      On Friday, October 4th, 2024, at 5:52 PM, I went to Jack in the Box (Store 1571) located at ********************************. I ordered a Sourdough **** and a Chocolate shake. When I pulled up to the window of the drive thru, I handed a young girl my card. She just left it on the counter and walked away, which I thought was odd. Then someone came to the window and handed me my sandwich. The manager came over and handed me back my card. I was still waiting on my shake, which was taking a really long time. Then a young man comes to the window and asks me to pull forward that there are other orders they need to get to. I said no. I am just waiting on a shake. (In my mind, if I had ordered a large order I would pull forward, but for a shake?) Then the manager came to the window and asked me to pull forward and I replied, either refund me the shake or get my shake. I am not pulling forward. She then yells out, where is the shake. Right away she hands me the shake. When I got home to eat my dinner, I noticed that the bread was so hard I had to tear it to just eat the middle section, and they left off the cheese. I only drank about of the shake and put the rest in the freezer. About 4 hours later I became extremely sick. Just started throwing up and had diarrhea. I have never in my live been this sick. I threw up for close to three hours everywhere. I was so sick I collapsed in my bathroom and just used the garbage can. When I did stop throwing up, I then started shaking uncontrollably. It was like a combo of ******* and seizure as I could not stop. Again, never in my life have I been this sick. I honestly did not know if I would make it to the morning. The next day, my throat was so soar from throwing up so much and my back ached as I believe I threw out a rib while getting sick. I posted on the Jack in the Box site about this incident but never heard back from anyone.I believe someone making my shake tampered with it and put something in it to cause food poisoning.

      TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
      Drive Thru @ 415
      I ask for a Large Combo , a guy takes my order and I asked for NO SAUCE on the TACOS, I drive down the street and SAUCE ON THE TACOS
      I pull up to window , they charge me for a Medium Size Combo when I asked for a Large Size…….

      I paid $56 for my order thats including the delivery fee and tip i was missing 5 wings my milk shake with boba was nasty and the boba was hard as rocks also i got my wife a burger i put no onions no pickles and they still did as much as it cost to not get my food right and missing food ****** me off the food was awful i tried going online to jack in the box and submitted a ticket havent heard 1 word yet and i tried calling corporate office several times and says office is closed when its open.

      Bad food & skimpy portions. Bonus **** double burger was an absolute joke & fries were cold & not fully cooked. Tacos were the normal.

      Your shop has a manager that ***** orders ang gives what she likes and keeps the change. Even after taking a phone call thet Specifically receives the order. When I call and complain she hangs up on me.

      I applied at the jack in the box in ******************** and i was told that they wouldnt hire me because i was overweight. Im going to be contacting a lawyer for a discrimination lawsuit.

      Past few years this jack in the box has not abided by it's lobby hrs,closing the doors 2 hrs,1 HR or 30 min before the posted time,10 p.m,then rudely telling it's paying customers( even if you barely got your order)to go,like on 9/13, at 9:35 p.m.,girl harrassed me after she just gave me my order,telling me to go & starring at me as I took my 1 st few bites,I told her i' ll go when i' m ready,by 10 or at 10 ,as always,& also since last spring,they've lied,saying freestyle drink machine's broke,past few months they now turn it on for just water,no access to the free style drinks it advertises on coupons,deals,online,etc. for it's paying customers to mix & refill on their own,the way they want it,many times they get me coke instead of what I asked for,Dr.******,for example,a big hassle & if I want to mix the fruit flavors I can't cause they can't even get 1 flavor right,so I told her by the way,it's not broke,she got an attitude,saying she's not the mngr,I told her I diddn't think so,but am saying this is a lie & false advertisement!Then I left when I was ready,as always,as a regular.I' m not receiving what I been paying for each time & been in a way,conned out of my money & correct service! Instead I been receiving c*** unprofessional service from halfway house type losers like her that don't even deserve a job there cause they're driving paying customers away!I want mngt to make up for all of this & terminate her cause she's repeatedly a problem!

      Don't download their phone app. Your information and data is not protected and you never hear back from customer service when requesting to disable and delete your account to prevent further fraudulent activity. Even changing your password multiple times does not help.

      Seems like everything got smaller why I don't know I tried the mini chimi today and there wasn't much inside them again why so little and so much

      I recently ordered delivery from the store and I put in the delivery instructions to contact me upon arrival. My mom came to visit and tells me that I have food sitting outside on the ground. There was no call nor any photos or time given of when the order was left sitting outside the gate on the ground. I called the restaurant and was told they can't do anything so I called Door dash the delivery service used after being told to do so by the manager. Guess what? still no refund and 2 hours of run arounds later. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of service rendered or assistance given. My children will be waiting and up later than usual due to this issue. The cost of living is way to high for things like this to be happening.
