the company advertises 24/7 access to their service, and to contact them weekdays from 7 to 5 during the week, the last two weekends the sever went down all weekend with no way to contact anyone to fix it. This company has a different algorithm and/or database for the opt out search vs the main search. On 11/18/22 I signed up to use the monthly service. After the first search was completed I tried to complete a second search and the business would not honor my first purchase or login and it was telling me that my account that I had just created did not exist.
