      **** in box knowingly uses children for labor the manager knows these kids and 15 and 16 years old and they still have them closing the store until 2am

      Until maybe 3 years ago my review for Jack in the box would be 5 stars, 6 actually. I have indulged in your tacos since my father turned me on to them in 1991 or 92. Almost everytime we got your tacos I would hear his cute, childhood tale of a daily lunch consisting of 13 tacos and a 6 pack of orange crush. How he ate that much i have no idea but he said this began when he was maybe 15, in 1965. The huge daily lunch shrunk in size but the love for JIB tacos did not. He said in 2005 the tacos havent changed in 50 years. He passed soon after but my love for your tacos remained consistent, if not increasing even. A few years ago i noticed the quality of production/cooking was decreasing. The quality of ingredients in your tacos is of little concern to a customer like me but i need my tacos prepared correctly. At first i convinced myself that this decrease in the quality of production was isolated to certain locations, or the time of day maybe. And at first this was correct but, as i continued visiting locations over the past 3 years, in different cities even, this disappointment became commonplace. The tacos are always over or undercooked, havent been drained correctly as they drip heavily with oil, and are usually missing lettuce. Assuming again this may be me personally, *** talked to MANY others who share the same opion not just about poor preparation but also with a difference in flavor that i have noticed as well. Ive been a dedicated JIB taco lover for DECADES but today, after receiving the worst tacos, so bad that I tossed the whole order in the trash and left the store. This is the last disappointment and the last time I will visit a ***. Youve lost one of your best customers and i know i speak for others. Thank you ****

      Rating is 0 ---REFUSED SERVICE---I am disabled and my driver was refused to be served at the jack in the box , **************** , 4-6-24 8:26 pm 1. counter help stated they were sold out of the breakfast item I wanted to order , I looked at another breakfast item , the counter help waved her hand up and down the breakfast menu and said that jack in the box is sold out of every breakfast item .2. I verified that jack in the box had not received a supply truck that night and morning , they were serving breakfast 3. General manager and corporate has not called to make anything right , here's my number 4. I will be following up with Texas disability rights , *************** 5. I will not stop and this will not go away , I'm posting local and corporate reviews , ******** , yelp , x , tripadvisor etc... Forever

      The service at the **** and the box on cactus and southern highlands **** in ********* is disgusting! I also have cracked a tooth on the tacos that were served to me by a horrible employee and clearly gave me old and not cooked tacos. I am filing lawsuit to get my dentist fees paid as well. Get better workers

      I visited the Jack in the Box off located at *************************************************. I would not give this particular location any stars if I could. I used the app to complete my order and the app said it would ***********-8 minutes for my order to be completed. Once I received the email confirmation, I went inside to pick my order up. I was told the order wasnt ready so I waited patiently in the lobby. Long story short, I waited over 30 to receive my food, the hamburger was not up to standards. It was very sloppily made, lettuce and tomatoes were old. ********* looked disgusting. I asked if I could get another burger. The gentleman told me no. Then I asked for a manager or person in charge so then he went to get the supposed manager in charge. He was extremely RUDE, ARROGANT and very DISRESPECTFUL to me. He told me that they dont remake hamburgers especially because he made that one and they dont waste food and that one was still good. The conversation went on and all he could say is that we dont remake any sandwiches. I went home and threw the hamburger away because it was not edible due to sogginess. I put a complaint into corporate and to this date have not heard back from them. I would not recommend going to this Jack in the Box because the customer service is the worst in the **************** area.

      People are rude and the food is cold and the charges for a replacement of an item is outrages. They have order wrong 7 out of 10 times. Wait time is ***** minutes and the inside dinning room is hardly every open. I have went to other Jack in the Box and they are fresher food, are courteous, and doesn't take an 20 minute rate and inside is open.

      I applied for a job at the Jack in The Box located at *******************************************************. I was contacted via phone call by the manager there today (*****) April 1 2024 at 11 am cst to set up an interview. That was set up for 2 pm today. I get down there right at the scheduled time and was told by the same manager that set up the interview that the general manager wasn't there and the assistant manager was leaving. Only the general manager can do interviews. Was told to come back tomorrow. I will not do that! These corporations need to stop wasting peoples time and stop lying to people! It is past time to hold these companies accountable.

      My visit at this Jack In The Box in ****** was absolutely horrible.I ordered a simple meal, with the request to not add ketchup on my burger. When I received my burger, it had ketchup on it.There was a Hispanic lady that I brought this to her attention, that I believed to be the manager.She was a heavy set woman.She very rudely responded to me that the burger was already made, gesturing that I should just except it the way it was.I didn't want to except it and requested that it should be remade without ketchup.She then angrily threw the burger into the trash, and yelled at the grill person to remake it.Once it was remade. she swiftly handed the burger to me while staring me in my eyes with hatred,No thank you! No apology for getting my order wrong.Just rude and disrespectful.Unbelievable bad service!!! Although the burger I thought was pretty good. Just bad service.

      Very slow even when you are the only customer inside or in the drive thru. Seem like the ********* ** location is always out of most things, wait time of ***** minutes at least. I think a whole lot of changes need to be made staff, management or even both. I am surprised this location is still open. I used to go there quite often, the service that you receive at times is OK I guess. Most of the time it's terrible managers and staff out by back door smoking weed, saying oh s*** as we have pulled up before. The time it takes to order and receive food is ridiculous, changes need to be made better training, maybe secret corporate diners instead of hire outside the company. Maybe if this was actually done, things would change for the better. More training incentives or something to make people cate about what they are doing.

      Jack in the Box employees tried to rip me off by adding up charges to the basic meal I was requesting. I knew the amount was too much. I asked them to correct it. When I got to the window, they had reduced by $0.50. I told them to fix it again. They did for additional $1.50. Then they threw the bag at me after I paid. They lied and said the receipt was in the bag, but it wasn't. The complaint line demanded a number from the receipt, which I did not have, so it hung up on me. This location was in the ********* code.
