      I work as a night shift nurse and at approx 11:30 pm 4/30/25 sent my fiance to the jack in the box on ****** and ********************* in ********, ** to get us some food for my lunch break. We ordered 2 sourdough **** combos size large, a 4 piece mozzarella stick, and 2 orders of mini churros. They did not provide a receipt for our $38.55 order, claiming the printer was down. The order took quite a while to get and by the time he drove back to my work less than a mile away, the food was completely cold and hard. We also realized that we were given medium drinks and no churros. We decided to just eat the food since my lunch break is only 30 minutes and I was very hungry. I took one bite of my sandwich and could barely choke it down. It was cold, hard, dry, and still dripped grease. The fries, both kinds, were hard and cold. My fiance had the same issue but worse because of his lack of teeth. He ended up with sores in his mouth. Because of the horrible quality of our food we went back. We let the staff know of the problem and attempted to give the food back. I requested a partial refund as I still wanted the churros and the large sodas we paid for. They did give us the requested food/drink, but wouldn't take the offensive food back. I again asked for a partial refund as I was nauseated and no longer hungry and my boyfriend's mouth was painful. I tried to give the food back again and still they wouldn't take it. Said they couldn't do refunds, it had to be the manager and she wasn't there, come back tomorrow. I requested a written receipt. We went back but she still wasn't there. Were told to call today. I just got off the phone with ******* the manager, who was incredibly rude, admitted no wrong-doing, and refused to even consider a refund because "I can't issue a refund without receiving the food back". I explained that I'd tried at least 3 times to give it back and was refused. She just repeated herself in a louder voice. This is terrible food and worse customer service.

      Buisness charged more than displayed on their sign which is false advertisement. Overcharged 1.40 per meal. Should have been charged the price the sign reflected. Instead I got yelled at by the employee and told it didn't matter what thee sign said I pay what the machine says

      I requested that my order be delivered to my hands, but I never received it. The estimated delivery time passed, and even more time passed, and nothing, not even a message from the driver. Nothing, nothing.       I ordered food from Jack in the Box from the ******************************************** location via their website at 1:02am on Friday, April 25th. The restaurant is supposed to be open 24 hours. When I drove there, the drive thru was blocked off by cones and a truck. The light was on saying Drive-Thru Open but nobody was working. I spent about $50 on the food. There is no Jack in the Box customer service number anywhere. I already submitted a refund request online, but nobody has gotten back to me. I tried calling the restaurant location 3 times and nobody picked up. I just drove back to the drive-thru today (Friday 4/25 at 1040pm) and I talked to the employees but they told me that they cant give me a refund. I asked them why the drive thru was closed at 1-2am when I ordered, and they told me because they had professional cleaning done. If they were going to be closed they should have marked that the store was closed for the time being instead of being marked as open on the Jack in the Box website and app. I spent all that money just to not receive any food. I either want a refund back to my card or a gift card.

      Someone in ****** used my Jack in the box account to purchase food items without my consent with points which I earned from purchases . There was no protection made to confirm it was me whine made the purchase from Jack in the box . My personal name , email address and phone number were all listed on the invoices . Jack in the box needs to make this situation right . My personal information is at risk . I am considering taking legal action .

      On 4/15/25 I went to the jack in the box at *******************************; on numerous occasions that I have ordered the side salad I will open it and everything is warm and melted (and sometimes moldy). I work in food service, I know this food isnt being refrigerated right away or has been sitting out for a while in the sun. This happens at a few locations Ive been to in ***********, and ******* as well.

      My order never arrived. I tried to ask for help by phone. They never responded. I tried to ask for help through ******** and an agent never connected. I never received a text message from ******** or the shopper.I already asked for help on your page too but I only got an automated email.

      I went in this past Sunday morning. They did not have any coffee. On a Sunday morning! And then this afternoon, the had a list of items printed on white copy paper and it was stickered on all the store windows. One of the items was French fries that they did not have! What the! I'm going to *** to get burgers and fries but they did not have it! This the jack in the box #**** on ************************

      I placed an order on the mobile app to the wrong JIB by mistake. I decided it wasn't a problem, I would contact the *** I ordered from and have them cancel my order and I would reorder at the one I thought I was ordering from instead. I placed my order at 3:33pm and immediately contacted the *** I wrongly ordered from and it is 4:42pm now and they have yet to pick up the phone. It says right on the receipt to contact them if there is a problem with the order, but they will not pick up the phone, it is ridiculous. Meanwhile, I am out $18 and ended up with no food because I used my funds to place the original order and was not refunded, and zero support from any of the *** employees at the store I wanted to order from in the first place. And, to top it off, I used an offer (2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches for $10) and now I lost the ability to use that offer due to this issue. This is unacceptable, I want my refund ASAP.
