      I was at The Jack In box , an Oracle and River it was 3:00 went into order nobody in the lobby waiting and the lady behind the counter says to me after me waiting for a good 3-4 minutes for someone to go to the counter she says I'm busy right now I cannot take your order You're going to need to wait till I get caught back up I got the value box by the time I got home the burger and the fries and the chicken sandwich we're cold

      This lady is a sick individual why is you do background checks is she working for Jack in the box and Durant Oklahoma I will definitely make sure nobody that I know eat there.

      We've had problems over and over with this Jack in the box they sent us a free meal in the mail because the worker was ignorant and told us we could leave over a soda. I ordered a $6 meal deal double cheeseburger the burger didn't have any cheese and only one ***** and I asked for no ice in my soda and it was full of ice. I didn't dare ask for the soda to be remade because when they remade the burger they didn't remake it. they put a piece of cheese in a bowl and gave it to me. 3 pieces to be exact. I didn't even notice the single ***** until I got home. I don't know what's going on with this Jack in the box but they all need to be fired or retrained or something because I was there last night and they said the grill was down. It was a bar rush and a bunch of people were there. I don't even know if that's what was going on, I couldn't make it in to see. Please do something about this Jack in the box. they always get everything wrong every time you order from them. Its gotten to the point where we don't want to go there anymore. This one employee especially with long long black hair and *****. I wish I would have got his name, he needs fired. there's no amount of retraining going to help him. it's the same one that gave her a piece of cheese in a bowl instead of remaking the burger. This is also the same guy who was making sodas at the drive-thru but whenever I finally got his attention to get my order which was a soda he told me I could just leave. please do something about it.

      So basically what your telling me is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is going to be done?! I thought the customer is always right? When you tell the employee my hamburger is incorrect and he brings you back a bowl with cheese in it, there's nothing wrong with that? Yeah my previous complaint I was given a Jack In The Box coupon. But it obviously did not fix the problem because the same employee still works there and the same employee still argues with the customer, gives the customer cheese in a bowl, and gives the customer grief. I have never experienced anything like this with a business. For him to hand me a bowl of cheese when I told him my hamburger was wrong, something is clearly wrong with that picture. And for you guys to just write it off like it's nothing, there's a problem with that. This same employee was arguing with another customer because their order was wrong and he was arguing with them because he said he made the order and he knows it was correct, and there's nothing wrong with that? I don't know who this dude is and I don't know why or how he is keeping his job, but this is just completely unprofessional.

      A coupon don't fix a employee who thinks he's high and mighty whenever in reality he's nobody. And it's ridiculous that he can make a customer fuel just completely unwelcome in a business that's for the public. And it's like the company don't care. Something is clearly wrong with the way you're doing business. Employees like that don't bring back the customers, they drive them away. And you just lost a customer cuz I will never go back to that business as long as he is employed there.

      Went to the ********************. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich & is the second time now that there was a long hair in my food. I am writing this just to let corporate know that employees either need hair nets or hats at all time. Nobody wants to be in the middle of a meal & come across a long hair in it.

      I am unable to access my w2, I've attempted several times. Called and talked to a manager who was rude and disrespectful. I've tried calling multiple days to get ahold of the right person and today they finally was able to talk to me and basically said it wasn't their problem. I need my w2 to complete my taxes. She hangs up on me and the manager just really wasn't helpful. I enjoyed working at this location when i worked there

      I ordered dinner for my children on the way to work. Now I went out for my break and I have many messages from my children telling me that they never delivered the order and they were left without dinner. Even so, I see the charge on my card. I want a valid response from them because they left my children without dinner.

      I went and ordered two burger orders. They did not see my name two times on the screen and ignored it. The girls were not helping me with the second order and did not let her the second burger for my brother.

      Ordered delivery. Didnt want to refund me electronically. Only if I go in person which is BS. I don't have a car so it makes things hard. I ordered 22 tacos. 2 costs 0.99 and they charged me 1.98 for only 2. That's not fair.

      The whole restaurant needs a cleaning inspection. The entire place looks a dump also very uninviting, it is easy to miss the location.

      Date of transaction: 2/18/2025 Jack in the Box Store 8455 in **************Carry Out Order #***.I walked into the restaurant and saw the sign indicating the restrooms were for customers only. I really had to "go"I waited at the counter for five minutes even thought there was no line and placed an order and paid for food. Then I went to use the bathroom and discovered it was locked. I returned to the counter to ask for a key and was told the bathroom was broken.I was then handed a brown bag of food with a receipt that said "Carryout". I looked around the restaurant. Despite the fact that there was a sign instructing guests that they could only stay for 30 minutes and there were tables but there was no visual evidence that they offered a dine in experience. No napkins, trays, straws, cups, ketchup packets or anything else you would typically see in a fast food restaurant. I was never asked for here or to go.Neither bathroom had an out of order sign and I paid $19 for my meal. Being told both bathrooms were out of order is suspicious at ******* is clear to me that this location has decided that it no longer wishes to support in-restaurant dining. They also do not want to allow customers to use their bathrooms. They should put signs on the bathroom doors if they are out of order or off limits to customers.I am upset because they have signs communicating bathrooms and dine in are available. I want to see this business be transparent and put up signage indicating there are no bathrooms available to customers and that the store only offers carry out. I want a refund and apology from the owner. Just be what you say you are.
