      Dont take responsibility for damage to your automobile .2 Rims scratched front and rear on drivers side of my 2024 Car that was less than 6 months of purchasing, and They deny taking responsibility for the Damage Done.

      Hello ******* - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.  You came in on *** 29th to file the claim and stated that the date of incident was *** 4th.  You also stated that you had made claims at other locations which had been denied.  Our store leader did offer to have you come in a view the footage of your wash, which you denied.  They also explained that you are welcome to file claim with insurance company for investigation and we will share the footage with them as well. Unfortunately this claim was denied because there was no malfunction during your wash to cause this incident and the scratches that presented was not consistent with what could be caused by the wash.  We washed hundreds of vehicles on the date of your visit and there were no other claims of damage. We apologize for any frustration; however, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.

      My windshield was cracked while going through the car wash. I heard a loud pop similar to when you hear a rock hit your windshield and immediately watched a crack spread across my windshield. I have no idea what the object was or where it came from, but I was made to enter the car wash directly behind another vehicle, so its possible something was picked up from the vehicle ahead of me. *** filed an incident report and spoken to both the store manager and regional manager. I was promised a copy of the video footage would be sent to me and that the regional manager would call me back by the end of the day. Neither of the managers have responded to my calls or emails. Reading the other reviews on here, I see that this is normal behavior for this company.

      Hello JC -  we apologize for any frustration you have experienced.  Our store and regional leader have been in contact with you and have provided you with the footage you requested. Unfortunately, your vehicle did have a rock chip on the edge of the windshield that was the cause of this crack during your wash.  

      Our carwash washes several hundred cars every day without damage.  A windshield will only crack if it is hit during a malfunction, or it has a rock chip, pit, or weak point.  The crack will travel through this weak point when the windshield experiences a temperature difference. There was no malfunction during the wash, and nothing came into contact with your windshield to cause this crack meaning this was caused due to a weak point in your windshield. 

      Pits are caused by debris such as rocks, pebbles, sand, and other foreign matter kicked up by vehicles in front of you. The pit damage that occurs often is not directly visible from the driver's seat because it is near the edge of the windshield or near the passenger's side. This pit usually penetrates only the exterior pane of glass. If this damage is not repaired, it can spread into a crack. The time between initial impact and a large crack can sometimes be as little as one day to as long as several months. Day-to-day driving can increase the stress around the pit hole.

      We are truly sorry for the experience you had here. Please note, though, that we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions as in this case. We hope that you give us an opportunity to earn back your business.

      We have had a membership for a while, we went into a quick quack that damaged the entire top of the vehicle. They were at fault because they remodeled the car wash and it was faulty. They have said that they claim its their fault. This was over 5 months ago. They asked us to get a quote to repair, we sent them two and STILL have not heard back from anyone even with efforts to call. Terrible customer service, I want to get the car fixed and asap.

      DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE MEMEBERSHIP.They are crooks and only care about the money, and not there customers. I was told when I signed up for the membership that I could cancel at any time of the subscription, that was a lie. I was told if I didn't get billed it would not auto renew part way through the month, that was also a lie.I was not told about a 10 cancelation policy, and when I tired to cancel the first time I was givin the run around and some stupid reason on why I couldn't cancel. And the second time the lady on the phone said it was canceled. And then I got billed on the 8th of the following month. And was told they couldn't honor a refund do to a late payment. So I called customer services and spoke with *****, and he was very rude and dismissive of my situation. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor he gave very vague and short information. And it got denied again. (Probably because of the vauge information about the situation.)I don't recommend this place to anyone just based off of the customer service I received throughout multiple interactions. Take your money elsewhere and don't waist your time. Your better off just going to a gas station to get a car wash. It's cheaper and the same quality.The company I work for has a very generous return policy and sometimes we stress it for certain circumstances. Because we care about the customer. These guys only care about money and they just proved it to me.Be very weary about this place. They are crooks that don't care about you. Just your wallet.

      Hello ****** - we apologize for any issue you have had with your cancellation.  Your first attempt to cancel was not possible because you could not provide the information to verify your account.  You were informed to gather the info and to give us a call back and we would be happy to assist, but you did not call back or contact us again for over 1 month.  Your were informed your account would not be cancelled until we could verify the account.  When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies.  We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference.  These terms are available for viewing on our website.  We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies.  As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************."   We apologize for any misunderstanding you experienced in relation to your cancellation.  We would be happy to have a customer care agent reach out directly to look over your account with you and address any questions or concerns - please send your phone number and license plate to ******************************

      Poor cleaning job. Plastic bristles instead of cloth. Windows are always left wet and spotted.My front license plate was bent twice and bumper was scratched badly!

      Hello *** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience.  However, to clarify we do not have plastic bristles/brushes in any of our Quick Quack locations.  Quick Quack Car Washs systems are brushless and utilize a combination of soft-cloth and neoprene foam (scuba suit material) in order to be safer on your cars finish.  We would like you to know we always offer a 100% clean car guarantee. If you are ever not completely satisfied with your wash pull around and let us know so that we can address it right away. Well do everything we can to make sure you dont drive dirty.  Car washes are specifically designed to clean hard to get clean places like front bumpers. But in order to clean well it needs for license plates to be secured firmly preferably with a metal license plate frame. With many moving parts in the wash and the malleable nature of license plates, we do suggest having your license plate securely fastened to your vehicle with a sturdy license plate frame with 4 screws to prevent this type of incident from occurring.  Our store leader would be happy to reach out to address any further concerns or questions - please feel free to send your phone number and license plate to ******************************

      My son went to get his car washed at the ******** location in ******** Tx for prom. He called during the wash because the machine sounded like it was beating up his car. His car then gots stuck in the wash since the machine ripped off his rear bumper. The attendant stopped the wash and had him drag his bumper out of the wash bay. We filed an incident report and have followed up with corporate weekly since the incident on 5/8/24 only to be told that we would receive a call back from a manager or corporate that never comes.

      Unprofessional and Disappointing Customer Service
      As a retired military professional with extensive leadership/management experience, I expected better treatment during my recent visit to Quick Quack Car Wash at 7510 US 0 Alt in Sugarland, TX. Unfortunately, the encounter left much to be desired.
      It is a convenient location however, the customer service and interaction with me was rude, unprofessional and left me what "really" was going on.
      The employees/additional male present repeated insistence on putting the car in neutral even after the car was already in neutral, coupled with taunting remarks even while I proceeded to enter the car wash, was unnecessary and unhelpful. So much taunting occurred, at first I just literally held my foot on the brake and addressed how I was being treated. The employees/additional non Quick Quack employee in the midst of acting unprofessional with me caused delays for the other customers who were waiting.
      The behavior of the supposed supervisor was particularly concerning. A manager should set an example for the team and prioritize respectful communication. Also, the intervention of a 3rd party who who was not even an employee but an offsite employee from elsewhere is mot concerning.
      Thus, there were three males at my vehicle all separately taunting me, speaking like I was incapable of comprehending, when only one person was necessary.
      Quick Quack Car Wash Us 90 Alt location needs to address incidents like this promptly. Proper training and a focus on respectful customer interactions are essential. I recommend sharing this experience with their management or corporate office.

      As far as the employees on *******************, they are wonderful. However, they are told that they have to run the cars back to back. My car almost got hit by the car going through behind me. Within 3 inches. Also they sped up the wash car comes out dirty. The drying *****. Car still loaded with water. Either they slow the wash down so we come outta there clean or return our money. Should not have to go thru twice to wash a car. The corporate phone number is nothing but a ***************** who have nothing to do with them. Nor will they give their phone numbers so you can call and complain directly to corporate. I hope they read this negative complaint about them and do something about this problem and stop pushing cars thru. It will cost them more for the two times we need to run thru to clean. Waste of water.

      Went for a car wash and during the wash the tracks were very jerky. The truck being me rammed my car. I told the manager I would be filing a claim to my insurance and I let the driver know. I filled a claim with my insurance and they informed me I should file a claim with the drivers insurance, I did and they viewed the car washes video footage and informed me that it was indeed the car washes tracks were jerking and cause the accident. I talked to someone at quick quack and they will not take responsibility. They have the worst customer service in the world.

      Hello ****** - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced. To clarify, there was no malfunction of our track during your wash.  This incident was caused because the truck behind you engaged their vehicle and placed it in drive during the wash causing them to rear-end your vehicle.  This incident was caused by driver negligence and like a normal traffic accident, the driver who caused the incident is responsible for all damages.  Our store leader has been in contact with **************, who was the point of contact on your claim, on multiple occasions to discuss this claim.  We have provided the insurance companies with the footage and all the information necessary to hold the correct party responsible. Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case when the other driver placed their vehicle in drive, causing this incident.  The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.  We wish you the best.
