Every time I order at a Jack in the box usually the employees do bare minimum and the managers dont care. Today was the last straw and I will never return. Your app is complete TRASH it glitches out and double charges me all the time and I have to let my bank know. Today I got a glitch and it double charged my card and didnt give me a receipt. This SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. And when I got there I was refused my food or to even get anything for free even though I showed them my card statement. The employee was disrespectful and refused to make the food unless they had it in the system. I will be back charging and disputing the charges since i was refused food and charged TWICE. Also This store has horrible reviews and the doesnt let you complain on experience. You guys are covering up how bad your restaurants really are. Also when I leave a complaint the manager im complaining about calls me. This is disrespectful to us who want acknowledgement from the people who ACTUALLY FIX ISSUES. I want to be reached by corporate or the owner. Im done speaking to managers they dont care.Business Response

My complaint is well BOTH complaints are against the Jack In The Box location ***********************************************************, In Greenspoint *******. On Thursday February 2, 2023 in the early morning, it was raining and I had just stepp** into the Jack In The Box Greenspoint location restaurant. My Nikes were wet from the rain an I slipp** and twist** my ankle. There was a Customer that was standing there and said nothing. Then he low-key ** told Ms. ****** that a woman had just twist** her anlke. I was in pain but I didn't yell or scream but jyst sat there in pain laughing. Then Ms. ****** look** over at me in dusgust. And blurt** out' **** I so glad I had that wet floor sign out or I would've been in trouble* "Damn woman going make my job worse by falling" I still have to call and right it up anyways. So for the rest of the time I hobbl** over to a stool to elevate my foot and rest. Then she had a drive through order** and took it out to the customer. Then she blurt** out your leg feel okay? I said nothing. Then she said it again. And again I said nothing. Then in under her breath before she got out of range, "I know you heard me. First I didn't say anything to no-one bout anything then the nasty rude attitude to add. They could have offer** me me an ice pack or if there's anything we could do let us know. I GOT NOTHING BUT NASTY ATTITUDE from her and her manager condones it. One more thing I have a packets that going to be deliver** to that store foe me I want it I paid for the items. I went to Whataburger Greenspoint location and the flood and atmosphere is MUCH BETTER there.Business Response

Today I went to my local Jack in the Box in CROSSROADS and 380.I ordered a kids meal for my son and the chicken pita combo .All together it ran me $16.96.When I got home my chicken pita was all smashed together, the chicken tasted bad and it was thrown together.I would really appreciate a refund.I'm a single parent and this was a treat that went badly.I cannot afford to lose money on a bad meal.Business Response

I am a former employee of this business.. I have been trying to obtain my W2 and have made multiple calls regarding this matter. I reached the manager ******* and she advised me to call back **************************************************************************************************************************** anyone at the store for that matter. Before leaving to work or attempting to order from the Jack in the box when I place the order it was giving me a hard time number one that should have dissued me! I proceeded to give my order. The order was due to arrive at about 1:15 that's the time I leave to work I couldn't wait for it so I left my mother was home to accept the order when the food came not only were the drinks the only thing that weren't tainted the food was disgusting with rancid butter oil whatever they use on their sourdough burgers when I went to take a bite all you can smell was rancid oil the fries were double fried so much grease in them the potato hash brown was burned again with so much grease all over the bag I demand a refund and for the health department to go investigate that store! Not only was their phone not being answered at the store I ordered from but when I called corporate it's funny how they were closed when it's a business day and nobody answered when I finally got to the correct line to make a complaint I left them a very nasty voicemail as well nobody knows how to answer their phones they're going to hear my face! I spent $32.81 my receipt number is 15326-506-865-229-825. The food didn't arrive till 1:35 when I checked on the foods delivery time the first time it said 1:15 all of a sudden it changed this is c*** this is b******* this is on tolerable they're a professional business they don't professional anything!Business Response

Ordered Jack in the Box on Jan. 8th. Placed my order using their mobile app since location ( ********************************************************************* ) has bad customer service. Placed the order at ******. Total *****. App said it would be between 9:03pm to 9:46pm, but figured it would be okay because that's when delivery would be on the road. I waited until 9:47pm, I called. No one answered and tried to get someone before 10pm when they closed. First answer, I told them I placed on order on the mobile app. When I asked for the manager, hung up on me. I called back, I asked for the manager and they responded they were the shift manager. I asked also, if they just hung up on me. and said they were. They said they hung up because no one was saying anything. I didn't get hung up on until I asked for the manager. She did not asked if I was still on the phone before she hung up. Past that. I explained to her about my order, now being about 10pm. I told her I had an order and my delivery never came. She said I would need to contact uber eats or grubhub about the issue. I told her already I used the Jack in the Box mobile app. It does not say who delivery is with. Jack in the box makes that arrangement. She asks for my name I give it to her, she tells me my order is still there. I said why is it not delivered. She said no one came for it. She says, someone came but it was not ready, then says she told them to wait in the parking lot. Delivery driver didn't wait and left. I ask, what is going to happen to my order. She said it will be thrown out. Asked about a refund, and she tells me that she can't refund me and I need to contact the delivery service. I told her I paid through the mobile app to Jack in the Box. There is no delivery or carrier on there or information about delivery service. They have taken ***** from my account with no food or delivery. Stole my money. I contacted Jack in the Box through online messaging with no response. There's no contact number. I visited a Jack in the Box location at ************************************************************** on 12/31/2022 at 5:41 pm. A few minutes previously I had ordered food from their mobile app and my card was charged. The order number is ***************** and the amount charged was $18.45. I drove up to their speaker at the drive thru and waited several minutes, and no one answered. I drove up to the window and no one was visible inside. I parked and saw someone come outside from an employee door to throw away trash and go back inside. I then went to the restaurant door and it was locked. I tried going to the speaker and window once again, with no answer. I also saw multiple other vehicles attempt the same thing. I attempted to cancel my order from the app and there was no option to do so. I sent a request to their customer service about a refund that night. After a few days I went to their website to send another request. I have received no word from them about giving my money back. I expect a full refund.Business Response

I know since Covid-19 it has been hard for some businesses to have enough employees willing to work. HOWEVER, this Jack in the Box continues to employee the worst people. They have a line that is 7 cars deep and in the middle of it say s**** it were closing an hour sometimes two hours early, or they claim in the middle of the rush that they are going on break. This has happened so many times its not even funny any more. Im lucky sometimes they apologize and say we are going on break you can come back in 30mins, today though with customers still in line they shut off the lights and closed down an hour before closing. I cant keep up with this locations business hours because you are at the mercy of how the workers feel that day. There used to be a great graveyard staff but they arent here anymore. If you guys want to consistently close at 12am, 1am, or 2am, thats fine but you need to update those business hours on all your restaurant signage, your business website, ****** and Yelp pages. I am tired of getting to this Jack in the box after work to find they are closed. Ill just pick up food from somewhere else in ********* before driving home to Oceanside. On top of all of this a great way to **** off seven different car fulls of hungry people is to not take their order but making them wait in line while you finish up the other cars. This isnt a one time problem this is multiple times a week. They never consistently close at the stated time.Business Response
