damaged my rim when the employee there clearly heard and seen the damage that was done because it was so loud. The manager did nothing to reassure the damages would be taken care of. He insisted the car wash never damages property. This is the second rim this car wash has damaged I filed a complaint on both and the first one was in July 2023 he never followed up. I had to have another car wash employee call his manager and ask him to call me back! Definitely, will NEVER be using their services!Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ****** - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. We are committed to always doing everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim and work with our customer for a resolution. We have spoken with our store leader and they did explain that your original claim in July was denied because it was for the passenger rear tire. Our conveyor only touches the driver side of the vehicle so the damage on that tire was not caused by the wash. You did file a claim on 8/1 and our store leader assisted you with filling out a claim and set up an appointment with your for this Saturday the 5th at 10 am to go over this claim and work on a resolution. We must always do a thorough investigation which is why they let you know that we would be inspecting the equipment and the footage prior to that meeting. This claim is still open and we do have an appointment with you on Saturday at which time we hope to share our findings and work on a resolution. This place is a rip-off! I sold my car right before my membership renewed. I tried to cancel and it would not let me. It charged my card and when I called in to have the amount refunded to me as I sold the car, I was told they could not refund me. The reason because I have to give a 3 day notice. Are you serious?? What place can not issue a refund? It was just barely charged to my account and I no longer have the car, so the membership will not be used. I give ZERO stars!!!Quick Quack Car Wash

Been a member for over 3 years and used it hundred of times. Recently, the Spring, ** ******* location, scratched my new Ram **** Blue and took an incident report and was suppose to reach out within 3 days. Day 7 I called and they said the store manager would call right away. 2 days later and finally get a call from an employee and she said, "We checked the film and there was no damage to the truck exiting the wash." I said oh yea, you can see it clearly on a semi-wet truck pulling out of a car wash." She then said she would have the manager call me and hung up. Called corporate and got the run around and said they do not deal with incidents at the corporate office. What a joke! Now I have to hire a lawyer to get them to pay for my damages.Quick Quack Car Wash

I wish there was an option for less than 1 star. I hate to give them this because most of the workers at the car was are very friendly and helpful. The ******** Trinity ****** converted from ******* Car wash to Quick Wyack. I had an incident report on July 9th. I was informed that *****, the manager, would call me. I have called CS over 8 times and I am always informed that ***** would call me. I have also asked ***** his regional to call. I am still waiting for her call. I was informed that they will review the video and call me. No calls. I have asked for the Corp number and was informed that this is the only number they have. Everyone in the customer service has been very professional and nice, except 1 person. This is not the only time I have left a message for ***** to call. The call center would get 5 stars from me. The wash would get 3.5 ***************** would get 1/2 star. I really don't think Quick Quack cares about the customers after they have damaged their vehicles. Very unprofessional.
