      The worker that was in the drive-through told me that I have to wait behind a pole until my food was ready. The people behind me were honking at me and aggressively trying to approach me. There was absolutely no reason for the wait. There was no one in front of me. I pulled to the window and, Ill be enough my food was ready. There was no reason for the weight. The people behind me were threatening my life. I explained to the employee that this happened to me before and I was shot with a gun previously in the same situation. This has been a an occurrence twice now through Jack in the box drive-through. This time when I got my food, it was smashed to bits. I guess I should have reported him the first time. 100% unprofessional and I do not feel safe going through the drive-through. I still love the food but I will not be buying food from here again because of how uncomfortable the employee made me feel. I did not catch his name. When I asked, he covered his name tag.

      Sunday February 26 order was placed through jack in the box app with credit card. Went in person to restaurant for pick up, upon arrival they stated they did not have the shakes available since their machine was down and they disregard the rest of my order. Employees at the restaurant could not give me a refund or store credit. I left completely empty handed and they can check their recorded footage.I was also accompanied by my husband as witness to the situation. Why advertise something you dont have in the app and in store? In regards to refund, employees informed me I had to do it through the app. I finally got in touch with a Regional Manager from Jack in the Box, who is aware of the situation and still has not given me a refund. I do not think I should go in to that restaurant to get my refund if I paid with a credit card.

      Went in to purchase my a meal and when I ate my meal the chicken was raw. Called in and asked for a manager and he said she wasnt there when I heard her in the back saying she didnt speak English so I told him i spoke Spanish. She said to tell me she wasnt there. So I told him I heard her then she answered and was very rude and hung up on me I called back and she didnt answered so I went to the store and she hid in her office. ******* came to ask me if I needed help and told him I needed his manager name. He said he didnt know it. So he said she didnt want to give it to me. So I waited until he gave it to me but she refused to come out. I wasnt refunded or given names until the end. I was told store manager is there in Monday. ***** 17th *********

      On February 26, I've ordered from the restaurant. My order was canceled due to the restaurant being out of shakes and I have yet to receive a refund of $23.68. My order number is *****************.

      On 3/2/2023 about 3:30pm, I drove on to the Drive through to the Jack in the Box on *********************************************************************** and tried to order a hamburger, a combo, which is #6. The sale person told me they did not have fry. I then asked to buy two Tacos. she told me they did not have Tacos either. Besides what I just mentioned above, three times in the past, I ordered two combo hamburger and they did not give my drinks. I had to turn back and went back the second round on the drive through. The staff were not very nice and very not polite. They did not even say sorry for their mistakes. The Jack in the Box restaurant never open for dive in since Covid 19 Started. This location needs to be close down. Very poor management and poor services. I feel that they owe me some money for the wait and times that I had to return on the drive through to get my drinks 3 times.

      I placed a mobile order 2/25/23 (#*****************) and picked up my order. I went home and found an item was missing. I reported it on the app as request. No call back for 2 days so I put in another request on the app and call the local store. Manager is not there so I leave a message. 2 more days pass and I still have not received a call back or email, let alone a refund, from either the app or the local store. I call the corporate office and it says the office is open from 7am-4pm. However, if you choose the first option referring to a store order, the recording says their office is currently closed no matter what time you call. All other options, the call goes through to that department. This is business in bad faith. How is anyone supposed to get help? It should be this hard for a $5 refund.

      On February 28, 2023, I ordered breakfast and a Grill Chicken Salad from Jack in the Box. When I received my order, there was no salad, just a piece of meat in a container. I called the location on **************** several times to let them know. They picked the phone and kept hanging it up in my face, yelling profanities and I had no intention of getting upset. All I wanted to do was inform then that I did not get what I paid for.

      I went through the drive through at Jack in the Box in **************, ** on 2/19/2023 at 9:05pm (Store #****, order #***). I purchased a meal and it appeared that the order was complete while in the drive through; however when I got home I saw that part of the order was actually incorrect - that I was given the wrong item. I immediately called the store, I did not make note of his name at the time. As soon as I started mentioning that I got the wrong order - he interjected with a very unprofessional "Sorry, dude. I'm making the sandwich as we speak, come in and I'll give it to you." When I explained that I was already at home and could not drive out there again (I stopped by on my way home), he gave a very apathetic and not at all reassuring "Well, come by tomorrow for a refund." He did not even try to grab a name or anything. To me this sounded as a way to get me off the phone without actually doing anything. My concern was that if I actually just wanted in the next day, they would refuse to refund or do anything. I asked him if there was a manager that I could speak with to get something more concrete, more official; instead I was told that the manager had gone home, that he was in charge, and that there was nothing else he could do for me. I left feedback on Jack in the Box's site and requested a call back or email, but it's been over a week and no one has called or emailed.

      I went to the jack in the box by my house first off the manager was taking my order from the bathroom. I asked for **************** was pulled up multiple cars came and left but when I got my food it was hot but undone like they dropped it for one min. Call to complain business phone was answer but hung up and they then took the phone off the hook so it gave busy signal. I was at work and so upset because thats nasty and *** got sick had diarrhea the whole night

      Feb.15,2023 10:30pm The establishment has signs online and physical that their drive through is a 24 hour service. Once you arrive the employees greet and ask for the order. Once you order they say that they arent taking orders and that theyre closed. Makes customers wonder why, if it says theyre open. If thats the case then maybe they should change their hours online and on their doors.
