This company is insanely overpriced and their methods are deceptive. They claim to have all kinds of information. They walk you through, step by step, saying they are pulling from this data base and that data base. Then, when you get to the actual report, it is laughable how little they provide. I put in a test case name, meaning that I had all the information publicly available on this person from other companies in the same business. They had NOTHING on this individual. They had a few addresses. The other websites had jobs, education, marriages, all kinds of publicly available data. Instant Checkmate is by far the most expensive service doing this kind of data base search. They charge over $35.00 plus a one time charge of $3.99 to download. If they actually had the information they claim to have, I would happily pay it. They have nothing. Don't make the mistake I did and waste five minutes on these people.

Due to a previous stalker I wanted my private information as hidden as possible. I have suppressed it on almost every other site, but this one pretends to give you the option and does not. I filled out the "suppression" form and thought it said the action would be taken by a few days, its still there. Extremely shady busy. All the other websites let a person have all their private information unlisted by simple form and/or request, but not this one. I will be contacting my attorney to see what further action can be taken as this site is endangering my life with its underhanded practices.Instant Checkmate

I received an alert that my email had been compromised on the dark web. Also some other sensitive information had been compromised with this company. I have no idea what this is for. How can they get away with selling your information on the dark web? I just signed up for this service and have ran 3 searches on people, including my own. I find that most of the information provided is stuff that I don't care about. I don't want a list of all of the *** offenders in town, which is half of the report. There is very little helpful information, and I have also found numerous inaccuracies in each of the searches that I have done. I know this because I do have some information on each of the persons I have searched. I'm very disappointed. I will not be a long term customer.Instant Checkmate

I want to gather hisorical information on an individual I know very well. The dates of residence are completely off, even showing where they lived 10 years after their death. I would prefer no stars. This company is a total scam. If you are looking for records on someone, they don't even have basic personal information on the person (such as marriage or children/close relatives). Since they have a pay wall for their reports, you don't know the information you're looking for isn't there. Good luck canceling.
