      Manscaped continues to send me products I did not request and/or authorize. Then charging my credit card. on two separate occasions I have I have returned each item. However, they have not provided a credit.It is difficult to get a response from this business. Therefore, I respectfully request your assistance.

      I did not sign up for the membership as I had made prior investigations into reviews about their practices and their flagged account for signing you up for their "subscriptions." I made sure to read everything and was getting charged for their subscription without my knowledge. Fortunately for me, I had cancelled my CC so they weren't able to charge me. I had to go through hoops just to cancel the subscription. I suggest other not to do any business with them and their shady practices. Obviously they're just "answering" all these complaints so that their company doesn't get even more flagged or blowback from the BBB.

      I ordered on item from Manscaped. Since then, Ive been added to an automated payment plan that I dont recall agreeing to. I want the account cancelled and a future attempts to charge my credit card cancelled.

      I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING!Reading the complaints section it seems you've done this to many people who you've said to not have read the small fine print somewhere. You can not just take money out of peoples account and claim that this was part of your first order! So basically did it say to take money out of my account to make this 'replemishment order'??!!! No, I remember seeing emails about this and it said "you need finished order" which I took that as encouraging me to try to make an order and then I get another email last week saying your order has been made, how can that be when I physically didn't press any button saying purchase this! That fine print must've been very small for me to not see it. I get at least 5 emails a day from you even though I didn't subscribe to you! Delete my details and delete my bank information! and reimburse me now!

      In November I made a one time purchase for Xmas. February 26, 2024 at 3am my bank card was used to purchase a monthly subscription Manscape Hygiene Plan Box. I cancelled my bank card and applied for a new card that same day. Today March 4 I received a Hygiene package from Manscaped that I thought for sure was going to someone who stole my card number. It seems the company is automatically enrolling customers into monthly plans, months after their one time purchases.

      On March 3 the amount of ***** was taken out of my paypal account and states this is an automatic payment. I made a one time purchase for a gift in Dec and have not done anymore business with this company. I have made several attempts to contact the Manscaped and have not heard back. There is no phone number listed on their website. This money needs to be returned to me and any automatic payment needs to be stopped. I did file a complaint with Paypal as well.

      I made an order for Manscape's product Nov 24th #CA1092666 for $156.00 as a Christmas gift. Nowhere in the invoice did they print that I agreed to a subscription plan nor the amount. It was berried in the fine print at the bottom of the order in the fine print and they don't even say what the amount is. This is the same complaint others have made. This is a dishonest practice and is not a straightforward approach to doing business. Consumers should not have to read the fine print to know what they have bought.
