      Ordered the Performance package 4.0. The products are no better than any other store bought trimmers Ive previously used - if anything it cut me more than other trimmers Ive used before. More disappointing was that they started automatically withdrawing ***** for some ridiculous Membership Replenishment Order. We went back and double checked the order and in the RIDICULOUS fine print they hide this in your purchase order. Do not order from this company.

      Subject: Urgent: Unfulfilled Return Promise - Order # [CA1082267]I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the return process for Order # [CA1082267], placed on November 17 with MANSCAPED. The situation has become increasingly frustrating and has not lived up to the company's initial commitment.Upon realizing that I had mistakenly ordered the product, I promptly contacted MANSCAPED customer support on November 17 to initiate a return. Initially, I was assured that I wouldn't have to bear the cost of the return, and a prepaid shipping label would be provided.However, when I reached out to their designated courier, Intelcom, I was informed that the return could only proceed with a return shipping label issued by MANSCAPED. Despite explaining this to MANSCAPEDs customer support and referencing their return policy, I have been informed that I am now required to pay for the return shipping.This contradictory and frustrating experience has left me with no option but to file this complaint, seeking a resolution to the following:1. Fulfillment of the initial promise made by MANSCAPED to provide a prepaid return shipping label.2. Acknowledgment and correction of the inconsistency in communication between the customer support team and the courier.I urge MANSCAPED to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction, as stated in their return policy, and to rectify this situation promptly.       I emailed the company on 11/28 cause item wasnt received they told me to wait 48 hours to see if item has updated or been received I waited that time and sent them a message back they advised me that I had to wait another 24 hours to contact them again even though Ive now been waiting 3 business days.

      I was enrolled in Manscaped Peak Hygiene plan were I could pick various products to be delivered to my home. On November 8th I ordered 4 products through the Peak Hygiene plan. Manscaped charged my credit card and shipped the products out a few days later. On November 16th the **** recorded a scan showing the product made it to the ******* area. As of today, that tracking has not shown any updates. I reached out to Manscaped on Monday, November 20th about the missing product. I was asked to wait for 48 hours, which I did. After contacting them again on November 22 they again told me to wait for 48 hours. I asked that my issue be escalated. I received a response back that they want to wait a total of 5-7 days before declaring the package lost. After waiting another 7 days, I contacted Manscaped again today, November 28th where I was once again told to wait for another 48 hours. Given that I cannot get a response other than to wait another 48 hours for a product I have already been charge for, I am not sure how to get Manscaped to respond to my request for a refund.

      On May 22, 2023 I purchased a Manscaped ***** ****** at a local ************* Best Buy, for $95. It worked perfectly fine, and held its charge for three to four trims (I only trim my ***** every 10 days). There was never a problem with the trimmer or its charge, no strange sounds and no slowing down. When I rinsed it under water I only put the blade under the faucet upside down and air dried it. It was never submerged. And yet, suddenly on Nov 21, it stopped working. I turned the switch on and nothing happened. I plugged in the charger and left it for hours, and still it would not turn on. Manscaped does not have a customer service number and only allows customers to email. They also seem to assume one has an account, which I do not hand I certainly do not need since I only need a ***** trimmer. First they emailed asking for my receipt. I did send them a photo of the product and a photo of my credit cad transaction number, but they said that was not sufficient. Then, another email said that the product was "past warranty" but they could offer a 20% discount on a subscription service - for what, I do not know since again I do not need to pay them monthly for anything; I only need to trim my *****.It is ludicrous that a trimmer, one more expensive than any other I've purchased, will only last 6 months and the company seems entirely disinterested in its malfunctioning. With this poor response and poor customer support, I absolutely would never purchase a monthly subscription. Again, for what? I want the product replaced or repaired, or my money returned so I can purchase a product from another company.

      I was not made aware that this was at the time of original purchase that this was a subscription. This is just a ******, why would there be an automatic subscription?! Manscaped hides that it automatically signs you up for a subscription and will automatically start billing you for random useless overpriced parts. They don't even tell you in the emails that they are billing you. It just says parts sent. THERE ARE NO RECEIPTS. This practice is predatory and illegal. I want a refund immediately.

      I made a single initial purchase. I was subsequently charged again for a recurring order that I did not sign up for. There is no phone number to contact the company. I have not heard back from the company regarding a refund. This is blatantly fraudulent behavior, and I am sure they snuck this in somewhere in the fine print.
