      I asked an order by Drive thru order 163 Box store #** I asked a jumbo platter of 9.** dlls I had honey but not the minipancakes incluided in my order So my order was incompleted and I realized when I was on my way at home.Thanks

      Employee was rude right at the start made me repeat that I wanted a number 6 4 or 5 times. He was talking badly after I changed my order to a combo. He should not work with customers at all if he hates his job he should figure that out not me... it's just completely unacceptable we ask for no lettuce on my fiance's burger and of course there's a bunch of lettuce so obviously wasn't paying attention it's on the receipt but anyway his name is ***** I believe it is now 321 so about 5 minutes ago we were there 3:21 a.m. I should say but yeah he definitely doesn't like his job and doesn't care to talk to you or take your order just talk to her you and it's very rude and condescending

      This Jack in the box is absolutely horrible. The people are not friendly, I came to get my son a kids meal and the guy came on the intercom 4 times, the first time he had an attitude when I told him I wanted a chicken nugget kids meal, then acted confused asked me what number mind you there is no number next to the kids meal. I repeated what I wanted he sighed and got off of the speaker. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for him to take my order. He forgot. And asked what I wanted again did that 2 more times. We have nothing, but bad experiences here. Literally takes 30 minutes to an hour to get your food. Horrible customer service. This place needs better management/employees or needs to be shut down!!!

      On June 20, 2024, at 7:37 AM, I placed an online order at Jack In The Box located at ******************************************************************************. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I waited for about five minutes before an employee informed me that they were unable to serve me due to internal issues preventing them from preparing food and beverages. I was told to submit an inquiry online to request a refund since the order was placed through the app and not in-store. I completed the form, but I have not received any response from Jack In The Box regarding my refund. There has been no communication from any Jack In The Box representatives since filling out the inquiry.I am escalating this issue here because the apps inquiry submission process is ineffective and does not yield results. Please advise.

      The manager is rude and unwilling to be helpful. The place is a mess, the employees look sloppy, and the time management there is a ridiculous.

      On June 23rd, 2024, I had a terrible experience at the Jack in the Box located at ************************************. I ordered 6 Jumbo Jacks and 3 fries online, but when I picked them up, everything was cold and inedible. I called the store to complain, and the shift manager, ****, blamed me for not picking up the order immediately after placing it. He refused to offer any solution or make things right.I was very disappointed with the service I received at this Jack in the Box location. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

      They discriminate against African Americans men's they do not like African-American men because they refused to serve me in the Drive-Thru and they shut the window in my face because I was a African American black man two Hispanic employee assistant manager and the regular **************** employee they refuse to serve me because of my skin color and discrimination reverse discrimination against African-American man named *************************

      Thought Was a good place but no responsive. To the fact I didn't get all my order on May 31 2024 And between jack in box and Door dash as a senior citizen that lives on limited funds I will no longer purchase food online thank you ***************************

      I live in ***************, ZIP Code *****. I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on ***************** at approximately quarter after midnight. The drive-through hours specifically state 4 AM to 4 AM. We went through the drive-through and was told that they dont serve through the drive-through and that you can only come through the drive-through if you have a mobile order. Since when did this start, Id like to know whats going on considering if youre gonna have a drive-through open that means You should be able to order through it. Nowhere anywhere does it state drive-through only open for mobile orders.
