Ive been sitting at a location that is supposed to be open at 7:00. It is now 7:26 and still the location remains closed. Is your horrible customer service going to tell me that this too is in the terms and conditions? Get it together! I was sold a membership just before the vacuum area went under remodel. That was 3 months ago. When I called their response is the vacuum and blowers are a courtesy only. Tried another location they suggested a few miles away in ******* with a very small wash exit and vacuum area. Congestion nightmare.Quick Quack Car Wash

We offer the vacuum service as complementary to our customers who would like to vacuum their vehicles for free. The vacuum, unfortunately, is not a part of the listed services. Our ********* location is one of our oldest locations and has been undergoing a major remodel to improve its services which does include removing and replacing the entire vacuum system so that when this project is completed we can provide the best experience possible for all of our customers. Your membership is valid at any Quick Quack location to avoid any disruption in service. We are fortunate to have 3 locations in less than 10 miles from this location to serve you during this time. Bunch of frigging crooks right here! Do yourself a favor and avoid these gold at all costs. Their lousy car wash was scratching my paint and so I called to take off my wifes nice ****** but I left on my Mercury ***** as the paint is peeling off anyway. They not only did not take remove her car from the account, but they charged me for the next months service and would not issue a refund. I was very upset and canceled my service. Hello Vine - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. All our calls are recorded and connected to your account when you call into customer care. We have reviewed all the calls to customer care attached to your account. You did call in for the first time on November 22nd and asked for your membership to be downgraded to a lower plan. At no point in that call did you request to have your wife's vehicle removed from the account. Unfortunately because we never received a request to remove your wife's account we cannot process and refund due to usage on the account. We have cancelled your account as requested as of your call on Nov 25th and you still have access to the wash until your paid period expires on December 22nd. When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies. We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference. These terms are available for viewing on our website. We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies. As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************." I Tried Canceling My Membership Back In October Because My Car Broke Down I Hadnt Been To Quickquack Since Back In July If Im Not Mistaken & They Said If I Planned On Getting My Car Fixed Soon That Instead They Could Give Me A Free Month Keep My Membership Charges Would Start Again On Nov 18, Quick Quack Is NOT The Only Thing On My Mind I Have REAL PROBLEMS To Worry About So Yes I Forgot To Call & Cancel The Membership BEFORE THE 18th Of This Month & Have Been Charged The $32.99 EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AWARE I DONT HAVE MY CAR *********** HAVE NOT EVEN USED THEIR MEMBERSHIP IN MONTHS THEY Refused To Give Me A Refund For This Month & To Top It Off The Customer Representative I Spoke To Was So RUDE Made It Seem Like It Was My Fault I Was Charged For A Service She Could Clearly See On Her Computer Hasnt Been Something Ive Used In Months But If Quick Quack Is That Money Hungry To Do Their Customers Like That It Wont Be A Place I Get A Membership When I Purchase My Car. Our customer care offered you a one month free offer if you would like to keep your account. At that time you accepted the one month free and our team member informed you over the phone and via an email sent that same day at 11:15 AM that you would not be billed on 10/14 and that you account would begin to bill again on 11/14. You did call again yesterday, Nov 23rd, and asked that your account be cancelled and refunded. However, you account is not eligible for a refund because it was not cancelled prior to the billing date you were informed of. When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies. We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference. As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************." Quick Quack please do not disrespect me further by giving me your generic apology (that isnt sincere) that you have given every other person here and every other site complaining about your non existent distant customer service. I had 6K damage done to my vehicle by a quick quack air freshener. Worst part.. I was approached and asked to fill out a quick quack survey to which I obliged. My reward for helping out quick quack a free quick quack branded air freshener. Once installed (hanging) in my vehicle in less than 24 hours 6K in damages. It destroyed melted my interior. Quick Quack initially acted so understanding. They wasted 3 weeks of my life getting quotes multiple phone calls etc led me on as if they were legitimate and would take care of the damages caused by their product. But when it came time to pay and separate themselves from a good company to a great company or from a below average or cheap company. Lets just say they didnt separate themselves they actually plunged to the depths so unimaginably poor. Placed all blame on me the consumer and was not nice about it! I will say the vehicle wash is pretty top notch. Just pray that nothing happens to your vehicle while using. Because quick quack will blame you and leave you out in the cold.Quick Quack Car Wash

Unfortunately, this claim was denied because there was no negligence found and the instructions for the Duck Scent are printed clearly on the packaging. I am so disappointed to say that I will never go to or use quick quack again. My in person experience was absolutely phenomenal throughout my time having a membership with them. However, their telephone customer service is an absolute joke. I went a month ago to get a car wash and the cute girl working the line told me about the deal they had going on for the most expensive membership plan. I believe it was half off. Normally $38.99 and was $18. I said I would get it but that I needed to know when I needed to cancel it and how. She told me that I could cancel it in person or online and that I just needed to do it by 11/05. Yesterday 11/03 I was charged $38.99 (two days early). I went ahead and emailed their customer service expressing that I would like to cancel and would like a refund since they charged me early. They proceeded with canceling my membership but did not address the refund. So today 11/04 I called the customer service line and spoke with ****** who told me that the girl who sold me the membership gave me the wrong info and that he would not be able to give me a refund. I wasted little time talking to him and asked to speak to a supervisor. Thats when I spoke to *******. She told me that she could not refund me either because the system wouldnt allow her to. I asked her to honor what the in person employee told me and she refused. If you sign up for a membership here make sure that you dont intend to cancel or that you cancel way far in advance because otherwise they will s**** you over. Hello ******** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We have looked into this review and feel like it is a misrepresentation of our brand, team and service. While we are not perfect, we also realize that occasionally individuals feel enough anger toward us that they may share things that are not based in facts or truths. As our team member informed you, the license plate of the vehicle you were driving did not pull up with an account and therefore we could not wash your vehicle without either adding it to an account or paying for a single wash. This was not a power trip but an employee following company policies. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we cannot wash a vehicle without payment. When you declined these options our team member opened the gate so you could exit; however, you pulled forward and tried to enter the wash anyway. When approached you exited your vehicle and showed aggressive behavior. You left the facility, spoke with customer care and corrected the issue on your account. You returned later, got a car wash, and parked in our vacuum area. At that time you walked into our office and became aggressive again with our team member that had served you before. For this reason, your account with us has now been canceled and unfortunately, we can no longer serve you. Our team members deserve to work in a safe environment and we cannot allow this type of behavior. We feel sad for the events that have led you to this point and wish you the very best in the future.

I'm on the phone with customer service now I was told at the car wash that they had a special going on for hallf price I paid the $20 and tried the wash they said I could cancel after 30 days if I wanted to downgrade or cancel the monthly fee. So I just received a charge on my card before the 30 day period for the full price at this point I wanted to cancel and was told with an attitude by Madison(manager) that even though I have not had a carwash this month after cancelling I would not be refunded even though the month haven't started. Madison the manager was horrible on the phone and said there was nobody else I could speak to but her.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ****** - we apologize for any issue you have had with your cancellation. The promotion you refer to was advertised as 50% off the First Month of our Unlimited Ceramic Membership. Our membership is a subscription that will auto-renew until cancelled. You have had a membership with us previously and received courtesy refunds on February 10th and June 23rd for similar reasons. At the time of those refunds you would have been informed of our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, because of these things, we could not offer you a refund at this time.
Your billing date is set for the 25th of each month and we received a cancellation call on the afternoon of the 25th. Your account billing was completed on the 26th.
When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies. We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference. These terms are available for viewing on our website. We typically will try to work with our customer if they call in at least 3 days before the billing, unfortunately we did not receive a cancellation request during this timeframe.

Your account has been cancelled as requested, and while we could not provide you with a refund, you do still have access to the wash for the rest of your membership until Nov, 25th.
