Filed a complaint about 2 weeks ago. Re: mozzarella sticks, advertised but no longer being sold. **** to restaurant today signage is still up advertising products. Spoke to manager. She told me to go back and look at sign because she adjusted it to read so good theyre gone. TAKE THE SIGN DOWN. You are baiting the customers. Gave the excuse that they cant leave the space on the sign open. Why dont you cover the empty lighted space with plain blank material?Business Response

I Was trying to order off the app for delivery but each time I tried it would say payment failed. I tried ***** times with two different payment options. No order was made (I called the local restaurant to see if by chance my order went through- it didnt) but my two cards were charged anyways. So now I have 3 separate charges of $40.23 ($120.69 total) but no service was provided to me. This happened today 5/17/25 around 1430. I would Just like my bank accounts refunded.Business Response

Thank you for contacting us. If you do not have an order and a confirmation email of the order, then there was an error, and the charge did not go through and what you see a pre-authorization and pending status that was put there by your bank. They should release the funds back to your account since ********************** did not place the order or collect the funds. Please reach out to your bank and ask when they would release the funds back to your account since they put the hold on the funds and that is the pre-authorization.
We were unable to find any orders for that date. We email this guest and provide this information to this guest as well.

On 4/13/25 I visited the Jack in the Box located at ********************************************* to pick up my Mobile Order. Upon arrival, I was told that they had run out of mayo. Initially, the issue was not only that they had no mayo, but also that they got my order wrong. I ordered two Breakfast Jacks with NO HAM, however, of course, they gave me both sandwiches WITH HAM! In addition, there was no cheese, jalapenos, or tomatoes as requested. When I brought the bag back to the counter and told them that the order was completely wrong, they acted like they didn't care and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of everything I requested! They took the bag back, and I watched them as they just removed the HAM and gave me the same sandwiches back! They didn't even bother to throw those sandwiches away and redo them fresh! I took the entire bag and threw it in the trash on my way out of the door, and immediately sat in my car to compose an online complaint directly to Jack in the Box to which I received a response saying that they were really "busy" but would get back to me regarding my refund request. However, as of today, 5/16/25, it has been a month and three days, and I have yet to receive a response or the full refund of my money! I am requesting a full refund for this meal, which totaled $7.61.Business Response

I stopped by in the morning to get 2 energy drink and 2 food items 1 breakfast croissant and tiny tacos. Time was about 8:05 am and I left the drive thru about 8:11. First off the lady was rude in the manner she spoke to me, second I said may I get the mini tacos and she proceeded in a rude way as in to correct me do you mean the tiny tacos? (Pretty sure that is the only thing that comes in mini/tiny), I pull up to get my order, she hands me my first drink which I had to open my car door a bit cause I was a bit far, so I grabbed it and it wasnt even a minute into me closing the door and she was like your drink MAM! She was ******* me and she barely had 2 car orders behind me. she asked if I wanted condiments and I said sure she got irritated and she didnt notice that I seen her shake her head as in no it was a bother as she grabbed my things. Now for the cherry on top I get home I had my kid her sandwich and 2 bites in there is a Giant nasty long hair in her food! I called around 8:24 and the guy who answered was rude, I asked for the manager she isnt here well what time does she come in? He said 40 minwell can you give her my number to call backpaused for a while ok, she will call you back.dont you need my number?no, she will look it up to see who called and she will call you.i said Im going to call corporate.he said ok.and hung up. I went to the jack in the box on ********** at 2:00 am on 5/11/2025. Most of the visit was okay however, I witnessed the employee drop my food on the floor of their establishment then pick it up and put it in the bag. When I asked for new food I was lied to and told the food was fresh however I watched the entire event happen and she placed the taco from the floor into the bag.Business Response

Yes , I would like to make a complaint about an employee that works night shift at jack in the box. A employee named ******* at **** * *** made a racial comment about my ethnicity. ******* the employee wouldnt serve me inside the restaurant because she said she couldnt understand my English and that she couldnt serve me. ******* also told me I should try going back to my country so they could understand me there. I was in shock when she told me that. My English isnt all so great but I try. ******* then refused to serve me because she told me she was too busy with drive thru orders, that she couldnt do my order. I placed an order for delivery and to leave it at my door, but I never received it. The estimated delivery time passed beyond an hr and I contacted ******** who delivers on behalf of Jack in the Box but they said there is nothing they could do and I would need to request a refund with ****. They could not get in contact with the driver either but the status changed to delivered but still nothing. Thank you for contacting us. we have already emailed this guest to let them know, these were pending charges and money has never left their account. These are pre-authorized charges and unless you get an order #, money has never left your account and your bank just has a put a hold on these charges because you kept ordering even when it did not go through and every time they did, another Msg would go to their bank and another pending charge. Because there was an error, the transactions did not go through, and their bank will release the hold on those funds and how long it would take for them to that, has to do with their bank.
