      Ive had the quick quack membership on and off for years, this most recent time I signed up I did it because I was temporarily driving Uber to support my family.Well we were struggling financially and I wasnt able to make the payment at that time. I didnt read the fine print, I figured that theyd just cancel my membership, or at least pause the clock on my membership until I could make the payment. I just talked to them on the phone and they explained that its a subscription, and if I miss a payment I have to make up the payment before I can use their services again the entire payment and then when my normal billing date comes around, they bill me again for my monthly payment.I wasnt sure when my membership would lapse, so when I pulled up one day and they told me my payment didnt go through and I couldnt get a wash I politely drove away. 15 days after my missed payment on the 26th i finally pay it thinking Ive got another month now. 15 days later on the 11th of the following month I get charged another full payment.I PAID for TWO WEEKS of service that I WASNT ALLOWED to use.I told the lady on the phone that they could handle this in one of AT LEAST three other ways. Prorate my missed payment for the time I couldnt use their service, pause the clock on my membership (which its actually a subscription), or continue letting me use their service with the expectation that lll make up the missed payment, because theyre going to charge me for that time anyway.She just spouted off the same stuff as if she didnt even listen to me. I told her that the policy is wrong, and when I asked to speak to her manager she said that she was the highest ranked one there right now and that she actually helped make the policies. And she was defending like there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.I only gave 3 stars because the actual service, I feel, is pretty great. I just feel like Im being stolen from.

      Lodi location recently converted to quick quack. First, they raised the price to $12 and eliminated the employees who would dry the car windows and double check the job. Drove through around 8:15 on my way to run some errands in ********. Got out and found the back window and trunk hood barely touched by the wash. I dont know if theyve changed the setting or equipment but a ***** accord doesnt get cleaned. Went back when I got back to town and was first denied a rewards until I made the manager come over. This time I watched the machines basically not touch the back of my car again. Last time I will be at a quick quack, unfortunately because the location is convenient.

      Hello *** - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience.  We understand that change is hard and we hope that we'll have the opportunity to earn your trust and your business.  We have owned a operated this location for the last 5 years but we have finally made the transition to our brand. We did not eliminate any employees - you will notice all the same employees when you visit the location but they may be working in a different capacity. We do not offer towel drying any longer as it is not necessary with our upgraded system and spot free rinse.  We do offer complimentary towels in our vacuum area for those customers who wish to put the final touches on their vehicle.  We apologize that you had an unsatisfactory wash this morning and we would like you to know that we always offer a clean car guarantee.  If you are ever unsatisfied with your wash please pull around and let us know and we will always do what we can to make sure you don't drive dirty.  Our store leader would be happy to reach out directly to address any questions or concerns.  Please send your phone number and license plate to ******************************

      A big shout out to Mr ***** for his excellent customer service and support who works at the Quick Quack location in *******, **.Mr ***** and his staff is always polite and courteous, and we would also like to thank Mr ***** for his service to our great nation as a Marine, thanks again sir.

      I only live near a QQ for 6 months out of the year. When I was asked if I wanted to do the monthly charge I said I didn't want it to be recurring as I knew I wouldn't be using it come ***** The person working told me no, its not a subscription, I just get recharged when I use the wash. Today I was charged ***** and I haven't used the wash in three weeks. SO apparently it is a subscription and my theory is the agent makes some commission when they get people to sign up, so they lie to get the account. When I called customer service to cancel, she would not refund the ***** even though I told her I am not near a QQ and wont be using it for at least 6 months. I have used QQ for two cars for several years and have spent a lot of money with the company and she wouldn't refund me $*****? This is absurd. And, like other complaints on here, she blamed me for not reading the fine print. I guess I was stupid enough to believe what the person working there told me. Also, who reads the fine print when in line at the carwash? To rub salt in the wound, I called and asked for the email address of the * Suite and was told she would get fired if she gave it to me and she said if the supervisor already told you no, then thats that. This is horrible customer service and I will NEVER use QQ again. They have lost good business, gained a negative review, all over $*****. This must be how they keep the company afloat - they take peoples money who aren't using the service.

      Hello ********* - we apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion you had regarding your membership.  According to your account you signed up for a membership with us in March 2023 and have used the membership every month since then with the charge auto-renewing each month. 

      When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies.  We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference.  These terms and also available for viewing on our website.  We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies.  As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************."   

      We apologize for any misunderstanding you experienced in relation to your cancellation.  Unfortunately based on the use of your membership it does show that you were aware of the auto-renewal and that this was a membership that would require cancellation and according to our terms of service since the account was not cancelled prior to the renewal date is not eligible for a refund.

      I've been with them since they opened this location on ************ but canceled my membership today after discovering that they upgraded me to the highest plan they offer without my approval. When I called customer support they put me on the plan I had but at a higher price than what I was paying.So I lost my grandfather in price due to them upgrading me without my permission.Be warned keep a close eye on your account they could upgrade you without your permission and then want to charge you a higher to put you back on the plan you were on.

      I had created Incident Report for a loss while car washing in *********, ** at 6/15/2023. Quick Quack Wash promised me to call within 3 business days but nothing has been made despites 5 business days already elapsing. I'm filing a small claim to OC Court and complaints to Attorney General of ** as well.

      We took our truck to Quick Quack for a wash and came out with a shattered windshield and damages to the top of our truck. We have still not been contacted about what they will do to make it right. After being told we would hear from someone in 3 business days.. it has now been 8 business days. Hoping we don't have to open a small claims to get our vehicle fixed but will if we have to. Never returning to this company and advising all our friends and family to do the same. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Not surprised that they have a 1.4/5 star review. It would probably be less if they allowed people to review with no star.

      I was charged today, **** 6th for a membership I canceled on May 8th via an attendant at the location I formerly lived by. When I inquired as to how to cancel my membership, he told me he could take care of it on the spot. I asked when my membership would end and he told me my last day would be **** 6th & my card would not be charged further. I called customer service today, spoke with an agent & a manager & was told it was MY fault the membership was not properly canceled & it was against policy to refund the charge for **** because I had not submitted my request 3 days in advance. I canceled with the attendant May 8th! I no longer live near a Quick Quack & do not want a membership for the month of ****! I am shocked I was told my membership was canceled to then find out it was not & subsequently told by 2 customer service people that I was just out of luck and would have to pay for the membership I canceled because the ATTENDANT didn't process the request correctly. He is their employee & is at fault, not me! I cannot believe this is how they respond to a customer's issue. Are they struggling so much to stay in business and make money that they have to keep money that was charged in error for customer memberships? Very bad business practices!

      Worst customer service. We purchased a multi car monthly recurring membership. We used it 3 times then they decided to do a 12 days of free car washes all day long and we cant get near the place. They didnt have the courtesy to keep one lane open for their existing customers and they are just rude about it. The parking lot is blocked and you get stuck trying to just get out. Poor planning, poor management, no response to my lodged complaint with customer service over 5 days ago. Consumer beware. It speaks volumes about a company when they put non paying non members first and ignore the needs of their existing would be loyal customers. If you have another car wash you like and have used in the past, go there. These people are a joke. Bad bad bad business practices. Im confident theyll respond to my review with some canned response to try and make themselves look good. Shame on you Quick Quack, youre a waste of time and money.

      6/3/2023 - Update. I was turned over to the location manager. We have exchanged several emails and still no resolution, however, he did asks me to revise my review and give a positive one which Id gladly do if I actually got a resolution. I sent him the following email today:
