To whom it may concern: I've sent 2 separate emails to instantcheckmate in the past 7 days and got no response at all. They openly list my personal private information on their website that has no right being there, I told them this page needs to be removed ASAP. I have a medical paranoia condition which is a great life health medical risk (I did try their removal link and had no success). On January 2022, I used this service - Instant Checkmate - and cancelled my service on February 2022.With the information provided, my personal information, they displayed it in public view on the internet. I called their support line and was advised to use their ******************* tool online. This did not work; therefore, I contacted them again and was told to email my information with a screenshot and they would remove me from public view on the internet. Currently, I have made contact with them over 10 times asking that they remove my public information.In fact, once I was told by a customer/support representative that they had removed my information in which they did not.I informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB - and ask the BBB to assist me with removing my information from public view.Having my personal information in public view puts me at risk due to working in **************** *********** Court Clerk. Those "reports" (public web pages) are by themselves displaying information on **************. Just because the personally identifiable information is formatted or categorized under a different individual does not exempt it from the **** opt-out / deletion. If you cannot remove just ****************** name, removal of the complete records would achieve the same outcome.
If no resolution is reached, escalation to the ********** ************************* is the next step.

They flat out lied to BBB and me. They said they removed my information and fixed their system for opting out but they did none of that.
