      I placed an order on 11/24/2024. The company sent me tracking information on 11/25. The package has never been given to carrier. The company blames the carrier. Was told to wait and as of today, still no move from carrier.

      I placed an order with manscaped but never received a confirmation email. Its now been a week and I havent received an email or a package. I went back to manscaped and the way of contact they had listed was by email so I emailed them about the issue and its been days since then and still no response other than one email asking how there service was. What service? I havent gotten a single response. I tried finding their number online and the one phone number I did find that actually said it was manscaped when I called said to email them with any issues and then hung up and I obviously already tried that. My account was charged a week ago and I need either the package or my refund.

      My lawnmower 4.0 below is not working after only using it 3 times. It is fully charged but does not turn on and does not do anything. I would like a replacement. I emailed the company 3 times and have not received a response.

The Peak Hygiene Plan is a membership club that delivers your choice of fresh blades, new products, and refills of your favorites - always on your schedule and at the lowest retail prices available in your country of residence.

      Starting at $18.99 per shipment, you can select any two Peak products and change the frequency of when you get each shipment. You can also take advantage of membership pricing when you add any MANSCAPED product to your Peak Hygiene Plan shipment.

      I just want them to quit sending me products that I did not order. They said it was a refill order, however, I never received any initial order!There was no other paperwork sent with the delivery.

      I purchased a brand new razor in May 2024. It stopped working already and they refused to return my money or at least replace the product.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Manscaped regarding an issue I have recently discovered with an unauthorized subscription service linked to my account.Two years ago, I purchased the Manscaped 4.0 trimmer, and during the checkout process, I was unknowingly enrolled in a subscription service that I never explicitly agreed to. I have now been paying for this subscription for the past two years without my consent or knowledge.I was not notified of the subscription, nor did I ever agree to any recurring payments. I only realized these charges after reviewing my bank statements recently. Given that I was not informed or made aware of the terms of this subscription, I believe these charges are both unfair and deceptive.I am requesting a full refund for all charges related to this unauthorized subscription, which I have been unknowingly paying for over the past two years. I also request that Manscaped take steps to ensure that this issue is resolved immediately and that no further charges are applied to my account.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and I hope for a swift resolution.Thank you for your time and assistance

      I made a purchase from this company on 7/28/24 using an **************** card. The purchase was in the amount of $131.39 for my nephew's birthday. The address for the transaction was *********************************************. The phone # listed was **************. It was a one-time purchase, and I did not subscribe to anything.On 10/28/24 my **************** card was charged $21.89 by this same business. The transaction, however, was associated with a different address: **********************************************************************. The same phone number was listed - **************.I reported this to my credit card company as an unrecognized charge, and this is currently under investigation with ****************. I DID NOT MAKE THIS PURCHASE.When I attempt to call the phone number, there is no way to speak with any customer service representative, and there is no ability to leave a message. I am treating this as a stolen credit card issue, and I have no ability to speak with anyone at this company since I made no purchase or have any kind of order # with which to address it. I also will not use their website as I can no longer trust that my information isn't already stolen. I reach out to the BBB for help in getting this charge removed from my credit card. I also want BBB to be aware that this company may be involved in fraud and stealing credit card information.

      I find this business (Manscaped) to have deceitful and unclear messaging which potentially inadvertently signs customers up for things they do not want.  I am seeing this more frequently with a number of businesses, and I have to scan websites judiciously to try and avoid this.  Many websites now are set up this way. 

      I intend to send their product back to them when it arrives.  I want nothing to do with "Manscaped", their worthless customer service message line, and their deceptive business practices.

      Thank you once again to the Better Business Bureau for your help in this matter.  This is one agency that truly cares about customers and advocating for better business practices.

      On June 27, 2024 I made a one time purchase. 3 months later on September 27th I was billed for a 'subscription' that I did not approve or agree to. This subscription was not a line item on the receipt of the original purchase, nor was there any notification of the purchase or billing other than on a credit card statement. The package showed up out of the blue around October 21st. I've started a dispute with my credit card company as well as started a return through the Manscaped website. The fee may be small enough that some people may not complain and just cancel the subscription and move on. This situation feels like deceit at best, theft at worst. I'm 39 and this is my first BBB complaint. Had I checked the BBB before my purchase, I would have looked elsewhere to fulfill my needs. Looks to be a very common problem with Manscaped and I do wonder how many incidents go unreported.
