      Order number 13735398872170497 10/30 at 12:25a.m.Jack in the box cancelled my food delivery and did not refund my money. Transaction went from pending to final. Tells me to contact specific store. Store never answers phone. Went to store today and they can't tell me anything. Transaction was for 15 dollars and change. I want my refund

      I went through the drive through at the location on Grand ave. I asked please no Sriracha on the burger and no ice in the drink, I got the munchie meal. I normally don't have trouble but this was ridiculous, the order on the screen at the drive through had all my requests so I thought everything was good to go. I get home and the cup is filled with ice with a splash of soda. The burger? Was drowning in sauce. I don't know how you can mess it up so bad, but they did and disappointing. I just want my money back. My order number is 184 on October 28, 11pm, store #****. Total was $8.74.

      Store Jack in the box on 10/19/22 Location ********************************************************* ********* ************** Order # ***************** Amount: $4.09 I placed the order through the app and immediately realized the store it was sent to was not the location I was at. I looked on the app for help getting it switched to the store I was at and couldn't find anything helpful. I tried explaining to and employee at the location I was at what had happened but she barely spoke English and couldn't understand. I tried calling the location that the order was sent to multiple times back to back to prevent them from preparing the order and cancel it. There was only an answer once and after the guy greeted me I explained what had happened and then he said hello like he couldn't hear me. I said hello back and this was repeated again before he hung up. I proceeded to call back at least 4 more times and left a voicemail at least 3 times. I emailed the company explaining the situation a week ago and have not heard back. I never picked up the order and it was marked completed and my card was charged within minutes after the guy answered my call and hung up. Before that the charge on my card showed as pending. I have not heard back from the store manager or corporate concerning my calls or email. I cannot go to the store in person bc I'm working out of town. I would either like a refund, have the order replaced, or get store credit for the amount of the transaction. Thank you.

      **** N the box ************************************************* store# **** Closed at night at 3:45am. I thought this was 24 hours?? Online it clearly shows that they are open but when I went through the drive thru the lady said that they are closed.

      Placed an online order at jackinthebox.com. Order #***************** on 10/22/2022 order was ready for pickup at 11:25pm. Waited in the drive-through for about 30 minutes. They stated they never received my order. And that the app is a third-party and they have no control over it. Did not want to refund my money or let me place an order. Now Im hangry. Definitely not how you run a business.

      On 10/20/22 my husband went and got us *******the box, which we frequent often. There was a hair on my burger and my tacos were cold. I'd like a full refund I did try to contact **** n the box at *********************** but had no answer.

      The Jack In The Box at ******************************************************************* gave me the incorrect order. There are multiple toppings that my original order deliberately excludes due to allergy and preference.Normally I wouldnt be frustrated enough to demand a refund through the BBB, but Jack in the Box (JITB) has obfuscated and deliberately made refunds as difficult as possible without corporate intervention.Therefore, I am submitting this complaint as a last resort for my mobile order number #***************** and demanding a refund effective immediately.

      I moved from **** on ********* ave to **** on 43rd street, I was told I wouldnt be blocked by the 43rd street manager(*****) I started Wednesday (September 14th) and worked for three days including Thursday (sep 15) and Sunday (sep 17). I wasnt on the schedule for the upcoming week so I didnt work until Thursday, my other manager (****) texted me and said franchise will block you, I hope they tell me what will happen to your status this was on (sep 20) at 5:43 pm. I asked why he said he doesnt know but h*** keep me updated. I asked if I was getting payed for the three days I worked he said Yes, we will send a form for your payment I said ok Ill check back in a week he said thaxk I checked back in a week he never answered, I tried contacting the other manager (*****) no answer!! And today it is October 15th and I still havent received any information on how or when I will be getting payed or even if I am getting payed.

      I had order ***************** that was $33.56 for delivery and when I got it, I got the wrong order. I ordered three burgers but only got some chicken sandwiches and the wrong drinks. I filled out the online form for a refund request but I still haven't heard back and I just want my refund.

      I get a 30 minute lunch so I left to go get some jack in the box. There were two other cars in line in front of me. They moved through pretty quick. I had ordered 6 tacos and a ***********************. I get to the window and pay. (Their lobby is closed) I watched the clerk prepare a shake, and pack up two bags of food for the people behind me. Im sitting there still waiting, no update from the clerk. Finally I start to pull forward a little bit and the clerk says ** still waiting on your tacos I told him, I gotta get back to work to clock in, I gotta go. I drove off. I got no food. I wouldnt be frustrated if I didnt see that they were busily preparing OTHER peoples food. They made other peoples food instead of making my tacos. Im literally at the window, Ive paid, you have my money. So I got nothing, I wasted gas and you took my money. This was at the *********************************************** in ****** **********. My total came to $11.67. It was I think order number 173. I am really frustrated because they shouldnt make someone elses food till you make the food if the customer at the window.
