      beware! took my car in today and it ripped off my bumper! bent it completely back! owner ************************* only sent me one email stating my car was already damaged. my car has never had damage and the photo they sent me was a picture of my car dirty and with a glare. ****** has not replied to me about more proof. do not take your car here! this place has also damaged my paint and rims!There was no pre-existing damage to my car. they showed me one picture of a glared and dirty car! They never claim responsibility!if you want to take the chance on getting pieces of your car ripped off.... make sure to take pictures of your car before coming to this car wash. you gotta protect yourself.

      I received the worst customer service ever! I don't usually submit reviews but today is the day. I have had my Quick quack membership for a couple years now and I decided to utilize it today at the Quick quick in Natomas on Northgate blvd. and was met by a blue haired worker by the name of *****. She combatted me with complete ignorance and unprofessional behavior. In fact she instructed me to go to another location on exposition as there location was not up to par. I'm not not sure what is happening at the north gate location but that was completely uncalled for. I will definitely not bring my business here moving forward nor will I recommend this location to others. Shame on you.

      We've changed cars a few times this year. We bought 2 new ones recently so we had to have temp tags before we got our permanent ones. One of them the dealer screwed up and took way too long to get ********** so we borrowed a dealer plate. We finally got those plates and Quick quack refused to let us change the plates. So when we get our new plates for our other car we won't be allowed to change that either?! We canceled and she said we had the membership for the rest of the month but we can't use them because we don't have the plates!

      Hello ********* - we apologize that you have had this issue with your account.  We never refuse the option to change your license plates for your account.  Every customer is able to change their plates by contacting customer care at ************.  We do have a limited number of free changes per year, but you can change as needed with a small fee if you exceed the yearly limit.  However, if you cancel, we cannot change plates after the cancellation has been processed.  Our customer care supervisor would be happy to reach out directly for more information and to go over your account with you and address any questions or concerns.  Please send your phone number and license plate to ****************************** and we will have them reach out directly to assist you.

      Reported damage to the car wash and submitted an incident report on 8/29/23. ********************************* Store Leader #**** emailed me on 9/9/23 saying they would replace the part in my roof rack and asked me for my vin number which replied with. I followed up 2 weeks later with a phone call to his number and no answer and voicemail box was full. I decided to email him after that. Since then I have emailed him 5 times, called him 5 times and texted him. He hasnt answered any of my inquiries. So I decided finally to call the customer service number. *** been calling them for 3 weeks and each time they message his manager and him. They say he will call me and email me but he never does. Today was my 5th or 6th time calling the customer service number and I recorded the same response we can message his manager and ours. I decided today o would file this report. Never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalism. Im not sure how long it takes to handle an incident and am not trying to rush it. But the fact that I recieved an email saying they would fix the issue that happened 50 days ago and I cannot get in touch with this manager is ridiculous. A voicemail box that is full is so by this manager for weeks makes me feel like he is just not very concerned about customers. I would caution anyone thinking about using this car wash. In my case I pay for two cars to be a member and I cant get this company to replace a 34$ part that they admitted they would correct.

      Be ware!!! High pressure sales for discounted first month. I was told I could cancel on the spot before renewal. Well. Found out you have to give **** days notice and if you cancel less than 45 days then $5 fee. Sure seems like a scam to me. Buyer beware!!!

      Hello **** - we apologize for any issue you have had with your cancellation.  When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies.  We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference.  These terms are available for viewing on our website.  We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies.  As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************."   We apologize for any misunderstanding you experienced in relation to your cancellation.  We would be happy to have a customer care agent reach out directly to look over your account with you and address any questions or concerns - please send your phone number and license plate to ******************************

      After many years in the "flock" my patience is flown. My 2023 ****** Tacoma sustained damage due to a vertical brush bar on August 8, 2023. *** impact of the brush assembly rocked my vehicle so severely the driver's rear quarter panel wheel well guard was damaged by the brush/pole assembly on the opposite side. *** malfunctioning assembly caused damage to the passenger side front wheel well guard, scratches in the paint from the headlight to the passenger's door, and the passenger side mirror assembly. I immediately came to the attendant to have the damage incident reported. One of the staff said "oh yeah, I saw the mirror part" and went off to go retrieve the mirror cover. ***y stated the damage was not that bad and the mirror would just "snap" back together. the parts were not able to be restored and now gap. ***y attempted to "rub out" the paint scratches and marks informed that Quick Quack "has a guy that could fix it all." Purchased in Nov 2022, with less than 6K on it, pristine prior to the incident. After a month of leaving messages and sending emails to their claims person, I finally heard back after speaking with a manager today (9/8/2023). *** message was they would fix the mirror, but not the wheel guards as they didn't believe the wash caused the damage. You have cameras, go check them. I need to go get an estimate so they can determine how much they are willing to pay for the repairs. That's BS. Malfunctioning equipment and/or poorly/untrained employees caused damage, *** service provider is liable. *** damage was documented and acknowledged immediately, I really hope they decide to do the right thing and completely repair the damage done to my truck. Very disappointed after years of patronage, referrals of countless friends, and who's facilities have provided wash services for ************************************************************************ Sacramento.

      Hello ******** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.  We have completed a thorough investigation of your incident and have agreed to cover the mirror that was damaged during your wash.  However, there is insufficient evidence that the trim was damaged during this incident as there are no other scratches on the vehicle.   At Quick Quack, we use the latest technology and a brushless system utilizing a combination of soft-cloth and neoprene foam (scuba suit material) in order to be safer on your cars finish. In the rare case that wraps in the wash were to damage a vehicle, the pattern of damage would be expected to follow very specific patterns matching the motion and action of the equipment used. In the rare case of damage, it would appear as short repeating linear marks along the full length of the vehicle along the path of the wrap.  Due to the fast rotation of the wraps the pattern would repeat over the full length of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the damage on your vehicle was not consistent with how our wraps move along the vehicle.  We apologize for any frustration, and we welcome any further evidence you would like to present at the email provided to you.  We would be happy to review any estimates that you provide.  We hope to have this matter resolved soon and wish you the best.

      Regretful Experience Extremely unprofessional manager at this location. I went to get my car washed for the first time and noticed a s**** got stuck after my car wash when I came home. I called their office but no one ever picks up the phone after 7pm even though this place is open until 9pm. The manager wasnt there. Then I tried calling their corporate office and after 30 minutes of hold time, I was told to go file a claim at the same location. Again, the manager wasnt there. I filed a claim but the manager never responded after few days so i called the customer service number again and I was told to wait 3-5 business days for a call back. Then when I finally get a call from the manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Without even asking to understand what actually happened, he said I deny your claim because the s**** didnt get in the from their place and he wont repair the tyre. Wow, Id like to get proof of how this place keeps their property clean with these type of manger in charge. I expected this place who is focused in the customer service business to at least hire managers that shows better managerial skills and show some empathy towards others. At least try to listen to their customers before bluntly denying claims. For sure, I have cancelled my membership here and would NEVER recommend any family members or anyone if you dont want to regret spending money unnecessarily on your vehicles! Regretful experience!!! Now, I have to get my tyre replaced because of this place because I still stay to my grounds that the s**** got in my tire from this place! Left a bitter taste forever!

      Hello Chandra * we apologize for any frustration you have experienced.  However, this claim was denied because there is no evidence it was caused by the wash.  You did not notice the s**** in your tire until you arrived home that day and could have been picked up anywhere in your travel, including the construction zone across the street from the wash since that is the direction you came from.  With washing ****+ cars everyday and regularly cleaning throughout the day our wash floor remains very clean and free of any debris.  We washed over **** cars the day of your visit and have no other claims for that day.  Our store leader did invite you to come and visit the wash in person so you can see how clean the floors remain when washing ****+ vehicles everyday to put your mind at ease. Unfortunately the wash did not malfunction in any where and there is no evidence that there was any debris on our floor so we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.  We do apologize for any frustration this has cause you and we wish you the best.

      Purchase 1 month of car washes and told the cashier that I did not want a subscription or to have my card saved on file. They set me up for automatic payments without permission and no copy of contract. **************** refuses to refund even when shown the invoice does not state auto renewal. Do not purchase any month of service from them. They will not refund you and keep your card on file against your request.
