Hello, on September 14th, 2022 at 11:27 pm, I had placed a mobile order (ID: ******* that had cost $33.74. When I had got there, the employee had informed me that they were unable to make my order because it had items that required a grill employee to make but there was not person there for that role. She had also stated that she could not give me partial of my order and that Id need to contact the store manger for information about getting my refund! Today is Sept, 15, 2022, and Ive tried contacting the store but no one picks up the phone. I would like to get my money back please ! I I used a credit card for my mobile account. We live in the **** **. We went to the location on ********* and country in **** **. We bought the tacos, hamburgers, French fries,stir fry and the rest of the food on the menu. And we went too that location and the food was never cooked good. And, the manager was very rude to me. Because she didn't want to replace the food for me and said i can't give all your food back just the tacos and they always had homeless in the restaurant too.we spent $95.00 dollars on the food .My husband bought tacos on *********************** in **** **. And the lady through his food to the guy and put it in the bag and when i called her she acted like she didn't want to do much too help. Resolution, we just want our money back. And we don't have the receipts because we were homeless for 24 days and lived in a motel room. We are on oxygen and we are a disabled couple and we are on social security disability. The lady called and she wad very rude to me. And the stores said they couldn't find the food. When they should do more and said **** doesn't exist he us fictional. On September 11th the jack in the box in ******* ***** on ******* Main road was closed while multiple people were still being served in the drive thru. Customers were stuck in the drive thru for more than ******************************************************************************************************* front of us. This stores posted hours of operation are 24 hours all day. I am making this complaint based on falsely advertising operation hours that were not followed by the franchise or the employees. Regardless of who made the decision, without more reason or notice of the close, I hold the patent company jack in the box responsible. Check the community ******** page of Saginaw, there's multiple posts about how that particular jack in the box is being run, and it's alienating the community. At this point I wouldnt be surprised ifbit closed soon. And after wasting half an hour of my time, I hope it does.Business Response

My Order: ****** Store # **** Total $41.33 I initially contacted online mobile support the evening of 8/26, I have reached out THREE times, as well as ******* and ********* NO response to my refund request, I keep getting told a report was sent and still no contact. I ordered delivery on the app, I requested extra taco sauce, the driver said he wasnt sure if they put it in and he said the cashier was very rude! Not only did I not get sauce, I didnt get my tacos, and our sandwiches were cold-I threw them out, I have used social media another 3 times and keep getting the same response, a report has been sent, then I hear nothing and still no response to my 3 refund request submissions from your online site! I made an online order with **** n the Box on September 4, 2022 around 8:45pm. After confirming my order, I proceeded to the restaurant to pick it up (using the drive through as specified from my order). When I arrived at the business, the store looked open and operating, but the drive through speaker was down. A message saying troubleshoot was on the screen. I decided to pull to the window only to see no one inside. I waited a few but was not helped. I decided to go into the building l, but the doors were locked. At this time is was around 9:10pm. The sore closes at 10pm and nothing was posted about an early closing. I waited in the parking lot for another 15 minutes. I also saw two other cars go through the drive through while I was waiting, and they seemed to not have been helped as well. I went through the drive through one last time to again not be helped. Again, the store looked completely open, but there was no signs of workers.Business Response

I went to Jack in the box 9/2/22 at 7:30am *********************************************************** I went to the Drive-thru because they weren't open inside. I these what'd to order 1 thing and the worker at the drive-thru was a young kid an asked me for my order. I told him and he said "What". So I said my order again and he said "do you want to order something". I then said yes I already told you 2 times. An he said again "do you want to order something". So I said should I these pull up to place my order? He didn't say anything so I these did so thinking that th3 speaker was broken. I got to the window. An he was these leaning on the cash draw and he said "do you want something". An I said yeah but you can't hear me if your all the way over there. So he went to the window An I ask if the speaker was broken and he said "no I was these not saying anything". I was but you these didn't hear me. Then he said "I did I these heard you say yeah". So i said ok whatever an tried to place my order at the window. But when i tried he was giving me a Hard time again so i these left. I went to a Jack in the Box location and purchased a munchie meal. The signage at the drive through stated that the price was $6 after 9pm. It was 9:10pm. I informed the cashier of this at the window, she said that the price was now $8, and they "hadn't gotten around to changing the sign" and refused to honor the advertised price. This is illegal in the *******************, and I attempted to contact the corporate office, but for weeks now my messages have gone unanswered.Business Response

I have semt two requests for a refund for *************** in the amount of $7.64 on 08/20/2022 at Jack in the Box location ******************************************************. I explained that I ordered through the app before driving over on my break. I waited in the drive thru line over 5 minutes and once I got my order I saw that the bun was burned and hard on the edges, but the cheese wasn't even melted! I didn't have time to request a new sandwich, so I went after work. I didn't even get to speak with the manager as I was promptly told that they have nothing to do with orders placed thru the app. I sent the first request that day and the second request was sent on 08/25/22. I have still not been contacted regarding either request, in spite of their response stating they would be in contact with me. Of course they don't want to speak to the customer, EVER, so it's impossible to reach someone by phone, even at the restaurant.Business Response

I ordered my food for delivery through the Jack in the box app. All seemed fine until I got a notification saying my food had delivered and I had not yet received it. I had even waited outside with my dog so that my delivery driver would not miss me, but after waiting outside for an extra 15 minutes after that notification, I determined that I was not getting my food. I attempted to call the number linked with my delivery driver but the call never went through/they never picked up. I would like a refund as I spent $20 on my food and delivery only to receive nothing.Business Response
