      Location: ***** ************* Unfortunately, I wont be coming backand I didnt even get my car washed.The setup is a bit confusing. You can only enter from the main street, not the parking lot. While I was waiting in line, I saw a few people leave without getting a wash through the parking lot, but when it was my turn, I wasnt given that option. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. One person started helping me, then left, and another asked if she could check in members before meeven though Id been waiting.I asked about pricing and was told it would be around $30, which felt high considering I usually get a full detail for $45. I politely declined and asked if they could move the sign so I could leave through the lot. I was told no, and that I had to back out onto the main street, which I voiced that I didnt feel was safe. When she wouldnt move the gate, I ended up doing it myself.Honestly, the staff could use more support and training. And they should definitely rethink the exit setup for safety. Based on the service and experience, I wont be returning.

      Im truly devastated by the experience I had yesterday, and I feel I need to share my story in hopes that no one else has to go through what I did. Yesterday, I was guided by an employee who, unfortunately, gave me the wrong directions. Because of this, my cars rim was severely damaged. There were only two employees working, and the one who was supposed to guide cars was clearly not trained properly. The whole situation was avoidable, but no one seemed to care.What made this even harder to accept was how I was treated afterward. The other employee filed a claim for me, and I tried to remain hopeful, but when I got a call today, the person on the other end spoke to me with such disrespect and coldness. I was told my claim was denied because the employee supposedly gave me ten seconds to move my car. Ten seconds... it felt like I was being blamed for something that wasnt my fault.I cant even express how hurt I am by the way they handled everything. They didnt listen to my side, they didnt care about the damage to my property, and they just wanted to push me out the door. Please, I beg anyone reading this: if youre ever in a situation like this, dont let them brush you off. Call the police right away so they can file a report. These people dont care about you or your safety, they just want to avoid responsibility. Its heartbreaking to feel so alone and unheard in a situation where I did nothing wrong. I never thought Id be treated like this, and I wouldnt want anyone else to feel the way I do right now.

      This business has an incompetent manager who will ignore emails, phone calls, and the customer service is a joke. They will not take responsibility for damages even if your vehicle damages meet the criteria clearly posted. Its impossible to escalate the situation to a regional manager as no one will share their contact information. I do not recommend this business due to a severe lack of professionalism.

      Hello ***** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.  However, this claim was denied because upon reviewing the footage of your wash it was found that the damage was pre-existing prior to entering the wash.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.  We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and hope to better serve you in the future.

      They broke my charging port and said my car had malfunction then they told me it was open then I seen camera footage it was closed then they lied to my face even with video in front of them there horrible then they said my car is old they dont cover it but I told them it a 23 then it was a malfunction again

We did a thorough investigation of your claim and unfortunately, this claim was denied because the footage shows that before entering the wash the charge port cover was slightly open. The footage shows that there was no malfunction of the wash to cause or contribute to this incident. Because the charge port cover was not secured prior to entering the tunnel, as the footage shows, it was allowed to open in the wash and unfortunately caused this incident. Our store leader did have you come in and review the footage with them and explain what happened here. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this claim as it falls in line with incidents that can occur with unsecured items and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash.  As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.

      The carwash ripped off My drivers side mirror.i was told that the process of getting this taken care of was 3 days.ive called mant times and not one time we're my questions answered or my calls returned.i was told over and over they were expediting my payment yet I'm still waiting.its obvious that customer satisfaction or their customers saftey is not high on their priority list.!! The carwash is an all around huge disappointment,I mean the mirror is a whopping 40$. You would think to keep a satisfied customer and maintain good standing they would take care of what their carwash destroyed. The company is one huge disappointment! I canceled my subscription and would not recommend anyone to go there! ( and please save how "sorry "you are!! Just more ******** your putting out there!!Screw this carwash and it's management!!

      Monthly membership scam. They tell you you can buy (1) month of car washes for "X" dollars, but fail to tell you it's a recurring fee. After you call to cancel the monthly charges, they never respond to your email request for written confirmation of the cancellation. I've requested confirmation via email to them three separate times with no response.

      Hello **** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and for any misunderstanding or confusion that occurred during your visit.  In order to sign up for a membership, every customer must sign the terms and conditions at the time of account creation.  We also send out an email immediately at the time of account creation with all the membership details including the renewal date, renewal price, and our terms and conditions.

      We did receive your request on 2/2/25 to cancel you account.  This was completed by phone call and our team did verbally confirm the cancellation with you.  Our system did attempt to send an email confirmation to the email provided, but the email did bounce back.  We did receive 2 other requests via our contact us form on the website, and our system attempted to send a confirmation to the email provided but those also bounced back.  If you have unsubscribed from our mailings - your email system may have blocked our email which would explain why you are not receiving these confirmations.  If you have a different email address we would be happy to attempt to send the confirmation again. 

      We apologize for any frustration; however, your account was cancelled fully on 2/2/25 when you called in to our customer care center.  If you have any further questions or concerns about your account please contact us directly at ************ and we will will be happy to assist you.  Our team is available to take your call 7 days a week from 6 am - 7 pm PST.  We hope to better serve you in the future.

      They hired my boyfriend as Manager and had him show up for paperwork and training. The next day the Regional Manager **** TEXTED him to say his hiring managers **** and ****** miscommunicated and contacted the wrong candidate for the job - AFTER he started and will not compensate him for his time.

      Hello **** - we apologize for any frustration your boyfriend experienced; however, this is not completely accurate.  A mistake was made and the candidate was contacted before an official decision had been made between candidates; however, the mistake was realized quickly and your boyfriend was immediately messaged and called directly and apologized to and explained the error and that there was still another step in the process.  No paperwork, training or onboarding was done.  We apologize for any frustration this situation caused.  A mistake was made, and we apologize for that, but all the proper steps were taken to rectify it immediately.

      Took my ************* in here its a 2018 the machine messed up my bumper and since its past their 5 year policy they are saying they cant fix it or compensate me or anything. I just want my car fixed it wasnt like this when I went in there and it shouldnt have to be like this. I take pride and hard working money into my car for a business to not take care of their members is messed up. Very disappointed and not satisfied with this company and their car washes. Guess Ill take this up with a lawyer or my insurance company bc somebody its going to fix my vehicle.

      Hello ****** - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.  As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. This claim was denied because the footage shows that the claimed scratches were present on the vehicle prior to entering the wash and the vehicle is over 5 years old which may have been the leading cause as to why this incident occurred. Over time, through normal wear and tear, parts become less secure and are more easily removed.  Nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident so unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this incident since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash.  We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.
