I was a regular customer for years, shopping 5 days in a row at that jack in a box branch. But one day I got a food poisoning. I reported it to the company. The company pretended that they're trying to take care of the issue, by calling me a leaving me a message with a phone number through which it's impossible to reach them. The office hours are ALWAYS closed regardless when I call during business hours.It's been over a month since the company hasn't been responsible for the damages. Not even an apology. I now demand them to compensate me for having to go through all this or I'll take measures myself.Business Response

On April 1, 2023, My first time ordering food for delivery through the app. Promised delivery buy 1:08pm. Called the resturant and the manager on duty *** was very rude and I wanted to cancel because no one picked the order up. He told me to cancel through the app and it wouldn't let me so I called back and he had an attitude with me and said he couldn't cancel I need to contact Uber which I did. I asked him for the district manager number and she was very apologetic the first time I called to inform her of the situation but the second time I called she was very rude and talked to me like a animal. She said the person who I ordered the food from delivered the food and I need to call them when I told her I ordered it through the app and **** had no record of my order but they could see from my order number. Someone finally picked up the food and delivered it 1:51pm. I've been trying to get it canceled because I don't want cold food and I didn't want the manager to do something to my food because of the attitude he gave me. The district manager yelled and talked to me so bad that no customer should have been talked to like less of a person. She accused me of still having them deliver when I've been trying to cancel for the longest. I've also tried calling ****-in-the-box corporate line. This location is horrible and they are very rude and disrespectful towards customers. Location **************************************************************.Business Response

I have been going back and forth for a month now for a resolution. Ive driven to two locations spent over an hour each way in traffic and still no compensation like promised from the district manager. My calls, messages to both the DM and customer service online are being ignored. They have by far the worst customer service and rudest staff and management team.Business Response

I ordered from jack in the box delivery Sunday March 26th. I paid $26.92, but charged $32 for half my order. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets combo which includes the chicken nuggets, fries and a drink and only received the chicken nuggets.Business Response

The store claims that the system is down or system is rebooting so they cant take any orders at the time. They do this during after hours. I have visited 4 different times recently, at varying times and its the same every time, no matter who is working. If you try to ask questions they just ignore you or just repeat the system is down.They simply do not want to work. This has been going on for YEARS! We had 4 in the area. One shut down completely due to this and horrible service. The other 2 are no longer 24hours, likely due to lack of sales because of this reason. And this is the last remaining 24hour facility nearby and is right on trend with the horrible service like the others.Business Response

Placed a mobile app order on 3/22, was told there were no shakes available and there was no way to refund on location. I was told to contact customer service for the refund of the (3) shakes in the order. I was contacted about this order and another that I had an issue with and promised resolve but have not heard anything else about the matter. Placed an in app mobile order on 3/5. ********** systems were down and they were closed. I requested a refund on 3/5 and twice afterwards. On March 17, 2023, I ordered a mint Oreo shake on the Jack in the Box website for the location in *************, **. When I arrived at the drive through, the employee said that they were out of *****. She said that the only way to be refunded was to contact customer service on the website - she could not do it at the store. So I left empty handed and out of my money. No one has contacted me Ive sent in 2 complaints. 3/10/23 I placed and paid a mobile order thru the app get to the speaker and told the restaurant was closed. It was about 10:15 pm the app said that location was open until 4am. Went up to the window it looked like nobody was in there. I would like my money back. The Jack in the Box locations do not stand by their operating hours. For one location, the dine-in opens at 5:30 AM and they had me standing outside until 6:30 AM while they were servicing drive thru orders.Business Response
