      On november 24th i purchased the performance package 5.0 ultra for $114.01 (originally $139.99) for a christmas gift as a one time purchase. I was not given an option to pick a frequency of delivery for a subscription service, and did not select any products that i wanted recurring shipments of. There was fine print at the bottom of my order confirmation detailing their subscription service but it did not confirm that i was actually subscribed to it. Today (february 24th 2024) i recieved and order confirmation for an order i did not place, for products i did not select at a price i did not authorize to be taken from my one-time payment method. I attempted to cancel my membership through a section of the website i couldnt find without looking it up. I was redirected three different times to new products and even more purchases when trying to cancel my supposed membership and was given warnings that it would void my warranty. I was also redirected by each option of why i was cancelling; that if i hadnt used their products i should try buying different ones, that if i couldnt afford it i should just skip one month and continue my alleged membership, and practically begging me not to cancel for any reason. I have yet to hear back from my email asking them to cancel the order that they placed without my consent.

      I purchased three manscaped kits for three individuals at Christmas time. Nowhere on the order process do I ever remember anything related to a subscription nor did I ever want to enroll in any type of subscription plan.This morning I was charged $21.38. These funds need to be refunded as soon as possible or I will need to dispute them on my card. Any sort of subscription need to be canceled immediately.In reading the long list of BBB complaints, this is clearly an issue the company has not addressed. Their website and order entry pages are clearly not transparent or obvious that purchases for their products contain subscriptions, including ones that you can opt out of.I would appreciate an extremely timely response to this concern.

      What I thought was a simple one time purchase on manscaped I was offered a subscription that I specifically declined however am now being charged for. Im not receiving a receipt from manscaped, only from my PayPal account. I didnt even make a manscaped account so I dont know how to cancel it. In no way shape or form do I ever remember consenting to a subscription that I know for a fact that I would decline in a heartbeat. What an incredibly disappointing predatory brand. I hope they lose all the misleading hype.

      Just recieved a surprise bill on my paypal account stating id been charged for a subscription id never signed up for. Cancelled on my PayPal, but clearly this is misleading. Other reports note the same thing.be transparent and honest with your customers!!!!

      A few months ago I purchased a ***** kit trimmer from Manscaped.com. After deli yo started receiving almost daily promotion emails which caused me to stop looking at them. I just received a charge on my credit card for a replenishment order that I had no idea I signed up for. I have emailed them asking for my order to be canceled and my charge refunded. Beware before buying firm this site

      Found this company off an Instagram ad and placed an order of their ultra package on Saturday. Magically the order was marked as delivered today even though I dont have anything and its Tuesday and yesterday was a holiday ************ has to be a scam you get false sense of reassurance through an Instagram ad you place an order create an account and the items never arrive I dont think I trust this company They used a company called Ontrac to deliver who even is this carrier Ive only heard of ************** and DHL!       I ordered an electric razor on the manscape website on August 14, 2023 for $72.75 after tax. I remember seeing the subscription service called the hygiene plan. I specifically remember making sure I was not signed up for the subscription. I did not want a subscription and I did not sign up for one. On December 13, 2023 my account was charged $20.32 from Manscaped. Manscaped signed me up for a reoccurring payment of $20.32 without my consent or knowledge. I received the package in the mail and the only way to return is to go to the post office and pay for shipping. I dont think that is right because I never signed up for the subscription in the first place. This is very irritating and I would like Manscape to refund my $20.32. I never consented to a subscription and I would like a refund.

      ManScaped allowed a virtual credit card I had saved with them from ****************************************************************************************************** ********.This was a virtual card generated only for use on ManScaped. It was not used or saved anywhere else. It was not used since being closed in 2020.The fact that this card was used at all 3 years later indicates ManScaped allowed my personal information to become stolen and the company has not made a proper notice informing customers of an apparent data breech, wherein customers full credit card information has been obtained.

As a company operating in **********, ManScaped is legally required to disclose security breaches when they become aware of them under the ***** As ManScaped has shown no desire to do this despite being notified, nor have they maintained their legal obligations to investigate this matter further by obtaining further information from me, we will be reporting this issue to the relevant government bodies and cite that ManScaped was notified of a security breach on this date and confirmed receipt of this notice.
