I do*'t k*ow what health hazard code this applies to but I'm positive it is a health issue. I we*t to jack in the box this mor*i*g with a couple of frie*ds after leavi*g the gym. We*t thru the drive thru of jack * the box it had to be betwee* 8:15 a*d 9:45am we ordered two large strawberry shakes a*d o*e large cup of ice the lady at the wi*dow which is a worker repeated our order back to us a*d the* told us the amou*t my frie*d was drivi*g which is a female paid the lady with her debit card the worker ha*ded her two shakes a*d the* the cup of ice plus three straws we left a*d came straight home o* the way her I ate about six pieces of ice a*d put the lid back o* it got home sat the cup o* my dresser a*d co*ti*ued o* with my day like *ormal so I have a thi*g about the ice a*d it melti*g that's the water I like to dri*k is from melted ice. So later o* I we*t back to dri*k the water a*d removed the lid a*d as I'm putti*g the cup up to my mouth I see somethi*g i* the cup so I go i*to my kitche* were there is better lighti*g a*d see* it was a ***** a baby ***** that is *ot okay I tried to co*tact the restaura*t a*d got *o a*swer so I co*tacted you guys to help me with this. That store is violati*g a health a*d safety code. Went to the restaurant today at the **** store and got jumbo egg roll and asked for a additional sauce I was told by the black young lady manager I could only receive 2 and have to pay for additional I told them I have three I should receive three and pay extra for the other I told them I was going to complain then she proceeded to to say something smart they all laughed then had the nerves to move the cashier out the way and tell me have a good day laughing the nerves of her humiliation that she express towards me Im really ****** how you let people treat paying customers regardless how small the order is to be treated in such a matter the cashier was very nice a Samoan young lady but the manager was out of line I will not go back and I will let others know of her distasteful behavior I want an apologyBusiness Response

Ordered food but did not receive full order. In order to receive a refund, we needed to come back to the store. Due to being out of town and already far away, we could not do this. Services/goods not received. Store stated that they would honor a credit next time we are in town w/o an expiration date. Came to the store and they are refusing to honor credit. and when I got home and made it the cheeseburger bacon cheeseburger junior was so dry I had to throw it away and the monster tacos were regular tacos without lettuce and cheese. The whole meal was a total disaster and I can promise and guarantee that I will never go back to another jack-in-the-box no matter how much they pay me. The reason is the food has just been pathetic they're using I don't know I guess kids that don't know what they're doing they are not trained right or don't care and the food is just not worth paying for. It truly is sad how far jack-in-the-box has fallen between poor service bad quality food undercooked overcooked not even hot or warm I have aided jack-in-the-box for almost 50 years and in the past five of eight they're less and less because the quality is just pathetic this is the jack-in-the-box in ******* on **** and the zip code is 77066..And for everyone of us that actually complains I am sure there are more many many more who just don't go back in time ****-in-the-box will go out of business.Business Response

I went to Jack-in-the-Box last night to buy dinner because I was working all day long but the food when I get home the food is cold and stale and taste old. I went to Jack-in-the-Box again food to ask for a refund The assistant manager that was working there was refusing to give me my refund was offering me food replacement. I refuse the food replacement because when I walked in I seen a bunch of cold fries with no light on they were putting freshly cooked fries in the same Space as the cold fries with no light on and just mixing them . The fact that I had to come back there was no way I was going to have them replace my food. They finally gave me my money back and as I was walking out the assistant manager began to antagonize me telling me to have a blessed day and laughing about it and telling me that he was just doing his job, but had they been doing their job I would never had had to go back to get a refund so that doesn’t make sense to me.Business Response

11/05/2022 12:45 am $16.55 spent on 2 shakes, 2 orders of churros and 2 tacos The previous night of 11:05/2022 I had ordered two Oreo shakes two churros and 12 tacos, I received two vanilla shakes with no toppings two churros and 12 nasty old tacos, and tonight the night of 11:05 2022 I had ordered two vanilla shakes two churros and two tacos and was told the shake machine was down and they cannot or won't refund me my money and won't replace it with anything else so basically they just stole $10 from me because anytime you request a refund from the app you never hear back.Business Response
