      I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is my second lawnmower that has stopped working. My first wont just completely died and it was out of the warranty time frame. The second did the same thing but this one was only 1-2 months old. I spent $89.99 on the lawnmower 4.0 the device light just stayed on but nothing happens. Ive reached out to the company via email/twitter multiple times and havent received one single message in return. This company does not care about its customers and only wants to make money.

      I have been enrolled in the ***** Hygiene Plan for a couple of years, and this is the 3rd time they added extra products and charges to my order without my consent. Very unprofessional and deceitful. I have complained to them on every occasion and they do very little to help. I am done with this company and cancelling my subscription.

      I have been receiving products and being charged for products that I didnt order. Manscape deliberately doesnt provide a phone to contact them for customer service, but an email address only. They have cancelled these orders at my request, but they are misleading customers to believe that they have requested to receive replacement products for a fee. I didnt chose this request.

      I accept that Manscape will provide me with a full refund, but their report claiming that my original order included their special membership option called the Peak Hygiene Plan is false.

      Manscape is misleading their customers to believe the additional products such as replacement blades and other products are complimentary.  After they send the customer free merchandise for a short period, they begin charging the customer without the customers approval or consent.

      I ordered a lawn mower 3.0 in april and it is now October and it completely stopped working after 6 months. That is in reality only a few uses. The product doesnt hold a charge and only now runs for about 5 to *************************************************************** I am out of warranty. What kind of company doesnt guarantee their products for a year ? They obviously dont have any good battery management software built into to the product which causes the battery to prematurely fail, even garbage lithium batteries are rated for 300 charge cycles good ones 500. If they have over charge and over discharge protection built the battery should not fail so fast. I have been in consumer product development for 20 years and am very familiar with lithium batteries. This is simply poorly designed. I am truly disappointed, for a 90 dollar clipper I would have expected more. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 20% discount code for another. And offered me their continuity program for regular delivery of blades and creams to get a better warranty coverage. This is what they wrote We also wanted to introduce you to our subscription service the Peak Hygiene Plan! One of the perks of being an active member is that if you received a replenishment box within the last 90 days, you qualify for 1 Platinum Warranty replacement for The Lawn Mower, ***** ******, and/or your Weed Whacker 2.0 trimmer every 12 months.Why should I have to give them money several times per year to have service !Dont buy their rechargeable products. They dont know how to build them and they want you to sign up for auto ship to get service. This is plain garbage.

      Still has predatory subscription model. Made one time purchase, was automatically subscribed to worthless subscription. At no point was it actively pointed out, check out as guest, bombarded with ads on site. Perhaps it was disguised as a normal terms of service when purchasing the item I was getting. Site also is filled with fake time limited ads for their products during time of purchase.

      I've already told the company I want a refund for their subscription they tried to send me. I'm awaiting a response but based on their profile on here it looks to be the number one complaint that people are being signed up unknowingly for a subscription service. The 'fix' that they said they would implement is still non-existent as of 9/15/2023 as you can still go on their site and get all the way to checkout without verifying you want their subscription. I also looked at my original order confirmation and it only mentions my item and not the subscription. (Which oddly enough is exactly how it looks when you buy just the item and choose the no subscription option (which should be the default on their site but isn't). Clearly if they would put the subscription in the list of what you purchased on your order confirmation more people would catch this, but why would they want that to happen?This is predatory and rediculous.

      Manscaped fraudulently charged me for a quarterly service I never signed up for. They have no phone service, period. The only way to contact them is a general support email address (if you need a place to forward spam, ******************************** is a good place). Evil company with a bad product.

      I purchased a ***** ****** in February 2023 (order US12414289). Its been working fine since then. However, when I went to turn it on the other day, it turned on for about 3 seconds and then shut off. All 3 LEDs light up and seems to charge fine. I contacted Manscaped to ask if there is a solution or if it can be replaced, but was told that it is out of warranty and no solutions were offered to fix it. Ive never known a company to sell a $100 product and only guarantee it to work for 90 days.

      The tri-level power status indicator will light up individually when the trimmer is on to show the charge level in increments of 33%. While charging, the tri-level battery indicator will flash. When all three LEDs are lit, charging is complete. Your trimmer should run for 60 minutes with a 1.5-hour charge from our high-performance ***Ion battery.

      I placed an order but didnt get it. My order number is US14021427.I reached out to support. First they asked me to wait 1 more day and then they will investigate. I did and reached out again. Then they said file a clai with provider.This is such a hassle to get what I paid for. I don't even find claim filing process on ontrac - their logistics partner.I would like to get a refund please

      I previously completed a purchase from Manscape on 08.20.2021 order #US7210041 for $101.75. During my order I unknowingly enrolled in a subscription services in which I was charged $15.89 every three months. On 07.17.2022, I submitted an email request to have my account closed and to discontinue any more charges, reference order #US10007656. As of August 2023, I am still being charged. I submitted another email requesting that my account be closed and to be refunded for an unauthorized charge of $115.32 reference order #US14050909. I do not understand what the issue is when I have requested to have my account closed twice. Furthermore, I should not have to go to the extent of getting the BBB involved to have my account closed and be refunded.
