Hello *** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim; however, this claim was denied because upon reviewing the footage of your wash the scratches claimed were present and visible on the footage prior to entering the wash.  Our store leader did provide you with photos when your claim was denied.  We apologize for any frustration this situation has caused you, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash and is shown on the footage to be present on the vehicle prior to entering our location.  We wish you the best.

Hello ***** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and for any misunderstanding that occurred during your interaction with customer care.  Our customer care did receive a cancellation request from you on 9/16.  At that time your account was cancelled.  Unfortunately, there was some misunderstanding and you had intended to only cancel one vehicle on the account.  When this was brought to our attention we did apologize for any misunderstanding and offered to assist you with resigning your other vehicle; however, we had a minor pricing change on Aug 1, 2024, and we are unable to revert to the pricing of your original plan as that is no longer available.  For your inconvenience, our team did offer a month free membership which would effectively provide you with the equivalent of the previous pricing for 18 months.  Unfortunately, this is the only solution we can offer as we cannot override the system and apply a price that is no longer available.  We apologize that this solution was not satisfactory for you and for any frustration this situation has caused you and we hope to better serve you in the future.

Long time customer of QQCW in ******, **, and use it weekly on our *********************************************************************************************************************************** front of her, and noted the truck behind her was just as close. The car was put in neutral, and my wife relaxed for a few moments of piece on her phone. Just after the multi colored foam was applied, she states she felt a bump. Then moments later one bump after another as the truck behind her was being pushed into the rear of our car, over and over. Everything was stopped and an attendant approached her, stating she was off-track. She was told to put it in drive and turn left to get it back one-track. Everything was re-engaged and was asked to fill out an incident report. Pictures were taken, showing damage to the front right corner of the plastic bumper, where I imagine was a sharp edge, and the repeated bumping of the car behind her kept shreading the front bumper until it was stopped. I've requested a copy of the video they stated would be used to determine what happened, as we've only received and email stating they feel they're not at fault. As simple as it's always been to do as instructed, to align the car, place it in neutral, and remove your feet from the pedals, and not to touch the steering wheel, how is she liable for what I am sure will be thousands of dollars of damage? I need logical, legal reasoning of why they feel they are not liable for what I believe was either a system malfunction or that the user in front of her had stopped. This shady practice of "feeling" they are not at fault needs to stop and they should be responsible for damages done to ones vehicle. We trust their systems are maintained properly to avoid situations like this, or they should have systems in place to prevent things like this from happening. I have since cancelled my account.

Hello ****** - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced and that you disagree with the outcome of your wife's claim.  Our team did a thorough investigation of this incident and the footage shows that there was no malfunction of the wash during your wife's visit.  Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident.  The footage shows that your wife's vehicle was loaded correctly with the proper spacing of 3 safety rollers between each vehicle.  At one point during the wash your wife places her hand on the wheel and turns around like she is looking for something in the back seat.  At this time her wheels turn causing her vehicle to be pushed off the track which then resulted in the vehicle behind her to collide with her vehicle.  The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error and failure to follow the safety instructions provided.  Like a normal traffic incident, the driver whose actions caused the incident is responsible for any damages that occur.  We will be happy to provide any footage and information needed to the insurance company of any party involved so that the correct party can be held responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.  We apologize for any frustration and hope to better serve you in the future.

Hello **** - We apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience.  Based off the details in your review we do not have enough information to find your claim information.  Without a claim, we cannot directly address your concern, but we can assure you that we are committed to always doing everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim.  We do have our damage claim policy posted in multiple locations at every facility including at the entrance of the wash.  As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. Also, antennas should be removed or retracted.  Even with this policy, we will investigate any claim of damage to ensure that there was no malfunction of the wash that caused or contributed to the incident.  We always try to work with ever customer for a resolution.  We would be happy to have the correct store leader reach out directly to address any specific questions or concerns about your visit - please send your phone number, license plate, the date of the incident, and the location where the incident occurred to ****************************** and we will have someone reach out directly to you.

I had damage done to my vehicle on 7/25/24 (MY2021). The damage was confirmed by the store manager and an incident report was made. I was told to get an estimate and provide that to the store manager at the ********* location. This was done promptly. I have now made over 15 calls to the 888 number without resolution. They keep saying a check is pending. Every time I call they say they will escalate the issue. Incident #****** has not been resolved to date. Just a bunch of excuses and statements saying they are just the middle man. The damage is a safety issue and needs to be repaired immediately.

As our store leader explained when they reached out today, this claim was approved and the check was sent to the selected autobody shop on August 22nd.  We apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that occurred in this situation.  We hope to better serve you in the future.

Wish I could rate this 0 stars. I went through the car wash like I usually do once a week. As I was pulling out of the wash, my back light blew off due to the pressure of the blowers. I pulled off to the side and two people helped tape it back on as it was dangling off and clearly broken not just unglued as ****** trying to say. I did not receive a call back until about a week later even though it should have been a few days. The manager left a voicemail saying they dont cover this because the wash didnt malfunction and that my car was older therefore it was my fault that it popped off. After trying to get call back after 4 or 5 attempts and leaving detailed voicemails, I finally get a call back from ******. He stated that because their 5 year policy and since my car is 6 years old, they arent going to cover this. Therefore no one should go to this car wash if you have a car 5 years or older. Doesnt matter if there are signs posted at the entrance of the car wash.. were already in line and its not like you can back out at that point. As a customer who pays for two cars monthly $60/mo I am very disappointed in the way I was treated not to mention now I have to pay for the damage. I was told I was unfair by this person because I dont feel they are taking care of their customers. He says thousands of cars come through and Im the only one that has this issue.. okay! Then fix it! Obviously this is a special case and I bet there is a better company that would take care of their customers if this happened with their wash. Youre not only loosing me as a customer, but many of my family and friends who use this car wash.. Im disappointed and I think this company is better than this. You have dumb policies that protect the companies money. If Im the only one then theres obviously wiggle room to fix the damage that was done. Unbelievable. I will not be returning unless this issue is resolved.

Hello ****** - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.  As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. This claim was denied because the vehicle is over 5 years old which may have been the leading cause as to why this incident occurred. Over time, through normal wear and tear, parts become less secure and are more easily removed.  The part in question came off in our blower section which would not have occurred if the item was properly secured.  We washed hundreds of vehicle the day of your visit and had not other claims.  Nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident so unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this incident since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash.  We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.

I was told by the attendant that if I paid $2 more than a standard car wash, I would have unlimited car washes for a month. I gave them cash but they wouldn't accept it. The first charge was $20 for the month of washes. Now my credit car is getting charged $39.37 every month without my knowledge or authorization. It looks like, from the previous review, I am going to have to cancel my credit card and reopen a new one. Very unethical business practices. I'm hoping the Better Business Bureau can take some kind of action against these crooks.

Hello ***** - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced.  You did call in to cancel your account on 5/10.  At that time you were offered a promotion of 2 free months if you chose to continue your membership.  You did accept this offer and you were sent a confirmation email that informed you that your account would renew at the normal price on 8/10.   When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies.  We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference.  These terms are available for viewing on our website.  We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies.  As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************."   Unfortunately you did not call to cancel you account within this timeline and a refund is not eligible for this account.  You do still have access to the wash until 9/10 for your use.  We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.

We have washed our 2 cars at Quick Quack at ********************************************* for over ten years. We use a "wash card" instead of a membership as we are seniors and we do not drive that much. We had 2 wash cards and one was used up according to Quick Quack. So we threw that wash card away in front of the Quick Quack employee who said it was used up. We returned a month later or today at 1:30 p.m. to use the new card. We were told (today) the card was "used up" and there were no washes left on it. This was not true as we had just purchased 5 washes on this card. But there was no number on the card to reflect the reality and there is no punch card system so we were left holding the bag. Obviously they only want customers who are "members." We were cheated out of 5 car washes so we will not return. We believe they are unethical and will do what they can to force you into a membership which means you go frequently. Don't go there. They are not ethical nor worth doing business with. The car wash outside in the parking lot etc. is in shambles, dirty, garbage tossed everywhere, where you vacuum your car is filthy. The outside area reflects their attitude.

On June 1, 2024 I took my 2023 Kia ******* through the wash, something I had done dozens of times as a monthly membership holder. During the wash, the roof rack (standard equipment from the dealership, not an aftermarket add on) on my vehicle was pulled off and hit my vehicle in several places, causing damage to the rack itself, a chip in the windshield and a large scratch on the hood, totaling over $2000 in damage. Upon exiting the wash, I pulled into a parking space to examine the damage. The manager, *************************, was on duty but did not offer any assistance and asked another employee to complete a Customer Incident Report without walking over to assess the situation herself. Over the next few weeks I made 4 calls to customer service and each time was told that the manager was responsible for following up to make a determination. Each time I asked to have the incident "escalated" to the regional and state managers with no response. The last call on June 24 finally resulted in a text for a scheduled call back on June 26, 2024 with ****************** and ******, the regional manager (who was interrupted and distracted by his children who were present in the background). They made the determination that they were not responsible for the damage without looking at my vehicle or asking any questions about the incident. I continued to probe until I was told that I should be thankful no other vehicles were damaged in the incident or the company would have given my personal information for other customers to pursue me for compensation. From the moment the incident occurred, with the exception of the employee who completed the report, employees were rude, dismissive, ill-trained and confrontational. I reached out to my insurance company to explore options, ultimately deciding to eat the cost of repair rather than deal with the company further. This company prioritizes the bottom line over customers and one would be wise to avoid doing business with them at all costs. Zero stars

Hello ***** - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.  Both our store leader and regional leader tried to reach out to you twice, but when they were unsuccessful they sent you a text message to set up an appointment for a phone call.  The date and time you selected was a conflict for the Regional Leader, so they did let the you know he had a scheduled time off due it being his son's birthday. However, that day and time was more convenient for the you so he made adjustments to take your phone call. This did not distract him from providing you with the respect and customer service that we are known for.  Unfortunately, this claim was denied because there was no malfunction of the wash to cause or contribute to this incident.  It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all items on their vehicle are properly secured.  This incident would not have occurred if the rack was secured correctly.  To clarify - you asked what would happen if the incident had damaged other vehicles behind you.  Our regional leader responded to your inquiry if the roof rack came off because it was not properly attached, she would then be responsible for the damages to other vehicles and our wash equipment.  They never said they would give out your personal information, rather your license plate would be provided for insurance and police reports because the wash would not be at fault.  We apologize for any frustration you experience, unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.
